"I've moved quite a few times over many years, and this was by far the best experience. From booking to packing to the actual move, everything was handled so professionally! I especially liked how I could track the moving truck online, so I knew wh..."

"I put in a request for quotes through Moving.com as they advertise repeatable companies BUT not even close. It started out well enough. Admiral provided a basic quote through email after some basic questions. I requested an in house quote which th..."

"The broker for this move was New City Moving and Storage (“Broker”) (US DOT: 3059125) with the mover Febex Moving and Storage (“Mover”) (US DOT: 3510454). I am filing a complaint against the Broker and Mover for deceiving the customer on the value..."

"Daniel, and Michael were awesome! We had such a smooth moving process. Our movers were punctual, professional, and well equipped to get the job done. Overall such an easy day thanks to the help of our sharp van lines!"

"This is the second time I have used this company, the first back in 2023. They did an alright job in 2023, and as I was in a very stressful situation, they did what needed to be done. Though, if I hadn't had things in storage with them, I would no..."

"This company was a scam from the get go! My mother who was moving from Reno, NV to Grants Pass, OR was charged double for what she was quoted, and even worse she was charged even more when they finally arrived with her stuff almost a month later. ..."

"If I could give zero or negative stars I would. First the quote was no where near what we were charged after our stuff was loaded into truck #1. After our belongings were packed and loaded we were told 5-7 business days after it left CA. Well..our..."

"The NYC Great Movers team was great - used them for packing and moving services from one single-family home to another and there were no issues. I can not say about others, but for me, they gave their full effort. I saved so much money by having t..."

"The moving process couldn’t have gone smoother. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout. The movers went above and beyond — they took great care of our furniture and made sure everything was wrapped properly."

"My move by your company met all of my high expectations. My furniture and belongings arrived in excellent shape. The driver kept in communication with me and was highly organized. Thanks so much for a very positive experience! It was a pleasure to..."

"I am glad 5 Star was my pick for this move. They live up to their name, in my opinion. Richard was kind, attentive, efficient, and professional. He explained everything patiently. I had questions and a few changes that were dealt with nicely. The ..."

"It's unfortunate that I even have to give this company 1 star to write this review. The disrespect I was subjected to on my move day is more in line with a negative 5 review. I am writing about my experience with this company for a move that was s..."

"Haven’t had a better moving experience. The initial interaction with Andre was flawless - he took into consideration the timing of our move and did everything to work with my schedule. The day of the move - the movers were on time and priced my st..."

"This company quickly said they could do my job right away and took a deposit. They then strung me along for 2 weeks including no showing for appointments, and finally canceled. Getting my refund (which I did eventually get) was like waiting for mo..."

"I would highly recommend these guys and would 100 percent use their services again. These are very hardworking men that deserve your support. The owner does great things for the community as well and isn’t looking to make a profit from you. He als..."

"This is a bait and switch company. Agreed to refund us our twice billed deposit which they did not. Send us a response to our email reporting what went wrong with no person's name on it. Mishandled our property. Avoid using them."

"I was afraid it would be such a mess to move with Lite Van Lines like my last move was seven years ago, but I am satisfied this move didn't happen like that. The moving crew took really good care of my stuff. Five stars for this company and the cr..."

"I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that f..."

"Transparent is GONE and so is your money. The sub-human SCUMBAGS who took it: Jacob Hodgeson, John Devico, Steve Brodie. Your goods are most likely located here: 160 Alabama Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11207. If you have the physical capability yoursel..."

"TDY did a great job on a complicated recent move hundreds of miles away from Brooklyn. It was a complicated job – – a lot of items, valuable items, heavy items, and a packed apartment. Adam came out, gave me good tips on what to focus on, and give..."

"Josh was who i talked to. Quoted me $2900, which i had mention for 800 cu ft and he agreed. 2 day before the move, QA called to confirm what i have which he quoted $6701 for 941 cu ft because josh didn’t put me as 800 cu ft, but 567 which later i ..."

"From Brooklyn, NY to Phoenix, AZ If only I could give Negative 5 Stars. My move was from NY to Phoenix, AZ. They quoted me $3,600 as the move cost. They extorted me to pay $11,000. I have retained legal counsel and representation against thes..."

"These guys are brokers who farmed the actual work out to a bunch of yahoos who showed up 4 hours late for the pickup in a rented Uhaul. They shook me down for an extra $3K when they did the pick up almost doubling the quote, and demanded to be pai..."

"Ricky and John were excellent in their handling of our things! They came to look at what was to be moved, established a plan and quickly but carefully moved everything out to the truck using the appropriate equipment. At the new place, they put ev..."
