Hardworking guys, nothing broken!

I used Trinity Relocation Group 1 years ago and again just recently and they have given me excellent service both times. Up front costs and proven accurate time estimation for the move as well. The guys are efficient and careful with removal of large pieces of furniture as well as how to move lots of items quickly. They have made moving relatively painless and I would recommend them to anyone moving.

They wrapped up everything so well and carefully

Marsha was great to work with when setting up your move. It was very easy to secure a date and time. The 3 movers were on time and went over the paperwork before even starting the clock. They never stopped moving once they started. They filled up my storage unit like pros. We moved out of a 2 bedroom condo and into a storage unit and the entire thing took 2 hours!

Lost and damaged items during moveby the movers

I was handled nicely as I signed up with this company, however, it took them about two month-four weeks later than what I had been told to deliver. Upon delivery, there was only one person who was a bit overweight and was having problem loading the items as it needed at least two people to do so. I end up helping him as he seemed to be incapable of carrying out the job. it was a hot day and I was there with him for over three hours.

To make the matters worse, when moved the item to my new home from the storage, realised that they have lost two extra large boxes containing so many kitchen, personal, and very valuable items and had damaged several items. rough estimate of the lost and damage items would add up to over $2,500.00 and had given me someone else's box containing pictures and paper works.

After, their so called insurance company offered $15.00 for all lost and damaged items, which I refused it. I am very angry with this company as they don't stand behind providing better service.

So, this is warning for all those who are doing cross country move to make sure they are protected.

Choose someone else

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I have never written a review but actually feel it’s my civic duty after the terrible experience we had with Trinity. Long story short - We moved cross state with 2 kids under 2 and the moving company was the most stressful part. The movers were rude and incompetent (Took 8 hrs+ on both ends to move 1300 squ foot townhouse - one guy ended up doing all the work), kept trying to charge fees outside of contract (ripped up initial contract in front of our faces and brought our stuff back inside when we refused higher rates, only to come back 2 hours later and reload), and compensation promised was never received (very willing to offer reimbursement for a poor job but never followed through). Lots of options out there - pick someone else

They came quickly and got right to work!

Brian and Jeff were both excellent to work with, they arrived on time with great attitudes and were professional and friendly throughout our moving experience. Both movers took care of our important pieces and communicated with us throughout the move, enabling us to help expedite the process where we could and giving us plenty of transparency around costs and timing. While we didn't move very far, they made the move as seamless and easy as it could possibly be, we would highly recommend Trinity Relocation Group for anyone looking to make a move.

Jake was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to emails and phone calls. Had a clock move, but they called to see if they could start a few hours early, so huge bonus since we were under such a tight schedule! Movers were all very hard working and efficient. I'd highly recommend this company to all!

Ron, and Landon moved me from my apartment to my rental truck. They were on time, courteous, swift, friendly, and went out of their way to wrap some pieces of furniture that I didn't think to prepare correctly. Everything from booking process to move was easy as can be. A big thanks to the 3 movers for all their help and for making my move as painless as a move can be.

We recently hired them and had a great experience

The crew was respectful and professional. They disassembled all the furniture carefully and wrapped every possible thing that could be broken. While moving, they made sure that no walls were damaged, every box was kept at the required place and reassembled all the furniture. They were done within the estimated time. They surely made the stressful moving an easy job!! Would definitely recommend them!! Thanks Trinity Relocation Group and your crew of movers!

Staff was polite and cooperative

I used these movers today to move me into my new apartment. They were on time, professional, wrapped every item with care and handled the move in less time than they quoted! Moving can be such a stressful experience and these guys made the move smooth and totally stress free. I give them the highest of recommendation and would absolutely hire them again!

Would Not Recommend

100% would not recommend this company to anyone. They have over promised and under delivered - I am completely unsatisfied with their level of customer service to address their delay.

I have been waiting for half of a month to have my one bedroom apartment’s worth of items delivered from 5 hours (about 250 miles) away. I have called the company and the company it subcontracted my move to upwards of 10 times trying to get an update on my delivery date, and each time have just been told they would call me when my stuff is on a truck.

When I originally booked this service, I was told that because of the short length and amount of items, I could expect delivery within 1-5 days. Here I am half a month later, with no delivery date in sight. I wish the company would have been honest with me in terms of timelines.

I wholeheartedly wish that I went with another company, and would not recommend this group to anyone else who is currently moving and needs their items in a timely manner. I will provide an updated review once I receive my items.
