I am rating US interstate Van Lines at 5 stars as I am convinced it is the best moving company. I booked them to relocate my business of heavy containers last month. Their movers showed up with trucks together with five great guys arrived quite early on time. They did so much more than just the bare minimum. They were throughout friendly and engaging. They were conscientious about their work. They were very eager to see to it that my needs were fully met. Even during the initial booking phases, their manager was very friendly and had all the information required hence completed the booking with one easy call. These guys were exceptionally good movers and my family and I had a great time moving with them. The guys were of great help to us. They helped us pack the remaining items and even offered to offload and unpack at the new place. There are very few movers who would offer such a service and this company are certainly one of them. If anyone ever asks me about movers, I am definitely going to recommend this highly reliable company!

Even though moving is stressful and I didn’t want to move my furniture, I decided to move them with us anyways. So we hired US interstate Van Lines to help us with the move and my main concern was that since the company didn’t come to my home due to Covid, would they be efficient or not. They really were efficient. These guys meant business. Nothing was overlooked by the 4 movers who came to work on such an excellent price. Their movers were extremely professional! Even their vans were quite reasonable priced to hire. I was very impressed to see how all my beloved pieces of furniture were wrapped perfectly and loaded in the vans. They arrived on scheduled time completely unharmed. I am very optimistic about the future of this company and I highly recommend hiring them for your next move!

Us Interstate Van Lines did a good job on my long distance move from New York to FL. Their movers were extremely helpful and made sure my items were packed well enough to make it through the shipping and was intact. Brian was extremely helpful and educational through the process and explain everything very thoroughly. Of course their movers were very professional and did the same explaining and making sure I was comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. They are awesome!

Very pleased with US Interstate Van lines! They have been so helpful with the entire move. The guys were professional, personable, and hard-workers. They took extra care with our furniture and took the time to make sure that every piece got to the right place in our new home. Excellent communication and customer service. Very polite and AGAIN.. they handled all my things with care. I am satisfied with their service and happy we choose them. Definitely would recommend them to anyone moving!

Us interstate Van Lines covered it all. I was initially worried by a few of the neg reviews I read no other moving companies, but I trusted my gut feeling to move forward. My experience with Interstate was great. The company that moved me from FL to MI was on time, professional, fast, and friendly. The quoted price is pretty close to what I paid (off by a few hundred), and I stayed in constant communication the entire time. They always answered my calls and made sure my move was done the right way! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

My family had a great time moving with US Interstate Van Lines from Los Angeles down to Orange County. This was our 7th move in the past 8 years and we wish we had found them way back for our move #1. This wasn't an easy move going from the steep hills and many steps of Laurel Canyon down to Orange County and a brand new 3 story home making sure not to ding any of the new walls and railings. All which was a success!!

Brian, Carlos, Felipe & Luis worked so hard and diligently the entire day and late into the night and even returned a few days later for more items that didn't fit into the truck. We were lucky to have enough time to get out of the home to be able to do that.

They were kind and pleasant to be around during the whole experience. As you know, moving is exhausting and will put you at your wit's end, but having nice guys like the US Interstate Van Lines team helping you every step of the way made the experience so much smoother.

Also, the US Interstate Van Lines team made sure to provide clear communication and checked in before and after the move to make sure everything was done correctly and assist with any final questions if needed.

Thank you again US Interstate Van Lines and now we are gladly looking forward to staying put for the next few years, but whenever that next move presents itself in a few years then we know who we will be calling to do the job!

I'm very satisfied since the beginning when I contacted US Interstate Van Lines for my long distance move. . I talked to Ella on the phone, she was comprehensive when I explained her a difficult situation of a divorce I was going through and the importance of my time frame. Excellent courtesy and service. What I liked the most before moving, was her quick response to my phone calls and kept me informed all the time.

The movers were awesome. On time, responsible, honest and very respectful. They know what they're doing!!!!

Excellent service. These guys did a great job; I really enjoyed every step of the move because it was smooth and nice. I was searching the net and asking friends and relatives about a good moving company and my friend who has just moved recently recommended US Interstate Movers to me. He had a great experience with them. He had a long distance move and I needed it for the same reason, so I decided to hire them. Now all I have to say is that I do not regret hiring them at all! All was perfect. No damages! No hidden fees. No extra costs. Just excellent!

Upon final confirmation call to confirm all details prior to move, it was never communicated the actual moving company that was going to be used or their polices. Drop off was scheduled for 3 days later from pickup. When my delivery date came and went, I was told that it would be a 14 day wait to receive my items. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was blamed, insulted, and threatened with suit for my review. The communication, follow up, and basic customer service within this company is severely lacking.

I’m not one to write reviews but when my experience exceeds my expectation I have to recommend to others. The Us Interstate team went above and beyond for all of my needs and requests. I made a cross country move CA-FL as all of my kids live in FL and I cannot express enough how knowledgeable and responsive their customer service team is. Thank you all for making my experience smooth. I am now live close to all of my children and grandchildren and I cannot be happier. I recommend this company with my eyes close.

Evan, Joseph & Donald arrived this morning, Bright and early and in good spirits, I used them for a local move instead of long distance. We had a lot to move. 5 bedrooms and an office plus a garage full. I pack heavy and felt horrible they had to move all of our stuff down stairs and through a small garage door. Then to move it all back upstairs to a small apartment. They stayed in good spirits through the day and handled all of our stuff like they would their own. I would hire them again ( although I’m sure they would run the other way because of how I pack). Everything went quick even with it being 100 degrees outside. Great company to work with also. Thanks guys!!

I recently used the services of US Interstate and I have nothing to say but great things on how amazing my experience was! I have moved a few times and this one by far was the best moving experience I ever had! The team was so professional and helpful! They provided me with lots of boxes to pack all my belongings a few days before my moving date, then on the day of my moving they finished up packing all my glassware, mirrors, frames and sensitive items very meticulously to make sure nothing would break. They dissemble my bed and all my furniture, I didn’t have to lift a finger! If you’re looking to have a stress-free moving experience, don’t look further, they will take care of literally everything for you, from moving all your items from your old place to going to your new place reassembling everything back for you. Overall, I recommend their services 100% if you want a pleasant stress-free moving experience! Worth every penny!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bait and switched us at time or move, said one price then said a way higher one once they arrived. Also didn’t show up the first day, called 30 minutes before. Showed up hours late the 2nd day. Please please do not sure this company

Update: 3 weeks later. The day our things were supposed to arrive in seattle, they called us and told us our things were still in California and they weren’t going to finish the move so they left our things on the side of the road. My wife and I had to fly from Seattle to LA where the movers left our things on the side of the road - literally. It was unbelievable. We had to rent our own moving truck and get our personal things, load them up and drive them back to seattle ourselves. After all of this they didn’t offer any discount or refund!

We will be hiring lawyers and pursuing this company that is a big fraud. Please avoid this nightmare for yourself.

I hired them to do a move from LA to OK. They did not call me the 3 days prior as they said they would. I had to call them. I was given some story about a broken truck and they rescheduled for a week later. During the following week, I called numerous times to confirm that the supposed broken truck was fixed and was assured it was. I called the day before to confirm arrival time. I was told everything was a go. Today, when they didn't show I had to call them and was again given the story about a broke down truck and they tried to push me back another week. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to wait 7-10 days! This is after they pushed me to pay my deposit through the owners Cash app because they needed guaranteed funds. Worst experience ever! Never use them! You will regret it!

This company was hired to take care of moving my 94 year old grandmother and separately my 100% disabled Veteran father and his wife. From the beginning, there have been nothing but problems. My grandmother was supposed to be moved first, and there were multiple delays with getting her household goods picked up. The family received nothing but excuses and more delays after paying over $6000. Once her stuff was finally picked up and taken to her destination, the drivers then demanded MORE money to deliver her items claiming it was because the items would have to be delivered far from the curb. She is moving from one nursing home to another! The company knew this to begin with and should have taken it into consideration in their price quote. Further more, the drivers are demanding the money in cash or cashiers check. Sounds very unethical to me!

After all of the problems with moving my grandmother, and more delays in scheduling my parents, they decided to find another company to move themselves. They requested their deposit back ($6500) only to be told they would not get the money back. This company is unethical and running a scam on older people! My parents are now out over $12,000 and have to find another company to move them (another $15,000), while fighting to get my elderly grandmother's goods delivered. my parents hired this company based on numerous good reviews online and a high BBB rating. I am here to warn you that for whatever reason, in this case they are scamming a disabled Veteran and an elderly woman. my family will be filing with the BBB, as well as seeking legal action. Also, look for more reviews on Google, Yelp, and any other social media site.

Stay away from this so called moving company, they are a non ethical , corrupt , dishonest immoral truck broker. I got a quote, shopped around and booked. Not the cheapest. Once I made the booking and they got my credit card, they ghosted me, I called, texted, to every name I had, nothing. They contracted my load out to a revolting lying, untrained abhorrent fly by nite unlicensed so called Packtight Movers, or 3 men in rented Penske trucks, who had not been vetted by US Interstate and showed up 2 days late. US Interstate created a quote that was totally negated by the subcontractor, US Interstate stood behind nothing. Transit went form 10 days to 30 . Packing and crating was nothing and I had paid and booked for both. I supplied the plastic bags to pack the mattress's and box springs, yet at delivery all was unwrapped ripped and filthy. The dims used to quote then almost doubled once my entire household was loaded and then Packtight demanded 2x the original quote. I used to book and build loads and know what dims are and I know they were lying to line their coffers and my house is loaded and I had to be out is 4 days. Then in transit they change policy and demand cash at delivery. That screams of corrupt or maybe even illegal practices. Excuses at every call, mail boxes full, more ghosting. At delivery, 30 days from pick up, every piece of wood furniture was scratched, damaged, gouged, had no screws to reassemble the furniture, I was told to

run to home depot. They destroyed an antique desk, holes through fabric ottoman, watched Packtight try to swith our rack with someone elses , tried to switch one our handtrucks, watched Packtight drop a dresser down 2 brick stairs. I could go on and detail the extensive damage, and the broken items, but US Interstate has already washed their hands of any responsibility or culpability. Insurance is so little, the time and expense would equate to a greater lose to me and my family. Do not consider US Interstate, they stand behind nothing, have no business morals, are a loathsome company. Using Alternative facts is how US Interstate operates, shell game at your expense. Stay away from, tell all your friends and business associates who are considering moves do not use US Interstate.

Absolutely love this company! Moving from Charleston to Pensacola seemed so overwhelming with all the packing and sorting, just to have to move it too. I hired Universal to handle the move, and it was PERFECT. Affordable, friendly, and fast! I have no complaints. I wouldn’t believe half of the bad complaints against this company as they sound too far fetched. I personally spoke to several of the customer service agents when having questions, and all of them were polite and explained everything I needed to know, calmly. I would definitely use Universal again.

Everyone from US interstate movers and the sales rep at the office coordinated the move were extremely friendly, pleasant, and professional. The foreman and his helpers were very polite and professional. They loaded my items very carefully and fast. On delivery day my shipment arrived on time and in a good condition. The movers helped me to organize my furniture with no extra charge. The move was completed without a glitch. I would recommend US interstate movers and use them on my next move.

Moving was a nightmare for my family, because we always had to ask neighbors or family members to help and even though they were helping they were always grumpy about that, perhaps because we have been moving a lot. Then I realized that I really need a professional help so my husband hired US interstate movers. I have to say that the movers were really responsible, were not late the morning when we were supposed to leave. We have three kids and trust me; there is never enough help to pack the toys they have. And if you wonder if they charge a lot, I say they charge just fine. If you’re moving soon, hire these guys you won’t regret.

When I moved to a new town, I didn't know who to hire, but a friend recommended US interstate movers to me, and I couldn't be happier! The people lifting my boxes were very careful. The pricing was fantastic for the service I got too! None of the items were damaged during the delivery process. The people I spoke to were very kind and I thank them for making this move very easy. The way these guys handled everything made me really thankful to them. While most companies out there are trying to rip you off, these guys really go out of their ways to make relocations comfortable for you.
