Infinity Moving

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. First the quote was no where near what we were charged after our stuff was loaded into truck #1. After our belongings were packed and loaded we were told 5-7 business days after it left CA. Well..our stuff didn't leave CA for nearly a week. When the delivery driver got here (truck #2) it showed up late, covered in graffiti and the crew that came with to unload were NOT movers and damaged a lot of our things. Threw fragile (literally threw) boxes down, upside down or sideways and to make matters completely worse the day workers picked up at Home Depot stole our iwatch and my grandmothers and great grandmothers ring. I was devastated and still am. I have been trying to file a claim, but no one finds it urgent nor can I speak to anyone in person.y husband and I are disabled and wanted to trust a company to do good honest work, and that for sure did not happen. We tried calling the truck driver who delivered our things but he had no idea who he hired for the unloading process. Grown men were stomping and climbing up our boxes as they threw things out of the truck. I don't know where to begin with the claims, the police reports, etc but this company is a fraud and terrible.

I have been emailing back and forth with someone at the company as well, and the defensive approach is enough to make one scream.

Terrible company overall. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. You'll pay just as much if not more (even if the quote is much cheaper) and your stuff will be damaged or better yet, stolen.

Worst moving experience ever!! The sales guy, Ken Chen was really sweet and promised a lot when he tried to sign me up. I was initially trying to decide between two movers, one cost a couple hundreds more but say they can do Saturday pick. Infinity moving initially told me that the latest they could do a pick up was Thursday (April 4th) unless I paid $100 extra, because of limited budget, I went with Infinity Moving. They initially told me that the latest pick up will be Friday (April 5th) as they can only keep their guys for one extra day. They didn’t show up until 9:30pm on a Saturday, and at the same time, had me wait for them the whole Saturday (April 6th) because they keeping moving the arrival time, from 9-11am, to 3-5pm, to 6pm, then 8pm and finally arrived at 9:30pm. They had also told me they may only get to me on Sunday but I refused because I left town at 6am on Sunday. When I called Ken Chen again, he was never there and replied an email saying that they picked up on time (what a [EDIT]!). Now they also charged me for 24 rolls of tapes ($48) and 2 shrink wraps ($30), when I only have a ¾ filled 5x10 room of book boxes (pre-packed) and bins in storage. They claimed that they shrink-wrapped two pieces of my end tables, when they arrived, nothing was shrink-wrapped.  I also can't imagine where that 24 rolls of tapes went, my hard wood table was chipped and a plastic bin had the top completely broken because they stacked some heavy wooden patio furniture (not mine) on top of my plastics bins. On top of that, they also refused to take one of my perfectly fine bookcase, I was too tired to argue with them that night and just tossed that piece (my previous movers had moved it from MI to VT without any complaint, they even asked me to keep some of the stuff that I initially thought wouldn’t make it). Waiting for delivery was a pain too, they initially gave me a delivery window between April 13-April 29th. I had to go out of town the last weekend of April, so I called them to check on the status (they initially promised to call me 5-7 days before arrival). They told me that my stuff will arrive in 5-7 days and that I had to cancel my weekend plan. On April 29th, I called them again, the customer service (Ms Chakira) told me that the 5-7 days she mentioned referred to 5-7 business days and my stuff wont be delivered till Wednesday (May 1st). Well, my stuff didn’t arrive on May 1st, but May 2nd, 2013. The delivery driver was nice but he seemed very overworked. NEVER, ever go with Infinity Movings !!

I do not like to move around, it seems a nightmare trying to pack everything by myself. That's why I was desperate to find a company that not only transported my things, but also help me pack them. The nightmare ended when I found Infinity moving, I had never seen a moving company transforming a move so difficult to something so easy. Efficacy and care were their priorities. All my furniture and electrical appliances were packaged with great care. They took time to wrap everything in bubble wrap, and nothing suffered a scratch because of the quality of the boxes that they used. When unpacking, they made sure that everything was in its right place. Infinity moving you have my sure shot support.

The 2nd time I used these guys and this is long overdue but I had an excellent experience. They were better than last time. My movers were awesome! On the day of the move, they called to confirm that they would be arriving in a half hour. They were indeed punctual and were quite speedy with the actual move. It was literally the easiest move I have ever experienced. The guys were friendly, funny and efficient. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to move your stuff..

Our delivery guys did a great job! I had a lot of stuff ready, but they worked quickly and efficien Hi Rev. You were out the day I called in to reserve a truck. I decided not to get a storage building.. I forgot that your company stores it for a month as part of the service! When is the last date that you hold on to it before charges start to incur? I should have a house to rent by December 1st in the Jensen Beach area. Things are a little hectic down there right now due to the hurricane, but I should know by the end of this week if the house I wanted will be available and when I can move my things in. Your delivery guys did a great job! I had a lot of stuff ready, but they worked quickly and efficiently, while being careful with my stuff at the same time. Thanks for the great service. I am in medical school and I do not generally have time to do these types of reviews, however, I felt very compelled to warn people about this company. This a company that lacks ethics, integrity and professionalism!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The company was late picking up my furniture and delivering my furniture. When the moving company came to pick up my items, the company did NOT agree to the quoted price they had given me over the phone and tried to increase my quoted price by $1,000 dollars!! Even worse, when they did deliver my items there were missing items from my shipment and damages to my items!

Oh, I have not even gotten to the worst part. The delivery truck driver became very angry with me during his delivery and he actually put his hands on me in a PHYSICAL manner. ( He only left, because I threatened to call the police on him).

I have yet to be reimbursed for the missing items from my shipment or received any type of response from my complaint.



DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE!! I do not want to have anyone go through such a horrible time as I did.

I signed with Colonial Van lines who contracted out my move to Infinity. They were on time picking up my goods but I had no prior knowledge that infinity would be picking up my belongings. ETA of delivery was between 8/17 and 8/30 it is now 9/9 and my belongings still have not arrived! After multiple calls to find out when my belongings would arrive no one could give me an answer. On 8/28 colonial told me delivery would be that day then put me on hold and then said no, the driver is just leaving NY and will take 4-6 days!! Funny thing is, I googled his number and he posted a Craigslist ad for help to pack a truck in MA on 8/30!! The date kept being pushed back and my boyfriend kept having to take time off to be at the new apartment for the delivery which has yet to happen. After numerous attempts to contact the driver, Alex, he returned my call. I received the call stating that on 9/5 he was in Houston, Tx and we could expect delivery by 5:30pm on 9/6. The day came and went and I tried calling both companies which were now closed and the driver whose phone was shut off!! The following day I called Avi at infinity to find out where the driver was initially she told me he was in the Texas area but would find out and call me back. When I called her back she tells me the driver broke down in Louisina!! Wth?! I told her I needed my belongs that day (9/7) and she said well that won't happen. Super heated at this point! I call colonial to have them contact infinity who then tells me the driver has broken down on TX! You have got to be kidding me!! A claims rep for infinity named Diana at anthem management called me to tell me the same bs I've already heard! How do they not know where the driver is?!? Today, 9/9 I get a call from the driver, surprise! He's been arrested and the truck is currently impounded! He said if I could "bare with him" he has to get it out tomorrow (monday) and that he still has two other deliveries! This is outrageous and unprofessional! No one has been helpful whatsoever and highly disrespectful! I paid over $2500 in deposits and even tipped $120 cash during pick up. I've already called the police who told me the next steps to take which will include contacting an attorney. Colonial did give me the lesser of one deposit back and is taking off $30 each day the delivery is late but frankly, this is not enough! I don't know where my belongings are other than being held up for negligence nor do I know the condition. And I was never provided with weight slips!
