If we could give zero stars we would. Had scheduled day for this past Monday for move from CT to NC. Monday comes and go, then they say Tuesday. Tuesday a random company comes demanding more money. Call customer service and they state they are in a lawsuit with that sub contractor, first red flag. Tuesday no one shows, Wednesday no one shows but assured they were still coming that night. Thursday 12am another sub contractor comes and demands extra money and tells us it will take over a week longer than originally told to get our items to our new place. Now enough is enough, call to cancel since they are not living up to what was promised and customer service refuses to refund deposit. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I talked with some other moving company but US interstate Van Lines quoted really low among the companies. They sent four amazing movers for my move. The guys came on time and packed everything carefully. They worked relentlessly to pack my house. I have to admit, they were fantastic. The movers arrived on time and they were very organized. They always had smiles on their faces, even when they were carrying heavy pieces of furniture. They carefully packed and moved everything. I couldn’t find any scratches or damages. They might charge low but they are totally excellent and super expensive one by their work.

I’ve had trouble with moving companies in the past, items being damaged, trucks not arriving when they were supposed to etc. But this experience was the most stress-free experience I’ve ever had moving. I had to move a long distance and not only did this company give me the best rates, they stayed on schedule, treated all of my belongings with the upmost care and the movers themselves were friendly and helpful through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend US interstate to everyone and anyone who needs to hire a moving company, no questions asked.

When I called US interstate Van Lines, the first impression I had of the company was of an unknown company that claims to provide excellent moving service and no damage to the transported items. Well, everyone promises that but we decided to trust these guys because of their friendly attitude and gentle behavior. We hired them as they had these qualities. During the move, they proved themselves by their job. They were seriously extraordinary and different from others. I couldn’t find anything to complain about with these movers.

Lets start off with the facts that they put up 3 fake reviews daily on google to cover up for the legitimate reviews which are all 1 Star. Lets talk about the facts that they are a broker who send criminals to your home on pick up day, who are going to upcharge the original quote by 3x and then go through your belongings to steal the most expensive items. Lets talk about the scam companies these 2 kids worked at before starting their own scam company together to scam families. They worked at Gold Standard Moving and Storage, American Standard Moving and Storage, Cardinal Van Line and the list goes on and on. Fernando and Jonathan are proudly ruining families lives. If you want to pay 3x extra for your belongings to get broken and stolen then hire these scam artists. Oh and if you want to know where they live. Just look at the address they have everything registered under. These Scam artists deserve jail time. Go on the department of transportation web site to file a complaint on these scammers and post your bad experience on every web site and their BBB page. I would probably run out of words while praising US interstate movers. They were inexpensive, efficient, punctual and reliable. The movers were all very experienced and it showed in the way they worked. There were no glitches anywhere. When they delivered everything, I was amazed to see none of my valuables were damaged. I have heard and experienced relocations where movers were responsible for too much damage. I really loathed having to move in the past. But these amazing movers showed me how efficiency and skills can make relocations so easy.

Absolutely love this company! Moving from Charleston to Pensacola seemed so overwhelming with all the packing and sorting, just to have to move it too. I hired Universal to handle the move, and it was PERFECT. Affordable, friendly, and fast! I have no complaints. I wouldn’t believe half of the bad complaints against this company as they sound too far fetched. I personally spoke to several of the customer service agents when having questions, and all of them were polite and explained everything I needed to know, calmly. I would definitely use Universal again.

The foreman and his helpers were very polite and professional. They loaded my items very carefully and fast. On delivery day my shipment arrived on time and in a good condition. The movers helped me to organize my furniture with no extra charge. The move was completed without a glitch. I would recommend US interstate movers and use them on my next move.

Moving was a nightmare for my family, because we always had to ask neighbors or family members to help and even though they were helping they were always grumpy about that, perhaps because we have been moving a lot. Then I realized that I really need a professional help so my husband hired US interstate movers. I have to say that the movers were really responsible, were not late the morning when we were supposed to leave. We have three kids and trust me; there is never enough help to pack the toys they have. And if you wonder if they charge a lot, I say they charge just fine. If you’re moving soon, hire these guys you won’t regret.

The team at US Interstate Van Lines in Palm Beach Florida made our move from Florida to California in February 2021 as smooth and well-coordinated as one can imagine for a modern move. First, the team of Brian and Jacob helped us work out all pre move details. How many boxes we might need, what kind of storage space we would need, so forth and son on. Second, the team gave us super accurate estimates on what the costs would be, so yes the price did end up being less. Third, the schedule Interstate had given us was spot on accurate – to the hour. I recommend them without any reservations whatsoever. You will be happy you called them!!

So this is the first time I’m really moving from my entire apartment to a home so I am uprooting my entire life. US Interstate made it easy seamless and away that I was shocked on how well they handled everything we had!

So we hired US interstate Van Lines to help us with the move and my main concern was that since the company didn’t come to my home due to Covid, would they be efficient or not. They really were efficient. These guys meant business. Nothing was overlooked by the 4 movers who came to work on such an excellent price. Their movers were extremely professional! Even their vans were quite reasonable priced to hire. I was very impressed to see how all my beloved pieces of furniture were wrapped perfectly and loaded in the vans. They arrived on scheduled time completely unharmed. I am very optimistic about the future of this company and I highly recommend hiring them for your next move!

I am rating US interstate Van Lines at 5 stars as I am convinced it is the best moving company. I booked them to relocate my business of heavy containers last month. Their movers showed up with trucks together with five great guys arrived quite early on time. They did so much more than just the bare minimum. They were throughout friendly and engaging. They were conscientious about their work. They were very eager to see to it that my needs were fully met. Even during the initial booking phases, their manager was very friendly and had all the information required hence completed the booking with one easy call. These guys were exceptionally good movers and my family and I had a great time moving with them. The guys were of great help to us. They helped us pack the remaining items and even offered to offload and unpack at the new place. There are very few movers who would offer such a service and this company are certainly one of them. If anyone ever asks me about movers, I am definitely going to recommend this highly reliable company!

Us Interstate Van Lines did a good job on my long distance move from New York to FL. Their movers were extremely helpful and made sure my items were packed well enough to make it through the shipping and was intact. Brian was extremely helpful and educational through the process and explain everything very thoroughly. Of course their movers were very professional and did the same explaining and making sure I was comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. They are awesome!
