They efficiently moved everything out of my place

They were in contact with me on their way and throughout all their travel time. They did not damage anything and managed to move it all up four flights into my new apartment, this includes several large items and heavy boxes. All in the entire move went great. These guys were awesome and the price was perfect.

The movers themselves were courteous

The team were professional and humble and did everything s I asked them. I especially enjoyed having a couple females on the crews to show my daughter that girls can do anything guys can! I have referred US Pro Moving many times and would trust them with anything. Thanks for making my pre-move and final move so easy and carefree!

Very nice!!

The software is easy to use and flexible enough to cope with any load I might have, however varied. The guys who turn up are cheerful, flexible, and helpful. Nothing I could find any fault with, really. First time using US Pro Moving and was impressed by the service and value for money.

All the 5 star reviews are fake. This company is an absolute scam. They will take your money and deny you a refund for any reason no matter what you do. Look at any review site for this company it will have only 5 stars and 1 stars the 5 stars come immediately after and 1 star post

Bait and Switch

The fee ended up 21/2 times more than the estimate, and 3 weeks longer than they said for delivery. We could not get a hold of the actual delivery company. No one was helpful with info or willing to talk about the overcharges. I say. “Stay away from this company” bad business.

There was a guy who was actually training another guy, and he was really good. From start to finish, they was good. They showed up when they said they were going to, did exactly what they were going to do and with what they did.

All 5 of these guys worked hard for over 9 hours to get us moved and never complained or slowed down. It was incredible. Even the follow-up from the company after the move was wonderful. I will use it more than once and feel comfortable recommending it to others!

Do not use this brokerage company

They are unresponsive after hours and you are too dependent on the company they decide to use. The company they sent was very unprofessional -no tools, did not know how to dis- or re- assemble furniture. Caused significant damage . Moving is stressful enough . Do not use!

Worst services ever

Please Please dont go with these people.. They tell all lies until you book through them such as they dont go with any 3rd party companies, they will be available any time after booking, their guys come in uniform and move your stuff without shifting between trucks and wearhouse, etc.. In reality once you book through them they dont respond to your calls and messages, their QA team call back try to bill you more, they pick very bad companies (Oasis moving and storage) to move the stuff.. half of my stuff broken including a TV. I am very very disappointed.. they charged me alot and broke my stuff.. it is double loss for me..

Awful, unethical, lied about the price and 5 hours late

They sold me with a price in the booking, and when the movers arrived more than 5 hours late they changed the price to be more than DOUBLE the original estimate. Zero heads up about how late they were going to be, and zero apologies for the extra $1,700 they charged the day of. Unethical. Unprofessional. Filled with lies. Please do not trust them.

Scam company

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They provide a quote then change the pricing when their quality assurance calls. Once that happens they never contact you again or answer when you call. If I could give a zero I definitely would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

SCAM!!!!!

They took $1,400 of my girlfriends money and never called the day before or showed up at the agreed time. There is about to be a lawsuit pending on them. Do not use them. They are a broker and their registered agents are registered to numerous Florida companies. All of which have bogus addresses. VERY FISHY

Absolute Scam! Never even showed up.

Scheduled with them months in advance and the NEVER SHOWED UP! Ever. Don't try to call customer service, wait times are measured in hours (i'm not kidding) Their "Emergency Line" is text only and they never responded to it. Pretty sure this is a scam company. If I could give them 0 stars I would do so.
