Fast Service.

When I called them and told me the dilemma that I had over me moving and services, they let me know that they could provide a charge at no cost! They were calm and allowed me to explain how I wanted things done and we set up a proper time for them to come and help me out. It was amazing and I will definitely ask to have this service again.

They were extremely delicate with my stuff. Any problem or worry I had was very easily soothed by their customer service. Before service, I had quick responses to the timeliness of service. US Pro Moving and Logistics did everything they said they would do at the toll they quoted and the time they promised deliver. Everyone at company were very professional . This was a perfect.

The US Pro Moving and Logistics came a tad late because their previous job ended up taking longer than needed. But once the truck and crew arrived, the movers immediately got to it to make up for the late start. We got done way before the estimated time. Hopefully we won't be moving for a while. But if we do, we'll most definitely go with them.

Beware.

I still do not have my belongings. I still don't know when my belongings will be picked up. They are days late. No updates. No one returns phone calls. And now I am out money. This company does not care about it's customers or their property. Go somewhere else. They don't meet the contract and they refuse a refund.
