Long-distance move from Ontario to British Columbia

Do not use.

I wish that I could rate 0/5 stars. I have been going back and forth with this company since before my stuff arrived at the end of august. In the process of moving my belongings the driver, after I SPECIFICALLY told him to leave, strapped my 4 mattresses to the outside of the back of the moving truck, also knowing full well that a 2nd truck was coming for the remainder of my stuff. He drove through the rain and everyone knows how the back of trucks look then the roads are wet and dirty. When I received my beds, the plastic they had put them in had broke open while they were on the back to the truck, so they were STILL wet!! after sitting in bags for NINE days growing god only knows what they were delivered to me. Now the company has admitted that this was their fault and the fault of the driver but are only willing to compensate us 400.00 Now i'm not sure what I am supposed to do with 400.00 that wouldn't even replace 1 mattress. They are stating that because I only had the basic insurance that they will not replace the beds. Now I assumed that insurance would cover if they were in a car accident or if someone stole something but I was unaware that driver and company neglect was part of it. My final bill was twice as much as was quoted, which they are saying it was my fault that I didn't tell them the proper weight. Now I don't know how I was supposed to guess at a weight. I told them that it was a 4 bedroom house and a car, they should have guessed at the high end not low and then charge double. They also cannot give me the weight slip nor does their invoice actually have the weight that they charged me for. They also arranged for drop off on a sunday and told me that I had to pay before their office closed on friday. So I had to pay before I even saw my belongings!! Please be very aware of companies when you book and ask a tonne of questions, get everything in writing, or record ALL telephone conversations. I would NEVER recommend this company!!

Official company response

Dear Dawn. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy our services. Although we always try to do our best to please all our clients, accidents do happen. First of all, you claimed that the quantity of your stuff comprised about 8 000 pounds, when we arrived at your place we saw that the total amount of thing was of 20 000 pounds. Of cause it wasn’t possible to fit in this entire luggage so we sent you an extra truck for free, and still it wasn’t enough taking into consideration that you had some ample sized furniture, which demanded lot’s of space. In order to fulfill our engagements on time we made the only thing that could have been done to fit in all of your stuff.
But we would like to rectify that the beds were not damaged as only the mattresses got wet. Unfortunately one of the mattress covers had a hole in it (even though it was brand new) and due to the rain, some water managed to get inside the covers.
We are still interested in solving this situation and invite you to continue to discuss this with us as we will do all our best to reach a good resolution of this situation.

Cross-Canada move.

Picking a moving company can be as stressful as the move itself, but Centennial always rose to the top through their flexibility, their attentiveness to customer relations, their no-nonsense pricing. On the moving day, they were prompt, accommodating to the geography and circumstances (stairs were involved!), and completed the move-out in no time. A plus for me was the additional storage offered..which I used as I figured out storage at my new location. Centennial insists that boxes be evenly-weighted, though this is only reasonable, and helpful for you as well. My costs ultimately exceeded the quote (by $100), though I understand this is strictly weight-based, and I moved a lot of books, etc. So there was nothing "hidden" about the additional charges. Overall, a very good experience. And, when rated against other companies, Centennial's service and expertise were much appreciated.

Long-distance move from Vancouver, BC to Ottawa, ON

Threatened me..

Threatened ME!!Dont believe the 9-14 days delivery promise they make. Really had a terrible experience with them.I am not sure how they got even 4 star rating.Might be they paid someone to do it.Recently I moved from Vancouver to Ottawa and I shipped my car and other stuffs with them on May 9th. Before paying they said it will take 9-14 business days to deliver the car and stuffs. They asked me to drop the car somewhere which is very far from the city and so I had to request them to drop me back at the metro so I could take the train. They promised me they would..but after paying the cash advance and dropping the car they said the driver has left, please take a bus and we don't have any other drivers availble!!whatever I was able come back. After 2 weeks time when I called them from Ottawa for the status. Now they said they are not sure when it will be delivered.I called them again after a week and now they said they are waiting for other jobs on the way. They gave me tentative date of June 12th. What??..Initially whenever you call them before paying they said it would take no longer than 9-14 business days. Believing that I still had my BC license plate in my car and I called them and said I have to return them before the next insurance cycle. I said you guys gave me a false information but there is a delivery representative named Victor he called me and literally threatened me that he would drop the luggage somewhere in Alberta since the truck is there. They are no way responsible for the stuff and they don't care about it. I had to please them and remove my previous reviews. Finally they delivered the car by June with cracked tail lights. I couldn't claim the insurance either since the deductible is more and not worth . So avoid them if you need a proper customer care or support and they deliver only after their truck gets full.

Official company response

Hi Lalith,
Thank you for taking time and sharing your experience with us. Even though this is not the right place to discuss the details of your move, we still have something to reply.
You received a booking agreement from us where in the FAQ section we mentioned that the general transit time is 8-14 business days from scheduled departure date. We have trucks departing from Vancouver every 1.5 weeks.
Our driver apologized that he couldn't take you to the metro, but he was willing to pay you for the bus or taxi, but you refused the offer. We sincerely apologize for the tail light damage.
Since our deductible is $300 on all claims, we asked you to shop around and see how much does it cost to repair, so we could find a common solution, but again you never replied.
After submitting a deposit we informed you that the exact delivery date will be provided at least 1-2 days before the truck arrives. This is what we did.
It seems you didn't pay attention to the details of the booking agreement and following emails which resulted in submitting this negative review.
We still will be glad to discuss your claim request further and close it in a friendly manner.
Best regards,
Centennial Moving.

In the face of obstacles.

Clearly my experience with Centennial Moving must have been with a fresh, conscientious, and vibrant team. Max and Alex arranged the details of my move on the phone two storage locations in Toronto (my mother's and my aunts) were visited so as to transport my lovely, antique furniture to Calgary. Everything arrived in tip-top condition. My impression of polite, precise, and professional was complemented by an equally pleasant gentleman driver. I highly recommend Centennial for its largesse and professionalism. A hearty thank you to my fantastic team for achieving the near-impossible. A successful move in the face of trying obstacles, this time.

Long-distance move from Ottawa, ON to Powell River, BC

Choose another company

ADDRESSING EVERYTHING WITH *** FROM CENTENNIAL

Dear Claudie, we have to stay longer in each province to find local movers to help us with pick up and deliveries and we're sorry for that.

*** Why weren’t you completely HONEST about that up front when I booked with you back in August?

It's 21 business days from the day when truck leaves the province, not your pick up day.

*** NOWHERE does it state that on your website. You picked up my possessions on September 24th, 10 weeks, 70 days, 43 BUSINESS days later you delivered to YOUR preferred location not mine.

We don't and can't accept any cash deposits physically.

***NOT the deposit. You asked me to give the drivers cash on delivery. Don’t deny the cash please!! I have plenty of emails that proves this.

Your first delivery was scheduled for November 14th, but since you couldn't coordinate the time with the storage facility and your water taxi to get there, we had to reschedule the move several times because of that.

*** AGAIN WRONG!! MANY emails trying to explain the problem “your guys” would encounter on November 14th.

***You have to agree with me that it’s impossible for your guys to catch that 12:25 ferry right? This Saturday the 14th that was booked wasn’t going to work out because of the late arrival and “your guys” not getting back home, It wasn’t because I didn’t want my goods Saturday, it all boiled down to “your guys” not getting home. You said the easiest for “you” not me the customer was to get a storage unit in Comox (Comox is NOT where I wanted delivery it was Powell River). Powell River doesn’t run like the rest of the world. No 10’ trucks either. I have to drive a 15’ BY MYSELF and empty it BY MYSELF into storage.

As well, you've changed the delivery address from Victoria, BC to Powell River, BC already after pick up was done, and it's harder to navigate, because even though they're within the same area, they have different ferry and it's harder to get to Powell River than Victoria.

***SO we the customers are not allowed to change the address after giving you ONE WHOLE MONTH’S notice?

As well you had so many items that we needed 2 ferrys to deliver it, not one.

***WHAT? I had so few items. A tiny one bedroom, no appliances, no bulky furniture or bed frame to move.

As well, at the time the ferrys were booked much time in advance and till February they have only 1 ferry to go to the island and we could come back only the next day with another ferry. We couldn't leave movers and truck on the island overnight, because other customers were in there and other deliveries had to be done, and of course you wouldn't pay the compensation to those customers from your pocket, because we stayed on the island due to your delivery had to be done.

***Let me copy and paste your own words from your website *** Our staff is highly regarded for their efficient professional standards when it comes to long distance moves. We are always willing to put our successful experience to use to ensure that you will enjoy a stress free move experience. We are one of the best companies in the long distance moving industry when it comes to bottom line pricing.  Our assistants are always ready to assist you customize your long distance moving plan to suit your needs.

*** I even offered to pay for a hotel for “your guys”.

After that the manager offered you to rent a unit on the other island, so we can arrive there ourselves and leave them in the unit and you could come and pick it up anytime you want, since we were unable to get 2 ferrys per day to deliver all goods to the first location, since delivery time was determined by ferry, not your storage time or a water taxi for you to get from one island to the other one. At the end we did exactly like this, you booked the storage on the other island and we successfully delivered everything there within 1 day.

*** You are truly going around in circles. The manager threatened me to either get a different storage unit or get myself to Surrey and pick up my possessions!! I CAN post the threatening email.

We're sorry that we were late for BC province itself.

*** No you’re not sorry, you never were sorry. And if you think taking $100 off my bill is going to make this go away, it won’t.

Claims Department received already a complaint from you in terms of items and will take care of that as soon as possible. In case if any other assistance is needed, just let us know.

*** Yes I have damaged furniture AND I took out extra insurance with you because I didn’t feel confident after reading the reviews which was too late.

If the claims department is as incompetent as the movers I won’t hold my breath and it seems they will also take months to settle this nightmare.

PS. Please learn how to use the English language.

Dear Claudie, we are terribly sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with us. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this case, we do extend it with sincerity. Indeed we were late, we have a shortage of staff due to the COVID-19, so we have to stay longer in each province to find local movers to help us with pick up and deliveries and we're sorry for that. It's 21 business days from the day when truck leaves the province, not your pick up day. We don't and can't accept any cash deposits physically, we offer two options, Credit Card and Interac E-transfer for the deposit on our website. Your first delivery was scheduled for November 14th, but since you couldn't coordinate the time with the storage facility and your water taxi to get there, we had to reschedule the move several times because of that. As well, you've changed the delivery address from Victoria, BC to Powell River, BC already after pick up was done, and it's harder to navigate, because even though they're within the same area, they have different ferry and it's harder to get to Powell River than Victoria. Long-distance move from London, ON to Gatineau, QC

Scam-like moving company

Centennial is a company that cares more about it's image and reviews than anything else. They have lied, scammed and bribed me to change my review.

We did a move from London, ON to Gatineau, QC and hired Centennial to help us move. The pickup team didn't list items they disassembled themselves in the inventory (pictures attached, see items 251 & 281) and hence the dispatch team were unwilling to assemble any of our furniture items. We were told by the delivery team to contact Centennial to see if they can fix it.

After trying to contact Centennial they kept deflecting and saying they weren't responsible anymore since we were 'offered' to have our items assembled by the delivery team (we were not!) and that we had apparently declined their 'offer'. They also kept deflecting to other furniture items that we had disassembled ourselves, saying that they didn't have to reassemble them (which I am ok with, but those were not the items I was referring about!)

I cannot recommend Centennial in good faith to anyone. Their team operates in an extremely unprofessional manner and they try to gaslight you as much as possible with regards to what was discussed with them.

I will give credit where due, the people physically moving our items were great and the price is fair. Everything would have been fine if the company didn't scam us and then lie about it.

Their claims department was willing to offer us $100 as a 'gesture of good faith' while simultaneously saying they had no part of the blame in this. The kicker was them telling me I had to change my review in order to receive this claim and were not willing to give me my claim until I changed my review!

Dear Nazban, nobody was bribing you, we've agreed over the e-mail to compensate you for the unassembled items. We've asked you how much would be sufficient in this situation and you've told us the price which we have transferred to you right away. We didn't ask you to lie in the review, we've asked to correct it since at the end the case was solved and we ended up on a friendly terms, please be honest with us and other customers. Proof of e-mail correspondence can be provided upon the request.

A smooth moving

We carried out a relocation across the east and west coasts. I contacted with the Centennial Moving company 2 months before the move, until to the completion of the move, I was satisfied overall. There is no omission or damage. The moving staff are careful and tidy. The communication with the Dave of this company was also smooth and timely. After moving, there will be a staff telephone survey. Everything went well. We are satisfied and would like to recommend it for your moving.

Best Service

I look into more than seven different moving companies. Centennial moving gave me the best estimate and the best customer service. Michael and Kevin did a brilliant job, understanding my situation. The only thing that need to improve is that they should give a exact date on the time of booking in this way the client didn’t need to get special storage because it is unexpected for them when will be the moving truck arrive. Giving a notice 3 days before doesn’t make sense at all. Overall it is the best service I can recommend to anyone.

Long distance move from Kelowna, BC to Toronto, ON

In September of 2021, I planned my move with Centennial Moving. My experience was marred by an astounding lack of communication, inconsistent and unreliable pricing, and a stunning lack of professionalism.

During the first two weeks, I was assigned a Personal Consultant whose job was to help me through the first steps of the process. Centennial Moving works on a self-reporting system, so I was asked to self-report the content of my apartment, without error, and without any opportunity for an in-person consultation. My final estimate came to around $3000, based on weight. Several weeks later, I would be informed that the actual cost of my move was roughly twice as much as the initial estimate. Thankfully I was able to pay for this, but if I hadn’t been, it’s entirely unacceptable that the cost of my move wasn’t even reliably estimated to me until well after it was underway.

Two weeks after I started planning my move, my personal consultant was changed with no warning or explanation. I was now corresponding with Warren and Alex from Centennial moving. This correspondence started on the 14th of October, for a move originally planned for the 22nd.

On the 19th of October, I was informed that the pickup at my apartment would “most likely happen on Sunday the 24th”, at the end of the weekend I was originally hoping for. As I’d originally asked for that weekend, but nearer to the end of it, I was frustrated, but not surprised, since it was my plans that had changed, not necessarily the movers’ faults. However, I did not receive any confirmation on the date for several days. I attempted to call Centennial Moving at least twice during this week, both times I was able to talk to a receptionist who was not able to give me any more information. I was forced to cancel my original plans for that weekend, including a hotel reservation in Vancouver, where I would be staying post-move.

Finally, I was informed on Friday, October 22nd, that my move would in fact happen on Monday, October 25th, between 12 PM and 5 PM. Since this was the first confirmation I had, I was finally able to tell my landlord, who was then able to book the professionals he needed the ready the apartment for the next tenant for Tuesday, September 26th.

The movers finally arrived at 7PM Monday evening. Thankfully, the movers were very good at their job, and packed all my stuff very well. It was relieving to see that they were as frustrated with the situation as I was.

The movers finally left shortly after midnight, having needed over 5 hours to pack my apartment. I was able to leave in the morning, but due to the rush and inability to deliver a clear schedule, my landlord had to reschedule the cleaners, and did not refund me my $600 deposit.

When I made it to Toronto, Centennial Moving was unwilling to set a date and time for delivery when asked. Instead, on Monday, November 8th, they said my delivery would be occurring on Tuesday, November 9th between 9AM and noon. When asked if this time could be moved, since I had a job interview at the same time and would not be able to reserve them a parking spot or elevator at my new building, they said it couldn’t be. So, I cancelled the job interview, potentially losing out on an early employment opportunity in Toronto and reserved the elevator for as long as I could. When I wrote back to tell them this, they suggested delivering on Friday, instead.

Over the course of the entire move, I lost my deposit on my apartment, as well as a potential job opportunity in my new place of residence. I was charged double my original wildly inaccurate quote. I was re-assigned moving consultants with no warning. The consultants and/or managers were completely unable to schedule anything with me within a reasonable timeframe.

Centennial Moving was at the highest level one of the least reliable companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Official company response

Please accept our deepest apologies on behalf of everyone at Centennial Moving. This incident is rare and not a customer service. As you can see based on our overall review rating, we put customer service first and strive to always provide a 5-star customer experience.

When doing consolidated moves, in areas where we don't have facilities we can't offer exact pickup dates. Instead, we provide a window of pickup dates and confirmed the exact date 24-72 hours prior to the truck arrival as advised in the booking confirmation email. This applies to the delivery date, the dispatch can confirm an exact delivery date when the truck is getting closer to the destination area and he is sure nothing will affect the date to be changed. In both the pickup and delivery, we provided sufficient notice as advised. You have to understand there is more than one customer going in the same truck and we can't arrange the deliveries based on each customer's request. Instead, the goods in the truck are loaded in such an order that during the transit the goods are offloaded in the reverse order that allows us to keep goods at their original places in the truck without moving and shifting to get access to other customers that can increase the risk of damages.

We are terribly sorry about the issues you faced while using our services but we can assure you it was never our intention to cause you any trouble and stress. Our dispatch team always tries to give as much advanced notice to our customers as it is possible given the circumstances.

The inventory you provided to us included only 26 items versus 106 items tagged and loaded by the movers. Obviously, the actual price of the move becomes higher than the estimated price.

We always warn our customers about the importance of accurate information to avoid price changes and truck departure and transit time delays.

Please email back to us and allow us the opportunity to make things right by you. We appreciate your time and do hope that you will reach out to us soon.

Your detailed review is very thoughtful and we are happy to receive all the feedback. We will definitely address your review with all our staff both the good and bad. We especially appreciate you pointing out the movers' job. Thanks for being such a loyal customer.

Great service and communication

My stuff weighed about 1500 lb and payed around $1700 (including the extra flight of stairs fees) I personally thought this was a good price. They were great with communicating with me for pick up date. And they were also very organized with moving stuff.

The only down side was that it took almost 2 months to get my stuff. So just be prepared for the wait. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service! This was my first time moving this far on my own and as long as you've got your things packed properly with proper boxes, things should be smooth on both ends.

Everything was fabulous, initially I was a worry wart over what day they would actually arrive to pick up our pre packed household belongings. Other than a glitch attributable to an Air Canada flight cancellation causing 1 day, everything went smoothly and professionally. Grateful for the wonderful folks and efficient service and also for the excellent turnaround time. They beat us to our new home and my family arranged everything so we just had to drive into our new home’s driveway to our welcoming committee. Great experience. Thanks especially to Dave, Eric and Basil!!

Not a good experience

Goods received were damaged. They misplaced lost our vaccum cleaner. Even after buying their extended insurance package wasn’t helpful. The service man coming to pick up stuff are not well equipped with packing materials which ultimately caused the damages of goods. We faced a loss of $2800 for which they are giving refund of $11. What a joke. I feel completely cheated by centennial.

Dear Swati,

We are sorry to hear that you had less than an excellent experience. As was discussed in your communication with our Quality Control department, the compensation for any damage is calculated based on the weight of the item, not its value. It is indicated in our Claims Policy and in our Terms & Conditions which are part of your contract. The contract also indicates the condition of the items at the time of pick up.
The Extended Coverage also carries a $300 deductible, which is also indicated in the Terms & Conditions. We are trying to resolve this efficiently and fairly to everyone involved, so please feel free to reach out to us, so we can try to assist you.

Centennial Moving Systems is an AMAZING company.

I would completely recommend Centennial Moving Systems to anybody doing a cross-country move.  The driver for this move was Walter, and he had 2 helpers for the pick-up.  Initially I had planned on renting or purchasing a trailer to move everything myself, but am relieved that I found a company that was so affordable (not to mention meticulous) with my smaller load of about 2200lbs.  I needed it moved from a small town in ON to N.Vancouver, BC without being able to be on the receiving end when the goods arrived at the storage unit, which was about one week later.  They came out to Simcoe, ON from Toronto for only $150 extra.  They were incredibly thorough in itemizing everything I was shipping and once I arrived in BC I couldn't believe how organized the storage unit was.  I am completely impressed with the quality of service and would recommend them to anyone moving.  The cost of the move was around $2600.      .

I have just moved with Centennial moving! The main reason of using Centennial Moving was their detailed moving quote, thorough explanation of the rates over the phone, plus the movers. Dimitry and Alex worked efficiently during the whole moving process. They loaded quickly my 2 bedrooms house from Regina and moved it all the way to Toronto. After a while I received multiple quotes from moving companies, the prices and information was different (just like I thought). I noticed the quote request from Centennial Moving. Their quote was very informative. after a phone call with Victor I decided to go with them. The movers arrived on time, it was a team of 2 and they worked very well together! Amazing team of professional movers. No items were lost or damaged. I would definitely recommend Centennial Moving. The best movers I have ever used.  .

Long-distance move from Quebec to Ontario

Montreal to Sudbury.

In December we realized that we have to move but the end of January. I tried to find a good professional company, read many different reviews, but still was confused a bit. Then my friend referred Centennial Moving. He said he used this company couple times in the past and it was a good experience. I was very excited at the time when I hear so many good words about this guys. I need to say that we moved from Montreal to Sudbury, so I received a moving quote with all the information, prices, moving time and more. After few day of research I decided to go with them, it was a right choice! The total price was the best from the other quotes, that I have received from other moving companies during the whole month. We didn't have too much furniture, it is just a one bedroom apartment, so we had many boxes, a heavy couch and kitchen table with 4 chairs. When two movers arrived I provided the additional list of items, this was a good idea, I was monitoring everything. When the truck was loaded I knew it will take 3 days to move everything to Sudbury and it was just like they quoted. After 3 days I received a phone call and was told the movers on their way and should arrive in the next few hours. When the door of the truck was opened I was happy to see my stuff in the same conditions as three days before. Thank you for your professionalism, good price, and kind attitude. I had a very pleasant experience with Centennial Moving!

Long-distance move from Ontario to Alberta

Long Distance Trip.

It was great to work with the Centennial Moving. We had to move from Mississauga to Calgary. It is a very long distance relocation project for us. From the first phone call to the entire delivery we dealt with experts in the moving industry. I didn't have to worry about my belongings. I knew Centennial Moving is taking care of everything. I just packed boxes and waited till movers arrive. The team of two loaded my 2 bedrooms house (2 couches, 1 master bed, 6 kitchen chairs, a table etc), we had a lot of furniture, and they worked with extra care. I was all the time over the phone with Victor the supervisor. He led me literally through each step. The estimated moving time was 12 days. On the delivery day we received a phone call with notification, and our belongings were delivered successfully. My wife dealt with movers by herself, I couldn't arrive and help her. Centennial Moving did everything beyond our expectations, my wife didn't even touch a single box! We thank this company for a high quality service and a great job!

Long-distance move from Ontario to Alberta

Moving across country.

Excellent service. Great communication. The quote was detailed. I had underestimated the weight significantly but nocomplaints on their part and the cost was still less than renting a Uhaul truck and I did not have to pick up a box. Would always move this way in the future. On time and stayed to schedule. I had alot of fragile and glass items. No one item scratched or broken. And they put everything back together on the other end. Less than 10 days until it arrived. Everything well wrapped and in fantastic shape. Completely satisfied and would use them again if the need arises. .

Local move from Toronto, ON to Fort Frances, ON

Great to Deal With.

Correspondence with this company was the first thing that attracted me to them. We were moving from Toronto to a rural area in Northwest Ontario (20 hours from TO).
They were always quick to reply to my emails and help with all the info I needed.
The movers who picked-up our items were very thorough and packed things very carefully. They worked quickly and were friendly and helpful.
Although it took longer for our things to arrive than we had anticipated (it was 2 weeks), when things arrived they were in fine condition and the movers were friendly, careful and fast.
I would definitely use this company again.

Nothing to fear.

This was a great experience. I moved 300 miles from Quebec to the Toronto. I was quoted a price and when I called before the move and removed a few boxes and items the price was adjusted down. They were easy to get in touch with also. Trey, who was in charge the day of the move, was great. They came on time and everything was packed so carefully. I was impressed. Even though they got great reviews I was nervous because of all the horror stories you hear about movers. I had nothing to fear. It was so easy. I requested Trey to deliver my belongings also. They let me know the day before the delivery and Trey called a couple of hours before to let me know his arrival time. I could not have imagined a better move. You cannot go wrong with these guys. Great!

Long-distance move from Victoria, BC to Barrie, ON

A+ service from beginning to end.

After plugging in my details on allcanadamoving.com and literally receiving 20+ companies contact me with quotes, I had some researching to do to decide which company to go with. I decided on Centennial, and I'm very happy I did. They moved our very full one+ bedroom apartment (including my hoard of clothes) and my car from Victoria, BC to Barrie,ON and from the time of booking, to delivering the last box, I was blown away with the level of professionalism and service received. Movers arrived and delivered within both time windows, and they work speedily! We tried our best to have everything move-ready, although our bed needed to be taken apart further to fit in the truck, every bolt and nut was accounted for on the other end and there was zero damage to anything. I picked up my car a couple of weeks prior to having our stuff delivered (it was placed in storage), and even the chap who worked at the storage facility (a non-related company), remarked about how excellent Centennial was and how hard the guys work. I've never had to move cross-country before and I was really nervous about the whole experience (especially because everything has to come across on a ferry from Victoria to the main land), but now that I've done it, I can't recommend Centennial Moving enough!! Note about the service cost: this price includes my 300 Chrysler, which is a heavy car.

Long-distance move from Winnipeg, MB to Medicine Hat, AB

Recent Move to Medicine Hat Alberta.

I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. I when posted my request, I received a call from Warren and he was very professional. Every detail was explained, from the location which was a storage facility in Winnipeg to my home. If there was any questions, he emailed quickly.
The move took only a week from time he contacted me to the actually delivery.
The driver was alone, his helper did not show up,, but he was able to do the move, as there was only boxes and a few pieces of small furniture. He placed blankets on the carpet so nothing was damaged. The driver showed up on time and was very polite.
I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to anyone that needs a good reliable company.
Once again thank for your service.
