Mashav Relocation

The worst crooks and extortionists, moshav relocation could not get my business fast enough. Pursued me with their promises and discounts and false “a” rating (which I now know means arrogant and atrocious), they completely stole my money and traumatized my family. After increasing the quoted price by 40%! On move day, these guys had the nerve to take their tip on my credit card! We arrived in Florida with nothing and eventually had to be put up for a week by my new employer, but we had been promised “3 days” delivery. How could you do this to people mike!  After 12 days we thought the nightmare was over when our things arrived, but our insistence on delivery was answered with missing electronics that I needed for my work, damaged appliances, opened and smashed boxes marked fragile, several boxes of irreplaceable art were gone, and my epileptic son’s medical bed totally destroyed, claims? A pure joke. I should have believed the rip off reports. Tar and feather come to mind when I think of mass relocation. Use any company other than these thugs!     .

My experience with MASHAV relocation  is the same as the vast majority of previous reviews -- they were great, on time, affordable and careful with our stuff.I highly recommend them.They did a great job packing and wrapping all furniture and using extra padding. The moving staff were friendly, polite and professional.  They were careful with our things and didn't "bang" or throw things around.  They were careful even with items that were not as fragile, such as our plastic storage drawers we used for the kids closets for toys and clothes.  At the new place, they asked where to place the furniture and assembled and rearranged our furniture for each room and the baby's crib.  After unpacking for the last 4 days, I can see all items are in tact, without dings, or scratches.  We are settling nicely into our place and know we could NOT have done this move Without them. The only thing that went wrong is the fact that they got to our place in CA after 7pm and with had to stay up late but it was that or rescheduling for the next day and I didn't want to wait. We are very happy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND MASHAV RELOCATION.

My first few moves was not only stressful, but very expensive. I paid in excess of $25,000 for move .But then I heard about Mashav Relocation . They quoted us the best price from Kansas to New jersey with full packing so it actually sounded too good to be true so we kept digging and doing research and found really nothing too negative. So, we booked a move with him at the middle December. During the move the driver and his 2 helpers were so helpful and professional with everything ,it made me happy than the other company . Thanks to all the guys.

The move went exceptionally well. The movers contact me the night before to go over the logistics. My move time was 8:00 am - 8:30 am. The movers suggested they should come to my apartment earlier at 6:30 am since I reserved the elevators at my new apartment between the hours of 8 am-10 am. The movers arrived at my apartment building few minutes early before schedule time. The majority of my items was packed. The movers helped packed and wrapped the heavy items. The movers was able to arrive at my new apartment around 8:16 am where they unload and setup my bed with frame and mattress. The movers was done around 9:15 am. I used Mashav Relocation before for my long distance move last year. I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Mashav Relocation to my family, friends and co-workers.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the movers. They were on time and worked very hard without stopping. I plan to use them again when I move in 2022.

The movers were friendly and courteous and did not damage any of my items. They followed my instructions and I am pleased with my move.

I compared prices with several other companies and they were in line with them. They communicated with me on a regular basis and honored their word.

We were moving a 4-bedroom house plus workshop from Baltimore to NJ. This was our second major move so there were a few things we learned from the first that made this move go smoothly. First, we made sure to pack EVERYTHING with moving supplies we purchased with the exception of furniture. What little was not packed was set aside purposely for final house cleaning and self-transport on our cars. Second, almost everything was already labelled with where they were to go in our second home.

Mashav was to show up to do the physical transportation. 5 moving guys showed up with 2 - 26' box trucks at our scheduled time. They started the actual moving probably around 8AM. They were FAST. They wrapped our furniture with blankets and, with the efficiency of an assembly line, they cleared out our house in about 3.5 hours. Then, they drove to NJ which took a total of 3.5 hours. Finally, they emptied both box trucks in our second home and storage unit in the remaining time. I'm writing this review about six months later, but I believe they finished the entire job and were on their way back by 6 or 7PM. I was amazed at how efficient the entire process went with every mover being conscientious and mindful of treating our belongings with care. Everything arrived safely and with minimal damage. When I say minimal damage I mean we had one small wheel on a cheap plastic rolling cabinet fall off and a box that was crushed on top but nothing damaged inside.

The amount Mashav charged was not the lowest of the quotes we received but was definitely much lower than many of the bigger companies. After reviewing the companies that offered lower estimates, many of those companies were somewhat questionable in their reputation. Furthermore, in the quoting process, I really appreciated how Ran was pleasant, accommodating and quick with producing an accurate estimate. He pretty much "eyeballed" everything and was able to come up with a written estimate in about 15 minutes. I appreciated his experience and efficiency in making the planning much easier. Lastly, we were charged what the estimate said - no surprises.

Overall, we would use Mashav again if the opportunity arises. The office staff was wonderful (May and Dee) and the movers were fantastic! We cannot thank them enough!

I have moved many times in my life and just had the best moving experience ever. Mike took care of the move plan via email, and Roger, Carlos, and the crew took care of me today. Every single piece of furniture was completely wrapped in padding and tape. My beautiful Yamaha upright piano was handled with care. Everything was moved to the new space, and put where I requested. It was a large move, from a 2 story house to a 3 story house and the whole time they were cheerful and helpful. Sadly, I have to move again quite soon, and I will be calling them back and requesting Roger and his team specifically.
