US Interstate Van Lines

When I called US interstate Van Lines, the first impression I had of the company was of an unknown company that claims to provide excellent moving service and no damage to the transported items. Well, everyone promises that but we decided to trust these guys because of their friendly attitude and gentle behavior. We hired them as they had these qualities. During the move, they proved themselves by their job. They were seriously extraordinary and different from others. I couldn’t find anything to complain about with these movers.

Ill tell you all about this scam operation(Us Interstate Van Lines) run by 2 scam artist kids named Fernando Sanchez who goes by his scamming alter ego Brian Fuentes on the phone and his friend Jonathan Romero who goes by multiple different names when speaking to customers. Lets start off with the facts that they put up 3 fake reviews daily on google to cover up for the legitimate reviews which are all 1 Star. Lets talk about the facts that they are a broker who send criminals to your home on pick up day, who are going to upcharge the original quote by 3x and then go through your belongings to steal the most expensive items. I would probably run out of words while praising US interstate movers. They were inexpensive, efficient, punctual and reliable. The movers were all very experienced and it showed in the way they worked. There were no glitches anywhere. When they delivered everything, I was amazed to see none of my valuables were damaged. I have heard and experienced relocations where movers were responsible for too much damage. I really loathed having to move in the past. But these amazing movers showed me how efficiency and skills can make relocations so easy.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3300

Absolutely love this company! Moving from Charleston to Pensacola seemed so overwhelming with all the packing and sorting, just to have to move it too. I hired Universal to handle the move, and it was PERFECT. Affordable, friendly, and fast! I have no complaints. I wouldn’t believe half of the bad complaints against this company as they sound too far fetched. I personally spoke to several of the customer service agents when having questions, and all of them were polite and explained everything I needed to know, calmly. I would definitely use Universal again.

Everyone from US interstate movers and the sales rep at the office coordinated the move were extremely friendly, pleasant, and professional. The foreman and his helpers were very polite and professional. They loaded my items very carefully and fast. On delivery day my shipment arrived on time and in a good condition. The movers helped me to organize my furniture with no extra charge. The move was completed without a glitch. I would recommend US interstate movers and use them on my next move.

Top rated movers!

Moving was a nightmare for my family, because we always had to ask neighbors or family members to help and even though they were helping they were always grumpy about that, perhaps because we have been moving a lot. Then I realized that I really need a professional help so my husband hired US interstate movers. I have to say that the movers were really responsible, were not late the morning when we were supposed to leave. We have three kids and trust me; there is never enough help to pack the toys they have. And if you wonder if they charge a lot, I say they charge just fine. If you’re moving soon, hire these guys you won’t regret.

When I moved to a new town, I didn't know who to hire, but a friend recommended US interstate movers to me, and I couldn't be happier! The people lifting my boxes were very careful. The pricing was fantastic for the service I got too! None of the items were damaged during the delivery process. The people I spoke to were very kind and I thank them for making this move very easy. The way these guys handled everything made me really thankful to them. While most companies out there are trying to rip you off, these guys really go out of their ways to make relocations comfortable for you.

US Interstate Van Lines was responsive and professional. They demonstrated great care in both packing and moving my family's home. There were so many things on my moving checklist and I was able to confidently delegate half of the list to them. The movers were incredibly patient and knowledgeable in keeping my items safe. Cost-effective without sacrificing quality. US Interstate Van Lines is the perfect moving company and I would definitely recommend US Interstate Van Lines.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5300

This company has given me problems from the very beginning. They will give you a low estimate and get you to sign a contract. Then they’ll increase the price and not get back to you. By then, it’s too late, and if you cancel, they’ll keep your deposit. Rude, nasty people, who will curse at a woman. I have been harassed and lied to by these people. When I write a negative review, they either flag it and deny it, or on Facebook, they create a new page and only put good, fake reviews. All of the reviews are written by then, as we have found duplicates and different names. Then they threatened me with a lawsuit for slandering their company. I have been in touch with a whole group of people they have done this to. Take a look at their BBB rating- it’s an F! Do not work with this company, please!

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7600

This is one of the worse moving companies you can deal with. If you want bad costumer service bad movers and tack on fees that will cost you more than you expected than this is the company for you. It was a true nightmare dealing with this company. If you dig deep into this company you will find fake reviews on-line but the true reviews are the ones that give you a one star rating on how you swindle so many people. A business this bad should never be allowed to exist.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $4500

Great experience! Beginning with the binding quote "walk through" to the delivery of my items. The staff is professional, polite and readily available to answer questions and talk you through your moving experience. When the team arrived at my home they handled my belongings with great care and moved with great speed. My items were delivered in perfect condition. Nothing missing or damaged. When it's time for my next move, I will select this business again without hesitation!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5150

They exceeded my expectations not once but multiple times... and not just for my family but for several friends and family members I have referred who have gone on to hire US Interstate Van Lines again and again like myself, each still receiving the best service you can imagine. It is outstanding how they maintain such a culture of service and care-minded people.

Thank you Us Interstate Moving for all of your dedicated service that has helped me and so many people I care about have a successful move!
