This is one of the worse moving companies you can deal with. If you want bad costumer service bad movers and tack on fees that will cost you more than you expected than this is the company for you. It was a true nightmare dealing with this company. If you dig deep into this company you will find fake reviews on-line but the true reviews are the ones that give you a one star rating on how you swindle so many people. A business this bad should never be allowed to exist.

Great experience! Beginning with the binding quote "walk through" to the delivery of my items. The staff is professional, polite and readily available to answer questions and talk you through your moving experience. When the team arrived at my home they handled my belongings with great care and moved with great speed. My items were delivered in perfect condition. Nothing missing or damaged. When it's time for my next move, I will select this business again without hesitation!

They exceeded my expectations not once but multiple times... and not just for my family but for several friends and family members I have referred who have gone on to hire US Interstate Van Lines again and again like myself, each still receiving the best service you can imagine. It is outstanding how they maintain such a culture of service and care-minded people.

We recently used US Interstate Van Lines for a move from Pennsylvania to Mississippi. Alex from the sales team texted and called me multiple times and I got sucked in. I knew better but I still let it happen. Alex filled me in on all the reasons to use this moving company and even had Vince the dispatcher talk with me. Once I had contracted with the company, Vince disappeared. I was given a window for the delivery from Vince - but was subsequently told that this was not true by their customer service department. The movers who came to pack the house were very good - Jason and Ali. They worked hard and did a great job. They are the only reason I am giving this company two stars. Nevertheless, when it came time to pay these folks they said they would only take a check or cash and we were not informed of this prior to the packing. We paid the initial deposit by credit card and then were told that was not acceptable. It was the only method of payment we had so they reluctantly accepted the credit card. Obviously, our belongings did not arrive when promised. When we were contacted by the mover, DJ, who was going to unpack, he noted that he did not need someone to come with him. He was so incredibly slow that the unpacking took over four hours - for a two bedroom house with living room. He also had to take things to the shed in the back - but again this process was torturous. All in all, the company just employs brokers and are not at all focused on customer service. I would never use them again and would never recommend them.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! We were told one thing and one charge upon signing a contract then they doubled the charges, would not return calls, brokered out our move (which were told they did not do), sent an extremely shady guy to move our furniture to Oregon. Our move was to be from Missoula, MT to the Florida panhandle. Driver told us we had to pay him via Zelle and that he could assign any price he wanted to move our belongings. Refused to give us his name and stated it was none of our business. When we finally got in touch with customer service, we were told his name was Muhammad. I will give as many negative reviews as I am able and hopefully you will lose a lot of potential business. Ryan is the Quality Assurance department was a complete douche bag and over estimated our belongings by 50%. Not a reputable moving company, extremely unprofessional, and they do a bait and switch. So go ahead and use them, if you want to pay double and have your belongings held hostage. There is no rating low enough to describe our experience with US Interstate Movers.

Do not hire this company to move any ting. I made the horrible mistake of doing so and lost $3,000. I just hired an attorney to try an get not only my money back but also my truck full of furniture. They picked up my furniture over a month ago and disappeared, would not call me back for days weeks. Finally I spoke with someone and they said they sold my job to another company and it's not their problem. So I lost my furniture and money. Christian is a thief he was my rep.
