"It's unfortunate that I even have to give this company 1 star to write this review. The disrespect I was subjected to on my move day is more in line with a negative 5 review. I am writing about my experience with this company for a move that was s..."

"This company quickly said they could do my job right away and took a deposit. They then strung me along for 2 weeks including no showing for appointments, and finally canceled. Getting my refund (which I did eventually get) was like waiting for mo..."

"The NYC Great Movers team was great - used them for packing and moving services from one single-family home to another and there were no issues. I can not say about others, but for me, they gave their full effort. I saved so much money by having t..."

"The employees were very professional, but not too stuffy. They were friendly, they answered our questions and as soon as they got here they got to work. I was able to be at ease with them when it came to furniture and personal items. All came in g..."

"This is total bait and switch. They quoted me one price and raised it like crazy once my things were on a truck. If you need to talk to the customer service people they’re going to ignore you… the best communication from them was when they jus..."
