I'm very satisfied since the beginning when I contacted US Interstate Van Lines for my long distance move. . I talked to Ella on the phone, she was comprehensive when I explained her a difficult situation of a divorce I was going through and the importance of my time frame. Excellent courtesy and service. What I liked the most before moving, was her quick response to my phone calls and kept me informed all the time.

The movers were awesome. On time, responsible, honest and very respectful. They know what they're doing!!!!

Excellent service. These guys did a great job; I really enjoyed every step of the move because it was smooth and nice. I was searching the net and asking friends and relatives about a good moving company and my friend who has just moved recently recommended US Interstate Movers to me. He had a great experience with them. He had a long distance move and I needed it for the same reason, so I decided to hire them. Now all I have to say is that I do not regret hiring them at all! All was perfect. No damages! No hidden fees. No extra costs. Just excellent!

Upon final confirmation call to confirm all details prior to move, it was never communicated the actual moving company that was going to be used or their polices. Drop off was scheduled for 3 days later from pickup. When my delivery date came and went, I was told that it would be a 14 day wait to receive my items. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was blamed, insulted, and threatened with suit for my review. The communication, follow up, and basic customer service within this company is severely lacking.

Evan, Joseph & Donald arrived this morning, Bright and early and in good spirits, I used them for a local move instead of long distance. We had a lot to move. 5 bedrooms and an office plus a garage full. I pack heavy and felt horrible they had to move all of our stuff down stairs and through a small garage door. Then to move it all back upstairs to a small apartment. They stayed in good spirits through the day and handled all of our stuff like they would their own. I would hire them again ( although I’m sure they would run the other way because of how I pack). Everything went quick even with it being 100 degrees outside. Great company to work with also. Thanks guys!!

I recently used the services of US Interstate and I have nothing to say but great things on how amazing my experience was! I have moved a few times and this one by far was the best moving experience I ever had! The team was so professional and helpful! They provided me with lots of boxes to pack all my belongings a few days before my moving date, then on the day of my moving they finished up packing all my glassware, mirrors, frames and sensitive items very meticulously to make sure nothing would break. They dissemble my bed and all my furniture, I didn’t have to lift a finger! If you’re looking to have a stress-free moving experience, don’t look further, they will take care of literally everything for you, from moving all your items from your old place to going to your new place reassembling everything back for you. Overall, I recommend their services 100% if you want a pleasant stress-free moving experience! Worth every penny!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bait and switched us at time or move, said one price then said a way higher one once they arrived. Also didn’t show up the first day, called 30 minutes before. Showed up hours late the 2nd day. Please please do not sure this company

Update: 3 weeks later. The day our things were supposed to arrive in seattle, they called us and told us our things were still in California and they weren’t going to finish the move so they left our things on the side of the road. My wife and I had to fly from Seattle to LA where the movers left our things on the side of the road - literally. It was unbelievable. We had to rent our own moving truck and get our personal things, load them up and drive them back to seattle ourselves. After all of this they didn’t offer any discount or refund!

We will be hiring lawyers and pursuing this company that is a big fraud. Please avoid this nightmare for yourself.

I’m not one to write reviews but when my experience exceeds my expectation I have to recommend to others. The Us Interstate team went above and beyond for all of my needs and requests. I made a cross country move CA-FL as all of my kids live in FL and I cannot express enough how knowledgeable and responsive their customer service team is. Thank you all for making my experience smooth. I am now live close to all of my children and grandchildren and I cannot be happier. I recommend this company with my eyes close.

I hired them to do a move from LA to OK. They did not call me the 3 days prior as they said they would. I had to call them. I was given some story about a broken truck and they rescheduled for a week later. During the following week, I called numerous times to confirm that the supposed broken truck was fixed and was assured it was. I called the day before to confirm arrival time. I was told everything was a go. Today, when they didn't show I had to call them and was again given the story about a broke down truck and they tried to push me back another week. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to wait 7-10 days! This is after they pushed me to pay my deposit through the owners Cash app because they needed guaranteed funds. Worst experience ever! Never use them! You will regret it!

DO NOT hire this company for your move. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.

The company lost most of my kitchen during the move. They didn't even bother to find where all this stuff went. I had to ask for the phone number of people where they could have misdelivered to and track the boxes myself. I finally tracked the person my stuff was misdelivered to and he told me that this company lost some of his stuff as well.

Since then, I have been waiting for the company to deliver this back to me. This is very shameful.

Every time I call, I'm told of new delivery date. First it was supposed to be delivered after Labor day. Then I was told it would be delivered two weeks later, and now I'm told it would arrive next week. I have had enough; I am tired of waiting.

One of the biggest problems of this company is the awful communication. Not only me, but they also didn't even communicate with their own driver properly. The company didn't bother to tell the driver that I had updated the inventory or that I had asked for packing material.

They have made my life hell, and I have lost a lot of money because of this company's incompetence.

They decided to change the schedule, at the last moment, without even letting me know, leaving me stranded in a new city.

I'm tired and frustrated after constantly calling this company for more than a month. Every time I get the same response, that they will call me back with a resolution. I haven't received a single call. This is very shameful behavior and not how one should treat a customer.

Also, the price increased a lot on moving day for no reason. I was told that they would carefully measure how much space my stuff takes and charge according to a fixed rate. That did not happen, and the price I got seemed pretty random. So I would not trust anything they say or any false promises they make before you sign the agreement.

I have called countless times for compensation. Every time the company tells me that they will get back to me after talking to the "Billing department". I haven't received a single call back and when next time I call, I have to talk to someone who is ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS about this issue, and the same story repeats. All I hear from them are lame excuses.

This company has made my life hell. Steer clear of them.
