From the start with the onsite estimate, to coordinating the move with the office, to the moving team, Centennial delivered professionalism, high organizational skills and a true work ethic throughout. They made quick work of the 2 level office move, working at rapid and efficient speed and finishing a couple of hours ahead of the original estimate, as opposed to slowing their pace to drag out the job. This is a refreshing attitude which is something I strongly suspect some of their 'competition' might have lacked. Very, very pleased with the entire experience and will certainly return for future moving requirements when needed and will be more than happy to recommend you with no reservations to others seeking moving services as well. I’m so glad I went with Centennial Moving for my cross-country move. The estimate was fair and was in relation to what I actually ended up paying. The movers were professional and efficient, and arrived right on time. I loved that they wrapped everything in blankets so it didn’t get damaged or wet, even very small pieces of dismantled furniture. They were also flexible when we ran into an issue with our move, and had to adjust the time of the delivery to later in the month. I have already recommended them to one work colleague and will continue to do so!

Long distance relocation - Centennial the only company I spoke to that could follow through. Just one person (me) - relocating and working - just getting to the stage of moving after a bereavement was monumental to say the least - the process had been manic. 3 Guys and a very large removal van show up - order and calm returned - The way those guys worked on that day was nothing short of heroic. Thank you. And the same again the following day at the other end of the country. Sense was made of a complicated half to the house and half to storage move. Thank you again.

Just recently moved from Montreal to Vancouver using Centennial and they really saved me so much anxiety and suffering. I've had such bad experiences with previous moving companies and these dudes have really made it clear that relocating can in fact be painless and even fun! Spent 3 days talking to Xavier and he aided me in setting up my move care free, he even gave me a free quote!! Took around two weeks for the movers to take my stuff to Vancouver, it went by flawlessly. These guys have like this thing to them, they do it with such passion it's really awesome!! They unloaded my stuff into my new apartment which took them around an hour and a half. Honestly the best move I've ever had. Please use these guys I really recommend them!!

I engaged Centennial Moving to ship my stuff from Vancouver to Winnipeg. My situation had changed quite rapidly so I had to arrange things on short notice. Xavier, who I largely dealt with, was extremely accommodating and professional and made stuff happen. I was impressed at the willingness to work with me on my terms (I am deaf and can't talk on the phone, so rely on e-mail and text messaging) to communicate. I was informed by text message when the movers were on the way to the pickup location. Pickup was handled professionally and diligently. They showed up unexpectedly early in Winnipeg, but that's not a bad thing at all, because I was given ample warning of this by text message. Threading the truck through the needle of the storage facility gate was a feat of masterful driving! Unloading was done with precision and care. Extremely pleased with the service and the rates. Would use again for sure!

Now that the dust has settled from moving, I wanted to put pen to paper to properly thank you all for the absolutely amazing job you did of helping me move house. Max, I truly appreciated your personal effort of helping me find so many boxes and sorting out the logistics of the day. You were so polite, organised and friendly, it made me feel completely at ease. The moving team on both days were utterly incredible. They were respectful, careful, polite and put 100% of themselves into the job. Not only that, but they went the extra mile when my trampoline wouldn’t fit into a moving truck. They dismantled and reassembled it on the day of moving with zero stress. I was incredibly impressed by them going that extra mile. I originally found out about your moving company by posting on Facebook asking for recommendations. My fussiest friend recommended your company, so I knew you would be good. I received a few different quotes from companies to move my 2 bedroom home from Vancouver to Newmarket. Max at Centennial Movers followed up with a call to my online request for an estimate to get further information about my exact inventory. He was pleasant, professional and had an immediate sense of helpfulness. Believe me you want helpful people around you when you're moving long distance. He emailed the detailed spreadsheet for the inventory as he said he would and when I provided my own list in a format other than their online list, he called to clarify a few things and immediately provided me with a quote. I made my decision to go with them over a few other moving quotes I had received because of the professionalism and follow-ups with me. The moving crew called about 30 minutes before they arrived to my house to inform me they were on their way. The moving crew of three came in and checked out my place, decided on their plan of attack and went to work. They hustled for 3hrs straight without stopping. Same standard of service when we got to my new place a few weeks later, they came up, took a look at the different rooms, I told them where the major pieces of equipment were going to go and they went to work.Overall, I was completely satisfied with their hard work and professionalism. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to close friends and family.

I do not write reviews, but this time it is an exception! After all I read on movers and moving experiences, I was very apprehensive to hire a moving compagny to move items and furniture to our son in B.C. After looking at various options and over 15 moving compagnies quotes, I had to make a choice and finally went with Centennial Moving, for their quick response to any e-mail sent and follow-ups. I had the most enjoyable and professionnal service from Centennial Moving, for a move from Rural Ontario to Victoria,B.C. ! Everything went smoothly from start to finish! I could not ask for more, and must say that I am a very picky person.
Max, one of the Long Distance Senior Coordinator, was so professional, helpfull and reassuring. We keeped good communications all through the process, which reasured me a lot. The team that came in to get the furniture and the team that my son got in B.C. , were very efficient polite and courteous. They came in at the time promised and they even delivered 2 weeks before the expected delivery date! The furniture and boxes arrived in the same condition as it was sent! Now..what do you want more! I have just moved from an apartment to my new townhouse. Even though this is exciting, moving is always a pain. However, thanks to Vlad and Matt, it was less of a pain!! They assured me I did not have too much stuff (which I do), and they made the move so smooth. They packed everything 1 day and moved me the next. Keeping the same team made me feel better. Now I just have to unpack. Thanks to them, this was a smooth transition to my new home. I appreciate their professionalism and hard work!! They are great guys. From booking my move until the last box was unloaded, this is the easiest move I have ever experienced. Thanks Centennial!!

I was moving from Toronto to Echo Bay and decided to use Centennial Moving because of how promptly and kindly they responded to my request for a quote. Ron and Eugenearrived on time and were very friendly. I have a lot of stuff and was amazed how quickly they were able to load and unload everything. Also I believe this is the first move I have not heard a box being dropped and glass breaking. Needless to say I am impressed. I would highly recommend them and I will be using them for my next move.

We went with centennial cause they were the cheapest option we had that didn’t seem outright sketchy, and we had friends who used them previously. We were doing a move from a city center in Alberta, to a rural community in BC. Their communication was good before we approached the window for pickup. My emails would get responded to pretty quickly. There was a student rate which was very helpful. There was also a lot that happened that was kinda frustrating though.

-We were given a delivery window of a week before the date we asked, or into the next month, which we didn’t have access to our apartment anymore. We had to go with the earlier week so our delivery window was originally set to be the 9th to the 13th.

-Friday before our delivery window I emailed asking if perhaps I could get a better estimate on when the truck would show up within the 5-day window. I emailed on Friday and didn’t hear anything back until the Monday, saying now that they wouldn’t be picking up until Saturday the 15th due to truck maintenance. They had told us that they didn’t hear anything about this until that day also. While I understand that sometimes things out of your control happens, it was really frustrating to hear days after the issue occurred.

-Dispatch has our contact information and if something was going wrong, we really should have been alerted as soon as possible. We originally had plans to be away for the weekend and had to scramble to change our plans.

-It would have been nice to have a heads up when they were on their way. We were told they would show up between 9-11am. At 8:30 I got a call, assuming they were saying they were on their way. Turns out they were already outside and I had to scramble to get my dog put away and get dressed.

-The movers who arrived to pick up our stuff was pretty good. They seemed to take care in wrapping up the furniture. They did scuff up the floor in the bedroom a bit, which took some work to get out.

-They were very firm in the fact that we had to reserve parking for their 70 foot truck at both locations. Turns out this wasn’t the case in either scenario. They just boxed in cars while loading up the truck on pickup. When they showed up at drop off they had a smaller truck.

-The people who dropped off didn’t seem to take as much care as the team who picked up. Boxes that were clearly labeled were carried in and placed upside down. A foot of our TV was completely torn off. There was a giant scratch in our antique dresser. The other antique dresser was all scuffed up on the bottom.

-The drop off team also didn’t put together any furniture that was taken apart. Legs were taken off of our large 9 drawer dresser and never put back on. Being able to lay down the dresser to put the legs back on and lift it back up is not a one man job, and not something I can do on my own.

-We have someone else’s else bedframe

-When we contacted them, they simply told us to put in a claim. You only have 7 days to claim something as damaged or missing, so it was a mad dash to go over the rest of our stuff to make sure nothing else was damaged or missing

-We put in our claim a week ago, and still haven’t heard anything back.

I have a feeling most of the damage occurred between transferring from their large truck, to the small truck they contracted out. If I was to need a mover in the future again, I would be hesitant to use them due to the amount of damage that has occurred to our furniture. I think if you are moving from large center to large center it would be alright, but wouldn’t suggest them for a more rural move.

We moved from Vancouver to Toronto and used Centennial Moving. Their office staffs pursued me persistently after I asked for a quote, responded my questions kindly and quickly, and thus won my trust. Their moving staffs were professional and efficient, and even humorous. I had many heavy boxes of books, and one of the movers asked, "are they sands?" Then after finishing his job, he advised me, "you should use a e-reader!" Good company, trustworthy!

Me and my family moved from Saskatoon to Toronto last month and I needed to write this review because we are so happy with how it went. Right from the beginning, Centennial made sure each every detail of our move was taken care of. It all started with their estimate, then the quoting process & then the way Max explained to me how it was all going to work, I was confident that this was the company I was going to go with. Best part is, even before our delivery arrived in Toronto, I was made fully aware of the overall timeline and estimate of delivery at our house which was neat. To top it all, the moving crew headed by Eugene was very courteous, they listened to our requirements and made sure they were taken care of. My wife is extremely picky about her stuff but she was also impressed by their skills. Overall excellent job! Thank you for all your help!

The guys at Centennial were great to work with. Having never used movers before, I was not sure who to call or what to expect. I found a lot of great reviews about this company and they were honestly accurate from my experience. The team was timely, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Moving from a top floor apartment (with no elevator) to another top floor unit (thankfully this one did have!) I was not sure what to expect. They were done in almost the exact amount of time they had quoted and all of our things arrived in perfect condition. If I ever use a service like this again, I will never look anywhere else!

Just as you mentioned the Centennial team was INCREDIBLE! From packing, to loading, and unloading all was done extremely professional and with care. In particular, Eugene(the individual that lead each team from the start of packing to the final load being brought into the house) was exceptional! Excellent, ethical, professional service from the first time I contacted Centennial to delivery of my home goods to my new place. Centennial employees available each step of the process with alleviating all my concerns. The day of my move the movers showed up on the scheduled time moving my household goods fast while packing goods that needed to be packed. The move went well to the point of almost running to get everything out of my condo between hours scheduled for freight elevator. Upon arrival to my new destination, movers worked fast to unload goods in rooms designated on boxes without any breakage. In summary, I would highly recommend Centennial which provided me the best service out of approximately seven different moving companies over the years including the cross country and local moves as well.

I have never had any positive experiences with movers before, till I met Martin, Matt, Phillip and Eugene who moved by belongings from Toronto to Regina. They arrived on time, equipped to work, and worked hard. They were very polite, engaging and professional. Answered all our questions and addressed all our worries. I cannot say enough about the whole team that I worked with. Xavier the Sales coordinator, and Trey that made the final arrangements. I did have an issue with some minor damage done to my walls during moving, but they took pictures and sent it on to complaints who is working with me now to complete the repairs. I am 100% satisfied, and so satisfied I told my daughter and son-in-law to use them in a couple of weeks in their move. I hope this review helps some of you that were nervous like me.
