They were extremely professional and prompt. They made sure I was satisfied and all of my belonging were safe and secure. They had to remove belonging for me from 2 different locations and put in 1 storage location. I will most definitely be calling them once I find a home to put my furniture in. Give them a call, you will not be dissatisfied.

He was exceptionally good.

I live out in a rural area, and they were the only ones who would come out there. I had a very good experience with the coordinator. They were very helpful. The truck driver had two people who were supposed to show up to help, but nobody showed up, and he unloaded it all by himself. But he did it very fine. He was exceptionally good.

I recommend S & M Relo LLC. I communicated with them clearly and knew what I was getting into. S & M Relo LLC was very honest because they said if we went over 5000 pounds they were going to charge us incrementally for what we were over when we use the truck. They made sure I understood how they charge. It was refreshingly candid and honest.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If you are looking to move long distances and looking for a company to do it all for you. DO NOT CHOOSE this company. I have put over $6k into this company, just for them to tell me that my stuff will not arrive on the dates that I gave the company for delivery, after we were quoted $4k originally and they tried to say we had more stuff than the original quote and doubled the original price to $8k for less than half of a uhual. we ended up getting less space and paid $6k instead. They scheduled the crew to come pick up our stuff on Monday and they showed up late on Tuesday. The crew that came and picked up our stuff was rude and clearly didn't care about our stuff and was very unprofessional. now we are we want out stuff on the delivery date we gave them, and now they are saying for that to happened we will have to pay a $2k for them to expedite for our original date. now currently waiting for phone calls back from the supervisor which it's been 4 hours. not to mention we talked to someone and they hung up on us. i do not recommend this company to anyone.

I have moved more times than I want to count. These guy were the best. They were on time. They were friendly and professional. They cleared out a 26ft u-haul in less than two hours. They were very careful with everything. I can't say enough about this group!!

It took this company 2-1/2 months to deliver 1/2 of my possessions. The other missing 1/2 was my most precious possessions, including all family pictures and my mom, dad and husband's possessions. 1/2 of my beautiful furniture, everything gone. This company took advantage of an 81 year old woman and I am totally devastated and broken.

Dubious Company / Poor Customer Service

We booked our move from New Mexico a month in advance for the third week of February ‘22, only to have the pickup date change five times over the course of the week. They finally showed up at 3:30 pm on Friday and immediately invalidated our original broker estimate, writing a new one that was 78% higher (outlandish!). Before they would lift a finger, the lead person insisted that we transfer an additional $1,200+ downpayment to the company (which we did under duress)….Now here we are nearly 10 weeks later and there’s no sign yet of our furniture and belongings reaching Maine (the delivery window was February 26 - April 11). Calls to customer service and to the broker get the same response: “your shipment is in a warehouse awaiting the assignment of a driver.”There is clearly no one who is able to provide any meaningful information, including a timeline (weeks? months?) as to when we might expect to receive our goods. Very frustrating.

These ARE NOT professional movers. They are con men who destroy irreplaceable family antique furniture and glassware. Also, you will never, ever get all your stuff back. I paid them over $11,000. They are scammers.
