They are thief, go away

We received a quote form Guy Fisher with a cost of $3000. He asked for a deposit of $1003 on April 6th. Over month and a half later he called us two days prior our moving. Told us that our quote was under estimate, and he increased the price for a $6000. He was really rude to us asking us another deposit for the truck reservation for $1750. We didn’t have all that money in our bank account so we just paid $1250. They used our bank account information for getting the deposit of $1250 twice. We called our bank and stopped those charges. Another guy call Pablo called me on the day of our moving and he asked us another amount of money so they can come and pick up our stuff. We just decided to cancel the service. We tried to contact them through all the phones on their website. All of them were disconnected or unable to receive voice messages. They never answer the calls. Also Guy Fisher block our phone numbers; both my husband and me. We requested them through BBB our $1003 dollars back. They said there were not going to give us our money back. Basically they are THIEF. Don’t believe on their 5 stars reviews cause they are paid by US PRO MOVING AND LOGISTICS.

Long-distance move from Herndon, VA to Talent, OR

SCAM!!!!

This place is a scam. I called UsPro first thinking I was making an appointment

with them. But apparently they are a broker, so they pawned me off to Luxury Van Lines.

I told UsPro over the phone I’m moving a one bedroom apartment and went through all the items I have. They recommend the amount of space I would need and gave me a very reasonable quote. I put down a half down deposit of about $1,500. I was moving from VA to OR.

The day they arrived the team told me I would need a lot more space on the truck and my new quote was $6,000. I was very upset and asked them to leave, but they talked me into going with them because he gave me a $700 discount and the deposit is non- refundable.

Being very aggravated and frazzled I was ready to get them out of my apartment after they packed up all my things. Which they did an okay job at. They wrapped my mattress in a mattress protector I bought from Home Depot and I thought they used plenty of blankets on my other belongings

Signing all the documents went quickly. The guy who was pointing at the places I need to sign made it seem like my items would be insured and safe. He had already talked me into going with their company so I thought I could trust them, plus I gave them a really nice tip. So I thought they would at least try take care of my things.

I was excited to go with this company in the first place because they offer 30 free days of storage because I did not have a place to live in OR yet.

Fast forward two months and $300 worth of storage fees later I am ready to have my items delivered. I called two weeks prior to my move in day, asking for my items to be delivered. But apparently the day you give them is when they start processing. So all in all it took them a little more than 4 weeks for me to get my things to me.

Delivery day comes around and they are completely off schedule without notifying me. Luckily I was home when they knocked on the door. They start rolling my belongings in and I notice fragile boxes are smashed, my automatic trash can is dented, my tv screen is smashed, the power cord is lost, my bed is folded in half and covered pink mildew, legs of furniture are missing, a side table is covered in black mold. I’m crying, and the delivery guy is like, it’s okay. Well get you a new tv and a new bed! I don’t believe him in the slightest, but he keeps pointed to a part on the contract that makes it seem like I will. So I sign and they leave.

As I am trying to file my claim today 7/15 the guy who talked me into going with the company apparently had me sign on the line that said I refused the insurance and I choose the free version which only covers $0.60 a pound. Now my brand new $1,800 purple mattress and $500 55” screen TV are worth $100 max.

This is obviously how they afford to stay in business otherwise they would have been bankrupt a long time ago. I don’t know how these people live with themselves and their company deserves to be shut down.

Their service was top notch.

We recently used US Pro Moving and Logistics for our move. I received two phone calls earlier in the week to confirm their arrival date and time. Moving is a tough event not only on the customer but the crew themselves. They all worked extremely hard the entire time and were so professional, literally interacting with me all day with a smile on their face. They made our stressful a whole lot easier.

US Pro Moving and Logistics is superb.

Our quote was quick and very accurate. On the day of our move, We had 4 movers for the day of our move. They were fantastic! They took great care with all of our stuff, and they finished within the time frame they quoted! If I ever had to move again. I will definitely be using US Pro Moving and Logistics.

My research has resulted in the search for a trustworthy moving company. They are the experts with collaborative staff who support you in all possible ways, from packaging to assembling, even in my new building. They packed the items with bubble wrapping so they can prevent every kind of damage.

Brokers not movers -- low quote raised twice.

Only the positive reviews showed up last time I looked. I thought I was dealing with a professional, who was experienced with the furnishings associated with a 1-bedroom. He rushed me through the items, giving me a "discount" if I booked that day -- not asking about lamps, pictures, rugs, etc.. The appraiser said the items were not correctly described, increased my price. The movers did the same . The final was 75% over estimated total.

Everything was very well protected.

We hired US Pro Moving and Logistics for a move from our 3rd floor apartment to a 3 bedroom home in the suburbs. David and his crew were right on time and got straight to work. They were efficient, professional and packed that moving truck so well! They wrapped all my delicate with blankets and my china with cardboard, blankets and tape. I'd hire them again for my next move!

Word Experience ever.

This company literally gave me no time to cancel my order I’m out $1500 they said that they where good on BBB I checked and they have no information on this company. I asked for a quote they told me it will be $5500 and I said that sounds good. Weeks later they called my wife and told her it’s going to be $11000 then I asked can they just cancel my order they said sure. I get a call back from them they advised me that they will not refund me my money I told them the guy I talked to that gave me my quote he said you will have time to cancel and order and I will get refund my money back. They told me that there policy changed from 72 hours to 10 days and and that I signed the contract on there 72 hour policy and they can not do anything about this. So I advice all my military brothers and sister to use another company so you won’t have to deal with the same nightmare I am going through.

Everyone that I encountered from the people on the phone, my customer service person, 1 and the guys who loaded and unloaded, all awesome! They answered questions late at night, sent me updates and had great communication, and just went above and beyond. They were kind and understanding, careful and thorough, and made a very stressful time for me much smoother! I couldn't have asked for a better move and better service!

Moving us To TN.

OMG what a nightmare, they are only brokers that quoted us one price and after inventory review , added more money to over 5,000 and then I paid over 3,000 up front which on the phone I was told it was a deposit and then after they sent a truck to small for our stuff , the drivers now demanded 10,000 more!! what, how crazy is that?? And it wasn't a deposit after all they then told me it is there Broker Fee, Wow! , really, to make matters even worse the drivers now needed a 2nd truck for another 4.500.00!! Then it was hard to get in touch after that, and now I am told that we won't get our stuff for 3 WEEKS!! These company's our Gangsters and liars and are getting away with it! I will be reaching out to the PUC & the BBB & the DOT! They are taking advantage of people in a bad way! I made sure to tell them about the square footage at least 4 times! Stay away , they are crooks!! Be careful when you go to move across state.

US Pro Don’t use them!!

Run away as fast as you can.

They were suppose to move me on Monday. Didn’t show didn’t call. When I called them they said they gave a two day window and now they will pick up Tuesday.

Now they will not answer the phone and I have a house full of furniture that still needs to be moved.

Only gave them 1 star because I had to in order to post the review.

Moving is hectic enough without dealing with problems.

From the service I have received the good reviews have to be fake.

Fraud Company they Keep your deposit.

Fraud Alert. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Canceled within 24 hours of the first contact. Was told by the manager I could get a refund $871. This company should be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission. Save yourself from this company's practices. Discussing with my attorney on next steps. I'm pissed Tracy LeBlanc.

All our goods were professionally packed.

After submitting my interest, Charles was so quick to contact me, then willing to come and give a survey later that same day, which he emailed me promptly the day afterwards. Then, on the day at exactly the time he would specified, 3 guys arrived promptly to pack everything up and drive it to my new flat, unpack it and set up. Afterwards they encouraged me to check the van after to make sure everything had been brought in. Really couldn't ask for more.

Keep up the great work!

The whole experience was much more master than I had ever experienced in the past. I liked how there was a first clip meeting for an appraisal and then future communication to confirm everything. The US Pro Moving and Logistics and the removal team were very timely. They moved everything with no issues or problems . Thumbs up and I am using it again in the future for any of moving needs.

Scam.

Please avoid them at all cost! I had scheduled a move and the movers never showed up. After countless phone calls and emails with no response I finally receive a text message back from their emergency text line stating my message was sent to Dispatch and is aware and will be in contact with a solution. Unfortunately for me and my family my lease ends in 2 days and since this company doesn’t work weekends and contact with them is basically non existent I have to find a different solution to move all my belongings in 2 days. Thanks again to these scam artist. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and avoid the hassle with dealing with this company.

I had a great experience with this company. The movers were very careful with my belongings and took the extra precautions to make sure they did not damage anything. The price was very reasonable compared to other moving companies that I’ve gotten quotes from. The movers completed the moving job very quickly as well. I highly recommend this company if you plan on moving anywhere!

Beware Fraud Company.

Hired US Pro Moving for a cross county move. They required 1/3 deposit in cash which I payed. 2 days before the move they called demanding another $1000 because my “square footage was larger then THEY originally estimated”. The day of the move arrives and no one shows up, I wait 2 more days and still no movers. When I called the company they said they were still working on getting the movers and truck to my destination.. needless to say I told them to cancel as I needed to leave the area immediately to start my new job. US Pro assured me my deposit would be immediately refunded in 4-5 days. It was not. I preceded to call every week with the promise that I would be refunded the following week (keep in mind the deposit was well over $1,000). 6 WEEKS later after biweekly calls and threats of taking them to small claims court I FINALLY received my deposit back. During the 6 weeks I was never allowed to talk to a manager, supervisor etc.. The customer service reps would not give me email addresses or include me in any correspondence with supervisors or managers. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM, DO NOT use them!!

The team were extremely professional, organized, friendly , fast, and efficient. They managed to complete a 2 bedroom move in 3 hours, with all furniture shrink-wrapping and all boxes extensively labeled. I made a few asking which they were happy to accommodate.
