No damages and super professional the entire time

Kevin and his crew moved my parents from a house in CO to FL with ease. They managed large old furniture pieces amazingly well and were very considerate of fragile, smaller items. I would recommend them to anyone. The initial quote Sam provided was reasonable and because of the teams incredible effort they saved us even more in hours of labor. I would recommend to anyone.

Overall a wonderful experience

Used them last week and Hank the estimator came out the following day that I called to walk through the house with me to review the contents. He was really nice, helpful and kind. I hired them immediately, but my move date changed at the last minute. I called him and he said no Problem. The team led by Hank showed up earlier than expected which was great. They were friendly careful and quick.

They know their stuff

The guys at US Pro Moving and Logistics was great, they arrived on time, and called us to let us know they were en route. They moved us in less time than the estimate, and were worth every penny. Very accommodating. This was our first time using movers, and I'll never go back! It was so easy, and really great. I was skeptical about the suggested amount of guys they said we would only need two guys and the truck, but they pretty much flew.

Unethical Refund Policy

I wrote to the company to ask them to make an exception in their refund policy. My husband had recently hired them to move us from Alabama to Washington.We did not know exactly when that would be happening, so gave them an arbitrary date of two months away. But due to extreme financial difficulties, we had to postpone that move...indefinitely. We called the company to notify them that we would not be moving and asked for a refund. Their response was that our window of opportunity had long past.

According to their contract, we only had five days from the day of signing, in which to get a refund. So they are legally not bound to refund our money. However, $8132.00 is a LOT of money to us. (Actually, it is much of our savings.) Losing that money will be a great hardship. So I asked them to make an exception, even if we only got a partial refund.

They hadn't yet done anything for us, except talk to us on the phone,as of the date of cancelling. So keeping the whole amount of $8132.00, I feel, is outside the boundary of human decency.

It has been over a week since I emailed them and they have not had the common courtesy to even respond to me.

Terrible company - scam - buyer beware

I had a long-distance move from Minneapolis to Denver. During the initial inventory and estimate, I went through my 1-bedroom apartment and thoroughly listed my belongings. I was quoted $1900 with a 3-6 day moving window. 10 days before my move I was called and they did another final inventory over the phone. My estimate jumped up to $3600 with a 10-day moving window. Because it was the eleventh hour, I had no choice but to move forward with them, as last-minute moves are hard to coordinate. They demanded another $1000 deposit in cash on top of the original $750 deposit I had paid. On pick-up day, the movers quoted an additional $700 and told me the drop-off window was 15 days. 10 days after pickup I called to get updates and wasn't given any information. I discovered fake addresses, fake names, fake phone numbers - it was really alarming. My stuff showed up on day 19, with no notice. They just texted me "we're here". I was charged an additional $300 on delivery day. Ultimately I was initially promised $1900 in 3-6 days and it ended up being about $5700 in 19 days. My original volume was around 350 cubic feet and ended up around 500 they said, although nobody ever measured, it was all an eyeball estimate. I was as thorough as possible during each estimate because I didn't want to get blindsided, I even threw things away to ensure I was under the limit. Everything this company says is designed to get you to say yes. They don't deliver on any of their promises. I have reported them to the BBB. I have watched their BBB rating plummet from an A to D- within the last few weeks. Their practices are predatory. They have found ways of silencing past customers online and creating a lot of false information. If you dig deeper, you'll find all of their angry customers trying to file complaints and leave real reviews and warnings. They need to be shut down. They are a broker. They outsource to shady companies. Nothing is transparent and all estimates are off by a LOT. They only accept cash which should have been my first red flag. They are smooth talkers, DON'T use US Pro, find a legitimate mover. This company needs to be shut down.

Great Moving Service!

I just moved in town and had three guys from US Pro Moving and Logistics. I can't tell you how impressed I was by these guys. They were prompt, courteous, mindful of my property and mainly just incredible. They packed my furniture like it was their own. I had a second story and moved to a third floor. This crew was just fantastic. I am a local realtor and would recommend them and Up line to any of my clients. Thanks for such a fantastic moving experience.

I have moved more times than I wish to admit. My experiences range from across town to across the country. I expect problems each time I move. My experience from over the phone to Ben and his team executing the move has been, by far, the best. They are storing my things for a few months, so I hope it goes as smooth on the delivery side. As far as I'm concerned, this is the company to use.

JOB NUMBER: 7246617

My name is Jeanne DeMello and on September 12th 2020, we hired *US PRO MOVING and LOGISTIS LLC*, to take care of moving 2 motorcycles and 40 large cardboard boxes from Connecticut to the State of Washington,

just about 3000 miles logistic service that was scheduled to be picked up on Saturday September 26th, between 12pm/2pm.

As sign of good faith, we made a check deposit of US$906.00 which cleared 2 days later.

As the moving date getting closer, I tried to contact Steve Mitchell ( the customer rep within the US PRO MOVING), but the phone and extension number he gave me never worked, no answering

service, NADA.

At this point I was really worried if I had lost my initial deposit and having to reschedule my whole moving.

On Saturday 26th some time after 2pm, we received a phone call from the Truck driver saying a misshapen occur and he wouldn't come that day as scheduled and a dispatcher would contact us within 2 hours.

It never happended!

I tried to contact customer service so many times using their emergency line and no success at all in getting alive person to let us know what was going on.

Now we are desperate, because we need to clear the house to return the keys, we had to cancel our sunday flight and find a way to do the moving ourselves.

After hard thinking and sleepless night and many tries to get in touch with *US PRO MOVING*, we decided to go ahead and rent a PENSKE TRUCK and so we did.

At one point I finally got in touch with Robert Smith, supposed to be one of the managers, and after explaining the whole situation, he apologized and assured that I would get a full refund of my INITIAL DEPOSIT US$906.00

Today NOVEMBER 16th 2020, over 2 months later, I still do not have my Initial Deposit Refund for a Service that never happended.

BE AWARE!!!

DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM!!!

DON'T GIVE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGS TO THEM!!!

Great help!

Ed, Cameron and Chris were on time and they even had called to see if I was ready earlier because their earlier apt. finished quickly. Super hard working, and we would definitely use these guys again. They took great care to wrap furniture and cover floors and were diligent in asking about what should go where and how. Thanks so much, you saved us a ton of work as we weren't able to do this move on our own this time. Fair price for the effort on Labor Day weekend.

We were thrilled with their diligence

David and his team moved our family from Delaware to Iowa. We warned them about the steep hill, the 53 (!) steps, and the many sharp turns and twists up the staircases, but it didn't bother them one bit. They were on time, on schedule, and within budget. David understands how to take care of his customers. His patience and calm demeanor made our move much less stressful. We will definitely use US Pro Moving and Logistics again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is a fraudulent company that will overcharge you, hit you with legal documents to try and take your money. They are scammers who simply want to overcharge you. They are versed in stealing from their "customers" and their customer service agents will actually yell at you on the phone if you try and work things out with them. Save yourself months of headache and frustration from working with this unethical company and use a different moving service. I regret ever answering a phone call from them.

Stay away

I have never encountered professionals who are more rude, entitled, and provide horrible service. I was quoted $2400, and then upcharged $500, and upcharged again $400 for things like "having to walk too far from my apartment building door to my apartment itself." They refused to let me see my belongings before paying upon delivery. If you want a service that will upcharge you left and right and treat you with disdain, this is the service for you. I will never use or recommend these movers to anyone- buyer beware.

Robert with QA call...

Robert sends text saying he's ruining late for QA assistance, then raises the price with out asking me the criteria off the move that was already established size by storage dimensions. Really ruined my day, then argued and verbally taunted me. QA team gets 0 star's not happy at all, now worried about my move, & am I going to get pirated for my personal belongings....

Talk about awesome

Michael and Ceasar moved our stuff and they were great. They were on time and came ready to work. They were both super friendly, professional, and efficient. They had everything loaded up and ready to go in less than 2 hours. I really appreciated that they supplied the blankets, as another moving company said we would be required to supply them. They wrapped everything in shrink wrap and treated all of our furniture with such care.

I needed to move several heavy objects within my home - a piano, treadmill and a very heavy table. I called this company named US Pro Moving and Logistics after seeing their Ad in newspaper to see if my request could be accommodated. The customer service agent returned my call, scheduled the appointment and followed up in a professional manner. US Pro Moving's employees were on time, polite and efficient. They moved the furniture without any damage to the floors or walls.

Great Moving Service!

We had a lot more furniture and we needed the packing service. Pet came to our house the day before the move and worked efficiently all day with my partner and the place was ready to go on moving day. Moving day went very well although there was a slight delay in the traffic with a jam on the bridge but these things happen.The price was fair and the guys installed my acoustic panels at my new studio. So if you have delicate expensive US Pro Moving and Logistics are the guys to call.

Scam!! The worst experience ever!!!

US Pro Moving and Logistics Company is a rip off. I wish I could give them zero stars. They will give you an estimate, but when the movers come they will up the price to a much higher price. Load the truck then give you the price, demanding you to pay, in my case twice as much I signed my contract for. And hold your stuff on the truck, until Police was called for the moving company to release my stuff.

Smooth Move

US Pro Moving made my move easy. Loaded up the POD and they stored until I was ready to move. I had to access my POD where it was being held prior to shipping and had no problem. The POD was delivered within the window specified. I liked that there were no surprise charges on the other end. These guys are absolutely amazing and make their customers happy and stress-free!

Never had a move go so smoothly or so fast

Two retirees decided to downsize had a large number of boxes, bins and a huge amount of furniture to put into storage. I arranged it all, and my wife was with the movers to oversee. She said he was blown away by how efficient, strong, kind, and fast the two gentlemen that US Pro Moving and Logistics sent were. They packed everything into the truck and then went to the storage space. Wifey could not rave enough about how they are an excellent company!

Go Straight to Moving Companies

They never sent anyone out to actually look at what was being moved. They started with a "teaser" quote to get my commitment, raised it significantly closer to the move once they asked for actual dimensions of furniture. Despite a detailed inventory, my quote of $ 6515 for the move ended up at $ 12,300, the day of the move.

They gave me a two day move window and called 1/2 hour prior to showing up!

I touched up the walls when the paint was scratched in the new location and have unrepairable gouges in my stairs.

I admire that the quote I received from US Pro Moving and Logistics was spot on with no hidden fees. I had 3 movers, and not only did they arrive right on time, but they started immediately loading boxes out the way and were really quick in wrapping up our furniture to protect them. My husband and I were very pleased with them as not one piece of furniture was damaged! I would definitely recommend US Pro Moving and Logistics to anyone moving.

Great Service!

My father had to transfer to another state and so do we so shifting was the biggest nightmare but US Pro Moving and Logistics helped us so much that it can't be put in words. They came to help me in wrapping everything off and then they loaded in their enormous storage and also helped me unwrapping everything after the off-load. I feel so relaxed and my parents were chilled too that in no time everything was settled.

We called for a quote; the first sales person left us on the line 20 minutes in the middle of the quote while she took another call. We called back and Steve answered. He was rude, belittling and extremely unprofessional. Additionally, he said that 1/3 of the total price was due immediately, however that payment would not be processed for 3 days. SCAM

I hired this company after finding them on google and seeing their numerous good reviews I felt they would be a legit business. Unfortunately it was revealed to me today (the day of my move) that scams like this are happening quite frequently this holiday season to many people. They asked for my bank account information to charge the first of three payments. They used my digital signature to create a check to take the money from my account. Because they did it this way, my bank was unable to refund me the money, resulting in $1300 lost. Please, if you read this review, take it seriously and do NOT use this company. I luckily still have all of my belongings. But what I’ve learned from this experience is that not everyone gets off as lucky as I have. I would hate for someone else to go through what I have and potentially lose all of their belongings.
