I feel I need to warn potential customers about this company. The company gave me a low estimate based on the fact that we boxed or crated all the items we were shipping. The "movers" showed up late, were rude and attempted to tell me how much they were going to add to my bill for a "tip". Had I had another option at that point, I would have told them to leave. They charged me an additional $150.00 for a "wooden crate" that was "required" to move my stone top patio set. It arrived TWO and ONE HALF MONTHS later, damaged by the guys they sent to deliver my items, the way I had packed it, no crate. Every box had rodent urine and feces in them and several of my shoes, eaten by some rodent. The mattress and box spring arrived with the same evidence of rodent activity as well as being ripped, torn and beyond filthy. Once this company "sells" you their services, they are not helpful at all and in fact lied to me on several occasions. As did the vender this company hired to move my items. This company seems to feel that despite being the broker who hires these sub-contractors, they have zero responsibility for the end results.

The actual cost was three times the original estimate! Trying to put a claim in has been a nightmare and this company has been no help.

I usually try to write only positive reviews for those companies that still demonstrate pride in their performance/services but in this case, I felt I really needed to warn other consumers. This company is not BBB approved for obvious reasons even as they claim to be. My items were held for over two months and I feel very fortunate, I had made other arrangements and was not sleeping on the floor of an empty house, some others may not be as lucky.

This whole experience has been one long nightmare and I warn you, find a company who actually does the moving, the cost is so much less in the long run.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $3700

This company is a rip off. They quoted us $3800 for a move from Arizona to Oregon. Then they contracted with Relo who is also a rip off. Relo showed up at our door on move day and demanded $7000 more to load the truck. Under pressure we signed and paid half the amount - they didn't show up when they were supposed to (took a week longer with no response to our phone calls). When the driver showed up, we ended up missing about $3000 of our belongings and much more was damaged. ProLogistics is a rip off - when I called the first person back I spoke with to complain he hung up on me. Hope these guys fry in hell and everyone should boycot this company.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $10000

I received a call from them due to a online inquiry I placed and they made everything sound so nice and official and affordable. They gave one quote and when I received the next call to talk about inventory in more depth I received another quote. Then they contracted out to another company that I didn’t know and I didn’t have the funds to go elsewhere due to paying them. They asked for more money when they picked up the goods and then more in cash when they delivered and they charged me a ton for wrapping my washer etc and then they unwrapped it when they delivered it I don’t understand that. Half of my belongings are gone! Completely gone! I even have things that do not belong to me! They ignore calls and emails and refuses to address issues. They told me to file a claim and I did and I have not heard anything. I am a single mother and now I am having to start over completely all the memories my kids had are gone! Shame on this company for being such crooks and lying and cheating people out of their hard earned money. All you had to do was move things from one state to another and instead you lie cheat and steal. I pray your karma comes back 10 fold to each and every one of you who have cheated and stolen from innocent people! I spent thousands with you guys and it was a move from hell. You guys need to find a new job.

I spent my savings moving and now I don’t have any of my keep sakes that I have had for years because they have been stolen. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY! Do not believe anything they say!!!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $70000

I have never encountered professionals who are more rude, entitled, and provide horrible service. I was quoted $2400, and then upcharged $500, and upcharged again $400 for things like "having to walk too far from my apartment building door to my apartment itself." They refused to let me see my belongings before paying upon delivery. If you want a service that will upcharge you left and right and treat you with disdain, this is the service for you. I will never use or recommend these movers to anyone- buyer beware.
