Very unprofessiona, arrogant manager and foremen.

Is anyone using these guys ? Dont even try using them. Hidden fees and hostage taking of your goods.
Promised free storage that never was. Arrogant. Manager who threatens to auction your goods. Look for another company to move and not these guys. We had lodge numerous complaints in order for us to finally get our goods. Please don't try these guys.

Long-distance move from Texas to Virginia

Worst moving experience ever.

I can not begin to express my dissatisfaction with this company. Initially my talk with the saleman Bobby Kaplan put me to ease, as he assured me my move would go off without a hitch.  June 10th, 3 men arrive, to pick up my things.  They broke everything down, and loaded it nicely onto a moving truck that had a different name on the side but I wasn't too worried at that point.  Next thing you know I have a re-estimate sheet thrown in my face asking for an extra 880.00 on top of the original 2200.00 for the move.  It was already on the truck, and I felt backed in a corner. What was I to do? I made my way from Texas to Virginia, and the long grueling wait began.  My stuff sat for about a week until someone picked it up from the hub in Houston, TX. Three days later, the driver calls me "I broke down"..it took him a week to get his truck back on the road. I called customer care, and they acted like it wasn't their problem. Rude and unprofessional folks at that office. Finally on the 28th of June my things arrive. Demanding cash or money order upon arrival (shady way of doing business, I found out why later), he opens the side trailer and here I see all of my things scattered around, not tied down, plastic bins broken.  They begin taking stuff off the trailer through a door, not with the assistance of a ramp, or an electric lift..just the driver and two hired helpers (apparently was their first day on the job).  They practically dropped my washer on the ground, took out a dresser upside down, and lodged everything into the living room in a pile, and left! It was stated in the contract of both break-down and setup of furniture. I received bare bones.  My personal belongings may not mean anything to anyone else, but I entrusted these people to care for my possessions, as some are damaged, and some are broken beyond repair. To make matters worse I have things that are missing, of which I probably will never get back.  I don't know how else to express this but take it from me "Do not use this company, they are a third party, they are brokers and they will lie six ways to Sunday in order to get your business."

Long-distance move from Washington to Wisconsin

You get what you pay for -- spend more and save yourself the stress.

Sheez, where to begin? I was moving the bare minimum of items from WA to WI. Sure, my quote wound up costing me an additional $200 or even $300, but since the estimate was done over the phone, I only have myself to blame for that. If you can get an in-house estimate, do that. But what am I saying, really? I just wouldn't hire these guys! Go somewhere else, even if you have to spend more money. You know the saying you get what you pay for? Well, since this was pretty affordable, you pay for a) [EDIT] service b) movers who can barely speak/understand English c) rude and incompetent customer service reps on the phone. From the moment my items were picked up (naturally, 2 hours late) on August 29 until they were delivered in Green Bay, WI on September 21, I was fretting. I had to call in on these guys daily as it's true -- you'll get told a new song and dance about when to expect your items every single freaking time you call. You have to stay on top of these guys.. if you don't.. you just might never see your items again. When the movers showed up, it was just one scrawny Russian guy who did not even have anything to help lower items off the truck and thus -- several items fell to the ground. I have a feeling this company hires illegal immigrants and pays them all [EDIT] poor wages under the table.. Again, heed the warning: you get what you pay for. Spend more and have a better moving experience!!

Long-distance move from Texas to California

Complete Fraud - Absolute Criminals.

I am in the process of working through the claims company that All Services Garbage (Calling them movers is an insult to any other moving company) uses for your claims once they completely screw up your move from top to bottom.
Anyway, they damages nearly $10,000 worth of furniture. It looks like they took a hammer or a bat to our stuff. They broke so much and destroyed so much that it is very obvious that it was done on purpose because I complained about delivery time.
So take a word of advice, if you are dumb enough to use these criminals, expect your move to be late, expect them to steal from you, expect them to harass you, expect them to intentionally destroy everything you own, and expect them to deny every claim so that you have to take them to court.
These people are the worst possible kinds of people. They hold your items hostage, charge you more and more just to get your move on the road, then do all they can to damage anything worth anything..
What a total fraud.

Long-distance move from California to Texas

Worst move ever.

Worst move ever. Most of our things were damaged. Driver showed up in flip flops and pajama bottoms, charged an extra $1200 for packing materials and labor. Labor my family did. They came at 1pm and did not leave until 3:30 am. In my quote I told the estimator I have moved 20 times I need two large trucks. They showed up in a rented budget truck. I asked if another was on its way, th driver said they would call one if needed.  They left behind a lot of items when I callled the next day to get them picked up they refused.  Delivery was late. My boxes looked like they were tossed off the truck several times. They takes months getting back to you on your claim. They ruined antique furniture , bikes, crushed boxes ,broken dishes. Do not use them. Run away.  They offered $135 on my claim.  They damaged my $7000 bed and so many other things. Please look at my pictures to see how your stuff will be delivered.

Liars, Thieves..and Silence.

I had decided on a move with another company, and 1 month before my moving date, was TEXTED by a random number, soliciting a better deal with All Services Movers. Despite the bizarre sales tactic, they offered me the same price as the previous moving company, and took the time to direct me to the other company's 'hidden BBB reviews' that were terrible. I was promised that my items would be wrapped, and remain wrapped upon delivery, as they were being stored in a friends' basement for several months while I was traveling internationally for work. Day before moving day, I called Bobby to confirm. No response. I then got a barrage of emails, texts and phonecalls confirming the wrong day for moving. I spent several hours on the phone to retain my original move-out date, as I was on a lease and flexibility wasn't an opion at that point. The two men showed up several hours after our slated date, wrapped up my things, refused to take some things, and asked me to sign a faulty inventory list (they had left 3 major items off of the list). These guys had been working all day, it was really really hot, and my house was their 4th entire house of the day- they didn't have dollies or anything, they were hauling everything up the stairs by hand- so I'll give them credit for that.  When all was said done, my bill came to nearly TWICE what I was quoted, as the day-of movers had an entirely different inventory, weight, and estimate in-hand than I digitally had. At that point, I just wanted to be done with it so I gave them full payment for the original amount. Before leaving the country, I gave a saleswoman (Veronica) the remaining payment over the phone. All my items arrived to my friends' basement safely except for my prized posession and most important item in the move: a hand-built bicycle worth well over $2500. Unfortunately, I'm a solid packer, so all of my winter boots and coats, as well as bicycle tools, helmet, lights, lock- etc..were all in the box, putting it valued at nearly $4k by my estimation. Additionally, I ended up with an extra ratty table and piece of plywood that the moving company has not come to retrieve, now over a month later. Also, my items that I was promised would arrive and remain wrapped up in the $300 worth of plastic wrapping I paid for (yes, seriously)- were all entirely unwrapped and thrown haphazardly into the basement. I have received one message about the bike, with a website link to a claims agency to submit a claim- but now, 2 weeks later, have not had any responses from All-Services Movers about the wherabouts of my bike- or who the table/plywood belong to- or from the claims agency.

Worse moving company, DONOT HIRE THEM.

Worse moving company ever, Donot hire them. We have moved 6 times in past tweleve years without any problems but All Services Movers were the worse. They have lost our washer and drayer. They damaged most of our furnitures and most of the picture frames and dishes were not wrapped so they all broke. Their employees told us they were not trained and they were picked up by Home depot before coming to our house. They charged us twice as much as quoted price. Hired driver will testify how bad the load was but they told him to take the load anyway. We have called and emailed them with pictures but they are not returning our calls or emails. The salesman by the name of Bobby will lie and make up stories, donot trust him. Nicole Green is the manager but she doesnot care and hung up the phone. Brian in Houston claims he is the owner and if we didn't pay additional $10,000 he would not deliver our products. BBB were notified and legal action is in process. DO NOT go through what our family went through.

No concern about missing items.

We had a partial load, paid over $3,000 to have some family items shipped fromTexas to Richmond, VA.  Everything that was picked up was not delivered.  They did not bring the top part to an antique china cabinet, a bike or a large rug.  First person we talked to pretty much said this was to be expected, that it happened all the time.  Company has shown no concern in resolving the issue for us.  Mutiple e-mails and phone calls have not been returned.  We are not able to get any information about our missing items.  Very frustrating. .

Long-distance move from Washington to California

Dishonest, poor service and untrustworthy.

List of complaints from recent move (Washington to California): - Bed slats missing - Large scratch and dent on table stand, glass shelves also scratched - Edges of couch are clearly scuffed - Delivered a box that isn't ours! - Company has made no attempt to speak to us despite over 10 phone calls and voice messages to them explaining the situation. We are clearly being ignored after repeatedly asking for a manager that we are told is not currently in the office every time we call. All Service Movers have never called us back. - Did not pick up on time despite "guaranteed pick up date" on contract - Caused issues with our landlord by not picking up on time and delayed our interstate journey significantly. We were told that the company uses all their own trucks and are not a broker. This is incorrect as they clearly used other moving companies for the move and never used their own trucks. The delivery drivers actually told us that the company we used are brokers. I was also told that the company is a local company from Seattle/Tacoma. This is clearly another misrepresentation of the the truth as they are based in Texas not Washington. Calls to managers were received in Texas. They refused to contact us when there were problems with our move. All Services Movers are clearly lying to customers about the way they do business, falsely assuring customers they are not a broker and use all their own trucks. Do not use this moving service under any circumstances.

Flawless move!

I was referred to the company by a former co-worker of mine, I was transferring locations and have never done an service move or even an international move for that matter. I was a little skeptical at first but I must say I was very impressed. From the very beginning Samantha alongside her company were beyond very helpful, staff was immaculate and very prompt and professional with answering any questions I had and returning each and every phone call. Like I said in the beginning I was very skeptical because of horror stories I have heard in the past, but Samantha was very informative and hepful during the duration of my move. COMPLETELY redirected me! The movers were very promt and polite as well, VERY PROFESSIONAL might I add. They gave me calls frequently to let me know where they were each and every step of the way. If I had any questions I trusted I was able to call Samantha and get a direct answer within minutes. I must say, I will refer this company to friends and family. They have exceeded my expectations of any mover, THANK YOU ALL SERVICES AND STAFF !

Our move to Florida!

I'm normally not one to write reviews, but in this case I'm just in complete amazement with this company and the professionalism of the way they work! There were a few minor kinks in the road but I couldn't even complain after such service I received from Brittany and her team! I'm going to start off by saying they did an excellent job from start to finish. They answered all my questions and made me fully aware of the full service move, they left me feeling comfortable leaving my life long goods with them! Without a doubt I would recommend All Services Movers to anyone!

Long-distance move from Washington to Arizona

My first move.

So, this was my first time ever doing a long distance move. I was very hesitant considering all the terrible stories you hear now a days. I spoke to several companies before choosing All Services.  I finally made the commitment, I was relieved and couldn't be happier that I did. I had spoken to a moving consultant, and she coverd all the details of my move, and what I should expect. On the day of the move, the moving crew showed up and went straight to work. I couldn't believe how easy they made it look! Then our stuff were delivered about 10 days from my moving pick up day. The crew came into my new home, put all my stuff back together and put all my boxes where I asked them too. I was very impressed!!

Great Experience.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank John B. and All Services Movers for moving my family for the second time. Again the move went smooth. I will definately be contacting them again for my next move. John the sales person was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was always there to answer my dumb questions and was so sweet and professional. I got 3 quotes for the move and again they were the lowest price. Not by much but still. The driver ray and his crew of pros were awesome. I especially liked the way they packaged and ahndled my piano. I have to say it was very impressive just watching them handled it. Thanks guys!!

Can't complain!

I want to start off my saying this company has definitely changed our outlook as far as hiring a moving company. Both my husband and myself have heard so many horror stories about hiring a mover, but come to find out you don't always hear the whole story. Our family moved from Houston to Florida due to my husband relocation for work. We were horrified at the thought of someone other than ourselves would be handling all of our things and for such a far distance and good amount of time. At pick up the movers were great, the foreman was very informative as far as pricing because we did leave quite a few items off of our inventory which brought the price up quite a bit but was okay. They did a very nice job of wrapping everything and loading everything up securely. The entire company kept contact with us the entire time of the move. We did have a few issues such as broken mirror, a lost box or two, and our items exceeded 21 days. However, this is where the company was just outstanding.. We were compensated for the mirror, our boxes were found immediately and overnighted, we were compensated for the late delay, but it doesn't stop there.. We received phone calls with updates almost daily by our representative until we received out items in Florida and also very sincere card in the mail apologizing for the issues we had and thanking us for being customers of them. I must admit it wasn't a 'perfect' move but as far as the company taking control of the problem and handling it immediately they did it! And to both my husband and myself that means a lot! I would definitely move with them again and definitely refer them to anyone moving. Not every move can be perfect, so what it comes down to in the end is how the problem and situation was handled. The team was great, thank you for everything All Services Movers.

Satisfied customer!

I was referred to All Services Movers by a close neighbor of ours who had been a returning customer for a few years now. From the get go, this company stood out to us from all of the rest. Our representative was very pleasant to speak with and answered all of our questions. She even came out to our home on her day off to perform a visual for us. The entire company together works as a team which we really liked as well. We could call in and speak with a completely different representative each time and still get the help and answers we were looking for. The movers were friendly and worked in a timely matter, the foreman noticed we had a little less cubic footage than what we were quoted prior and was able to price adjust our quote for us on the spot. Each individual with the company has just been a pleasure to work with. We got our items a lot sooner than we expected with no problem. I have definitely enjoyed my experience with All Services Movers.

Great Customer Service.

We used All Services Movers to relocate our office to our new location in Katy. They were on time, worked efficiently, and very courteous. I have worked in the business industry for quite some time now and let me first say that this company has the best customer service! Every call and email was answered in a timely matter, our sales representative was very helpful as well. For a decent sized office move we couldn't complain about the price either. It took the movers 2 days to complete everything, they wrapped and packed everything before they loaded the truck, and put everything back together as well! They did an amazing job! Thanks team!

Substandard equipment & help.

When I contacted sales person I told her that there was a Grandfathers clock and a safe that weighed approximately 450lbs. that was a concern . I was told that was not a problem. On the day to move the furniture from storage unit to new house two men and a truck arrived. The truck had a broken lift tail gate on it and a new helper for the day. They managed to get the clock on the truck but were unable to lift the safe. They arranged, with the manager, to have another truck come the following day at no extra charge. I agreed. The new helper had physical problems assisting the driver. When they arrived at new home they were informed that all the walls and trim were freshly painted that week. Did not matter for some walls, trim and furniture were damaged. The following day, four men and a truck with a working lift power tail arrived and loaded the safe. On the way the home site, three mile away, the truck broke down causing a traffic jam for about two hours on highway until a third truck arrived and the transfer was made to it. When we arrived at home I was informed that there was an additional $150 charge. When I tried to get the damages taken care of I was told to contact the insuance company. To this day it has not been resolved.          Very unhappy homeowner.

Horrible move!

Move was awful! We were quoted a price, then the price was increased; then when the truck arrived they wanted $2000.00 cash more or the truck wouldn't be unloaded. We were told there were professional movers at both ends, but when truck arrived with only driver & 1 helper, we were required to go pick up migrant workers at Home Depot to unload. Not professionals. When truck was unloaded, MOST items were damaged, & about half were severely damaged. We contacted the company but haven't had any satisfaction. This was all last August and we've been too upset to try to pursue it.
I still hope to get some communication from them. We're elderly and this is very hard to deal with.  We did pay the extra $2000.00 cash so the move turned out to be about double our original quote. .

DO NOT USE All Services Movers.

My experience with All Services Movers has been the worst experience I have ever had moving and one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I selected this company for my move from Austin to San Francisco based on promises on their web site and the sales person (Scott) regarding their pledge to treat my household goods carefully and to provide courteous service. They were not the low price bidder.

Pick up
The moving crew that picked my items up in Austin took an extremely long time to complete my relatively small job. They were unprofessional and worked very slowly.  My roommate at the time joked that they must be getting paid by the hour due to their inefficiency. The team also showed up much later than agreed on. Prior to the movers coming, I had spent a considerable amount of time wrapping my furniture in plastic and bubble wrap to protect it. It is a good thing that I did so, because they were not all careful with my belongings.  I had to insist that the large furniture was wrapped in pads and I had to correct the movers more than once, instructing them NOT to put tape directly on painted surfaces to protect the item. Their inventory sheet proved to be incomplete and they left items (a remote control I specifically asked to be wrapped with my TV) behind.

Storage/In Transit
Communication with All Services Movers after the pick up of my belongings was extremely poor. I had to call several times, was frequently placed on hold and found representatives to be rude and not helpful. Storage costs were not well communicated and I was overcharged for storing my belongings. Finally, I have a message saved stating my items would be delivered between the 18th and 21st of January. The delivery did not take place until Friday the 23.

Delivery

After waiting for two extra days, I was eager for the delivery of my items so I could move in and get settled. However, upon seeing the condition of my belongings I was literally sick to my stomach. My first encounter with the delivery team (lead by Alex) was offensive. He was extremely rude and charged me an extra 40$ on the spot because the elevator was not up to par. I reluctantly agreed and paid the extra amount in cash. Their demeanor was aggressive and rude. As the team started to carry my belongings in, I was immediately surprised at the terrible condition some of the boxes arrived in. Items were literally coming out of the boxes and the driver joked that he could hear the rattling of broken glass inside of them. He acted as if this were some sort of joke and did not even offer an apology on part of his team or on behalf of the company. My lamp (wrapped in bubble warp and blankets) was completely bent at the top. My coffee table has severe gouges in the wood due to poor handling. Part of my bed was missing completely and still has not been found. As expected by the condition of the boxes, many of the items inside were broken. .

Long-distance move from Colorado to Florida

Worst Experience I have ever had!

Hired for my grandmothers move to Florida, they quoted $3143.81 for 857 cubic feet, when they picked up items in CO we refused to sign loading paperwork because they looked at it and said - oh more like 1200 cubic feet & wouldn't measure, did not stack to top of truck because they said truck delivering would be shorter. I called and was told we would get a remeasure upon delivery. Instead they came with a huge truck & said they would not re-measure because our stuff was in the back and the transport service they hired ( a 3rd party) didn't measure by cubic feet - just weight, which they did not know because there were 3 households on our truck and ours was in the back, but being delivered first. Then they said the used a larger truck so is could not get into the neighborhood we had to pay an additional $500 cash to the driver to put in a different truck or we could unload it in the parking lot where they parked and handle it ourselves.  There were several conversations where he threatened to hold her stuff hostage or take it somewhere else if we didn't pay the driver of the 3rd party cash and take him to rent a smaller truck.
Credit card was charged almost double estimate, we finally a day later and several hours later than he said he would be had the "mover" in his slip on open toed sandals move from one truck to another and got a measurement we had him sign off on - called Kevin - who is the owner but goes by Kevin because he does not like to use his real name he said he would send a check for difference - 2 1/2 months later and several phone calls and email, still no refund.
Items were opened and tossed into larger because so they could charge us for boxes and packing, they were already packed and marked Packed by owner as they requested. there were large holes in many items, fragile glass ware and antiques were tossed in larger boxes and literally tossed into a bedroom where they stacked everything they brought - all in one bedroom with Fragile items on the bottom,  dozens of items were completely broken, and antique   table was left unwrapped and upside down in the truck with boxes on it, it is damaged beyond repair.  My grandma has been in tears every time she opens a box.  We told them stuff was missing, they never even delivered the glass table tops, but didn't care because they did not check off anything on the bill of lading just drew a straight line.  Missing many many items and so many were broken it is unbelievable.
They charged us for additional packaging of items that they did not pick up even though it was on there list - 2nd TV and packaging and box - but he said we have no way to prove that it, so it doesn't matter.
They did not unwrap, check anything or place anything in the correct room, they gave us NO time to count items, look at items, and it didn't matter because we could not get to any of them anyway!
I could go on and on, but really PLEASE READ BBB reviews,  long story short, owner is exceptionally uncaring, could care less about customer service, hires third parties to do the work that are not movers just trucking companies. There were two guys who delivered and there was absolutely NO professionalism, just toss it and run.
This is over 2 months later, we are still missing items, still finding broken items and still un-stacking the ceiling high mess they tossed into one of my grandmas bedrooms.
I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for professionalism, industry knowledge, service or accountability. Please read reviews carefully before hiring this mover! Ask them who will actually be delivering and driving your items across country.
Moving is stressful enough and this horrible company made it so much worse, we feel completely ripped off by price and service and the owner literally does not care and just keeps registering his business in different states. Went from Memphis to Houston, his only truck is registered with DOT in Los Angeles and he works out of his home in Washington.  Please DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE HIRING, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone!

Long-distance move from Texas to Virginia

Save Yourself The Headache And Marriage!

Let me first state this company is deceptive and not trustworthy; my wife and I were moving from Texas back to Virginia.  My wife found this company online and we both spoke to a (deceptive) salesman and he assured us everything would be a breeze.  My wife and this incompetent individual agreed on a price that was supposed to only change by $300 give or take according to this person.    When the company came to pick up our belongings, everything was status quo as agreed upon.  However, when all of our items were in their hands and possessions loaded onto their truck, they switched gears on us and renegotiated their contract and basically held us hostage with our belongings. We then learned the charge was to rise by another $1,000 - that is an almost 50% increase.  Due to the fact that it was our only child's birthday,  I felt obligated to agree to the demands as I did not want to cause a dispute in front of the our daughter.  At that point we had no choice but to go with their lies and deceptions.  They assured us our belongings would be at their destination within a week or 10 days at the maximum.  The day before the scheduled arrival of our belongings, the driver called us and stated that his truck had broken down but assured us he would be arriving within two days.  This time frame stretched to almost another week; at this point my wife was concerned our items may have been stolen; and with the headache or not knowing where your items are, we needed reassurance that everything was above board.  We then called their sales office and spoke to the associate who we had suspected of lying to us previously.  To our immense surprise he ignored us and directed us to their customer service, who didn't even recognise us as their customer, or even cared to atttempt to resolve our concern.  Later after much interrogation of their driver, we were told by the said driver that "he was a sub contracted driver and didn't really work for that company and that he answered to God only".  While I admire his dedication to his religious faith, I felt it inappropriate to assert it to me, a supposed "valued customer" at that particular time.  Please save yourself the headache and hassle - do not hire this company.. they have still not followed through on their promises to resolve our outstanding concerns after almost a month.  Now that their pockets have been filled with our hard earned money and they have been paid, they have obviously no regard for pursuing our concerns to a satisfactory resolution.
