I had got a free quote from this company and it was the best. The reason that I say this is because they made sure that all my belonging were in the inventory. When I requested a home estimate over the phone by FaceTime they agreed. This helped me so much that I don’t have to worry if their were more items on my inventory.

Overall the sell rep broken down how it would be though my delivery. When given a price of my move it’s was fair and understandable as well what I was being charged for.

At pick up the drivers called me an hour before they arrived. They got to my home on time. They movers were polite and very fast while getting my items in the truck. They wrapped my items very carefully.

At delivery nothing changed they called me an hour before and everything. They were amazing movers and assembled my furniture.

This moving company really made my moving experience amazing. Would recommend to others.

I used united moving to relocate from California to New York. I was a little nervous to chose a moving company because I’ve herd many bad story’s. I was contacted by Sierra she made me feel comfortable and she answer all my questions. She gave me a good price on the day of the move Hector and Jose were very polite and professional. The moving crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job. Dustin was great, he is respectful, works hard and did a really good job at furniture wrapping. This was my first move and I the experience that they gave was the best. My move was around the holidays and it was already stressful enough. However when I spoke with Tammy she gave me a price that was in within my budget.

Moving day comes and the moving crew were so fast and efficient. They had loaded all of our belongings safely and the company kept updating me on where my belongs were. When it was time for delivery they were always updating me when they will arrive. When they came to my home they had unloaded and were very careful. They had even assembled my furniture which was greatly appreciated.

This company had my made moving experience the best.

I got a phone call yesterday letting me know that United transportation moving and storage would be coming to do our move. They called us set up a time that they would be here they were on time. We had a time limit to be out of our house because it was sold. Dustin and Daniel showed up to do the job. Understanding our situation they worked continuously until they got the truck loaded. They work from 9:30 until 8 in the evening. They made sure everything was wrapped, protected, stacked, and even asked questions along the way. I would recommend this company any and every time that you need to move highly qualified, highly professional and very very good at their job.

My friend recommended my family and I to contact United Transportation to move from California to Dallas, Texas. I contacted Tammy, who works in the service department, the lady was very nice to me and explained to me everything about the service. I checked different companies and this one had the beat price, this service included it all. Cesear and his crew worked fast, everything was easy and professional. I worried about having damage to my things, but the truck delivered my belongs in perfect condition. I wanted to thank the guys from this company, and highly recommend contacting this company with help for moving!

Last September United moving Co. Moved my families belongings to Texas from Dan Deigo. They stacked heavy boxes on top of boxes labeled fragile & dishware. They PACKED ITEMS BY just dumping them in the box. We had a artificial Christmas tree packed with a bottle of water loose light bulbs, the legs from a wheelchair WITH NO CUSHION & NOT WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP. We had alot of broken & damaged property. Some of the Christmas lights on the tree don't work now. We had broken plates, I had a expensive plant stand which was cracked & broken. Broken candle holders, broken vases, broken cups, They packed trash but left other things we wanted. They left all our yard tools, There's a missing DVD player, a special coffee cup (Christmas gift), a missing napkin holder, file cabinet missing, ladder missing, They use people they pick up off the streets who have no experience in packing. They Don't even pay attention to box labels saying fragile. WHEN WE got to Texas they used a subcontractor. They demanded the money upfront & wouldn't work until they got it. The demanded tips & to be paid extra. They didn't even want to set up the furniture. They moved a couch in my mom's room & when I told them it goes in the living room they didn't want to move it back out, asking for more money. I set my prescription glasses down they disappeared. This move costed $10,000 which they demanded up front & then had nerve to demand tips. Tips are given for the service that the client deems earned & at their discretion. They are not mandatory. This company WAS only concerned with money. They were not concerned about our property or its safety. They left the house a complete mess, tape was everywhere, furniture blankets, & I even helped them get all their blankets & clean up their mess. They stacked all the FRAGILE BOXES ON THE GARAGE FLOOR & PUT 2 & 3 HEAVY BOXES ON TOP OF THEM LEAVING THE BOXES CRUSHED & COLLASPING FROM THE WEIGHT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, MONEY HUNGRY, & CMPLETE IDIOTS!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....

First of all , they charged my credit card $776.00 4 weeks AFTER my move was completed and they had already been paid IN FULL ! Secondly , They quoted me WAY under what the final price ended up being. I had NO stairs, The only big items I had was a couch and a captains bed. I moved from MI to AZ. They "forgot " to quote me a $200.00 admin. fee and a $200.00 fuel surcharge. I found out about these charges once my belongings were being moved into their truck. They sent ONE mover , and he hired a local person off the internet (who was NOT a professional mover) . The "owner" was rude and shady and continued to add fees throughout the entire move. This company also held my belongings hostage until I paid them $200.00 MORE over their INFLATED ending price. AFTER the move was completed this company charged my credit card $776.00! Which I was able to dispute because I took pictures of the final paperwork (They did not provide me with copies ). Moving is a stressful event, but I truly thought that I would never see my belongings again. DO NOT ADD MORE STRESS TO YOUR MOVE BY USING THIS UNPROFESSIONAL , SHADY, SO CALLED COMPANY!!

I am so happy I went with United transportation for our cross country move. They brought enough manpower and a big enough truck to get everything loaded quickly and efficient.

The driver Hector did an amazing job and delivered my belongings fast. I receive the highest level professionalism throughout the move. I would like to thank the Sales team Tami and John for all of their help, the movers, Bryan, Alex, and William. Let’s not forget about the dispatcher Ben, he was always ready to help. I will be moving in the next five years and I will be using United transportation again.

I am so glad I came across them because my move was so smooth, professional and all my items were handled with care. Booked United Transportation, I need to move my mom asap and they were highly recommended by a friend. I called their office and a nice lady by the name of Tamara answer the phone, she was very helpful. She helped me make the reservation.

The crew showed up on time, they were nice and help me finish the packing. I’m telling you they were efficient and hardworking. Their packing skills exceed mine, and I’m glad they were there to help me.

I’m not only happy, I’m relieved know that United Transportation is taking care of my mom precious heirlooms. Alex was very patient with 7yr old mom. I would definitely recommend United Transportation to any one moving. A little secret; they offer Senior Discount!

Worst service immaginable. The driver showed up 13 hours late, and then said it was too late to do the loading, he would have to come back the next day when I could not be there to witness the volume of the load. Then they insisted I needed to pay $3600. over the estimate.
I have filed formal complaints with the Attorney General's Office, The Federal Transportation Administration, All Consumer Protection Agencies and the BBB, in 3 states! revealing business policies and employees adept at manipulation and extortion.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
