I got a recommendation from a friend on who to use for a long distance move because I had never done one before. I took a look at their website and some reviews online and everything seemed really positive, so I decided to go ahead and hire them. The whole experience was just amazing. They were always very communicative with me and never left me in the dark about anything. Their movers were very positive and upbeat. They never complained about a single thing, no matter how difficult the move was. I just wanted to take the time to write a review of my own in order to say thank you for the amazing work. I will absolutely use them again!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2177

Vince and the Us Interstate Van Line's team of movers were professional, courteous, responsive, and exceeded our expectations from a moving company. If there was a sixth star available, I would award it too them!!! From the moment Rosemary and I met the team, we felt their genuine concern for our move. They ensured our comfort level by involving us in the packing and moving process and kept us updated on the move status as the pack-out progressed. The packing and moving team including Vince, Robert, Jay, and two additional moving gentlemen we only met for a day. The team took great care in packing and moving our belongings. They completed the pack-out ahead of the initially promised schedule and delivered our belongings ahead of expected delivery date. I endorse Us Interstate Van Lines and their courteous and conscientious moving teams for your next move! They are excellent and communicate very well.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4899

This company was hired to take care of moving my 94 year old grandmother and separately my 100% disabled Veteran father and his wife. From the beginning, there have been nothing but problems. My grandmother was supposed to be moved first, and there were multiple delays with getting her household goods picked up. The family received nothing but excuses and more delays after paying over $6000. Once her stuff was finally picked up and taken to her destination, the drivers then demanded MORE money to deliver her items claiming it was because the items would have to be delivered far from the curb. She is moving from one nursing home to another! The company knew this to begin with and should have taken it into consideration in their price quote. Further more, the drivers are demanding the money in cash or cashiers check. Sounds very unethical to me!

After all of the problems with moving my grandmother, and more delays in scheduling my parents, they decided to find another company to move themselves. They requested their deposit back ($6500) only to be told they would not get the money back. This company is unethical and running a scam on older people! My parents are now out over $12,000 and have to find another company to move them (another $15,000), while fighting to get my elderly grandmother's goods delivered. my parents hired this company based on numerous good reviews online and a high BBB rating. I am here to warn you that for whatever reason, in this case they are scamming a disabled Veteran and an elderly woman. my family will be filing with the BBB, as well as seeking legal action. Also, look for more reviews on Google, Yelp, and any other social media site.

Stay away from this so called moving company, they are a non ethical , corrupt , dishonest immoral truck broker. I got a quote, shopped around and booked. Not the cheapest. Once I made the booking and they got my credit card, they ghosted me, I called, texted, to every name I had, nothing. They contracted my load out to a revolting lying, untrained abhorrent fly by nite unlicensed so called Packtight Movers, or 3 men in rented Penske trucks, who had not been vetted by US Interstate and showed up 2 days late. US Interstate created a quote that was totally negated by the subcontractor, US Interstate stood behind nothing. Transit went form 10 days to 30 . Packing and crating was nothing and I had paid and booked for both. I supplied the plastic bags to pack the mattress's and box springs, yet at delivery all was unwrapped ripped and filthy. The dims used to quote then almost doubled once my entire household was loaded and then Packtight demanded 2x the original quote. I used to book and build loads and know what dims are and I know they were lying to line their coffers and my house is loaded and I had to be out is 4 days. Then in transit they change policy and demand cash at delivery. That screams of corrupt or maybe even illegal practices. Excuses at every call, mail boxes full, more ghosting. At delivery, 30 days from pick up, every piece of wood furniture was scratched, damaged, gouged, had no screws to reassemble the furniture, I was told to

run to home depot. They destroyed an antique desk, holes through fabric ottoman, watched Packtight try to swith our rack with someone elses , tried to switch one our handtrucks, watched Packtight drop a dresser down 2 brick stairs. I could go on and detail the extensive damage, and the broken items, but US Interstate has already washed their hands of any responsibility or culpability. Insurance is so little, the time and expense would equate to a greater lose to me and my family. Do not consider US Interstate, they stand behind nothing, have no business morals, are a loathsome company. Using Alternative facts is how US Interstate operates, shell game at your expense. Stay away from, tell all your friends and business associates who are considering moves do not use US Interstate.

We had to move into our grandma’s house after the mortgage on our property went wrong. We had to go to another state. We quickly hired US interstate movers because their prices are the lowest in the market. Our first experience was horrible with the movers. So we were nervous. But, these guys were on time, didn’t damage anything and the rate was exactly what was quoted. They wrapped, packed and loaded everything within a very reasonable amount of time. The moving staff was friendly and did an outstanding job from beginning to end.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5650

If we could give zero stars we would. Had scheduled day for this past Monday for move from CT to NC. Monday comes and go, then they say Tuesday. Tuesday a random company comes demanding more money. Call customer service and they state they are in a lawsuit with that sub contractor, first red flag. Tuesday no one shows, Wednesday no one shows but assured they were still coming that night. Thursday 12am another sub contractor comes and demands extra money and tells us it will take over a week longer than originally told to get our items to our new place. Now enough is enough, call to cancel since they are not living up to what was promised and customer service refuses to refund deposit. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I talked with some other moving company but US interstate Van Lines quoted really low among the companies. They sent four amazing movers for my move. The guys came on time and packed everything carefully. They worked relentlessly to pack my house. I have to admit, they were fantastic. The movers arrived on time and they were very organized. They always had smiles on their faces, even when they were carrying heavy pieces of furniture. They carefully packed and moved everything. I couldn’t find any scratches or damages. They might charge low but they are totally excellent and super expensive one by their work.
