Liar, liar liar, liar.

No honor, no integrity. I have been in the cabinet industry for 30 years and know a lot about cubic feet. The liar form Dallas, some stupid Russian told me that I had 1500 cu.ft. I am moving again with the same amount and the mover I am using told me I had 850 cu. ft. The owner defended him. They have a testomonial video claiming how grat they are. They must of paid the person to do it.

Cheaters.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WE WERE QUOTED $1447.50 FOR A 339 CU FT MOVE.
MOVERS SAID THERE WAS AN EXTRA 200 CU FT
THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE ONLY GAVE THEM WHAT WAS ON THE PRINTED LIST.
MOVE IS COSTING ME $639 MORE
COMPANY WOULD NOT TALK TO ME. TOLD ME TO GET OFF THE PHONE SO THEY COULD DO THEIR JOB.
THEN THE MOVING TRUCK HAD A DEAD BATTERY.

Fraud company, big time abusers.

Abuse, abuse abuse.. They will abuse you if you say you will take time in deciding. They will abuse real bad. If you want to maintain the decorum, do not even entertain coz they abuse and ask you not to call them. This happened within 5 minutes of asking for a quote.

Took our deposit and would not refund it.

They are in the business of putting you off when you call to cancel and then not refunding you. Make sure you put it in writing if you choose to go with these losers and then change your mind.

They suck period.

They didn't give me all my items and then tried to put the blame on me stating I should have went through all the items before they left,well how can you do that when they are im a hurry..they unloaded in a hour and they were gone..and the person I spoke to Wade was rude,non compassionate at all and continued to accept the blame,but put the blame on me..they charged us 4600 bucks to move us from Texas to New York,they think we are done with them once the job is over..wrong,we paid insurance and they will pay..already spoke to a Lawyer..save your money people.

The reviews are right..STAY AWAY.

Just read the one star reviews, this company is a joke. "richard" assured my they were not brokers, and was so polite and professional as he tried to scam me. we agreed on a price, and he wanted a checking acc#. I wasn't comfortable, he agreed to waive the 7%credit card fee. gave him the info, and that was the last I heard. was supposed to get a call the friday before to confirm the date, never got the call..I was leaving that following friday, so mon came, no calls back..needless to say, I called my credit card company, got my money back and never bothered with them again. how these liars are still around is amazing. just stay away..I ending up going with a local mover, spent an extra $500, and everything came from ny to florida in 10 days with no damage.

I just recently moved from Georgia to Florida from a four bedroom home into a nice three bedroom Beach House. They arrived on time and managed to stay in budget the movers were very professional and respectful they all took very good care of my stuff not one thing was missing or damaged.

Rip Off Company.

They quickly took my $300 deposit & never showed up at my house on moving day. Asked for my deposit back & they quickly said no. WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY LIKE THEY DID MINE.

Don’t use East Coast moving and storage.

Anthony ( if that’s his real name) was the sales rep gave us a price - stated what would take place on the day of the move..none of which happened.. all that happened was that the took my deposit of 450.00 ..this so called business is nothing but a scam..don’t give them a deposit and expect them to show up..you will be sorry!! If there was a negative one million that would be my rating!!

This is pure fraud! If you just gave them an electronic deposit, call your bank immediately and have your account closed before they withdraw the funds. They will deduct the money and you will never hear from them again. I do not know how they have a trucking license and continue to operate.

Scam.

These guys run a great scam, they quote low prices and once they have you sign then they start hiking up the prices for everything. Please read all the reviews here before signing up. I complained to the BBB and the department of transportation. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Unprofessional.

This company is really unprofessional, this is my first move and really fell for their low balling trap. These are actually brokers and the actual driver showed up two day late and deliver after two weeks. They also charged me the double than what quoted for the same inventory.

Beware of LUKE.

Be careful with LUKE. He did not answer my calls when I need, Movers come two days late than scheduled time and charge lot more. Delivery was delayed by 15 days. He is completely unprofessional.

These are just brokers and with unreasonable behavior. If wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
