Long-distance move from Detroit, MI to Tucson, AZ

Only thing undamaged was my clothes

I moved from MI to AZ and all my furniture was DESTROYED at drop off. They also lost my couch and mattress plus a few other pieces of furniture. Not to mention they held my stuff for a month and a half. $5000 for them to destroy all my belongings, I would have been better off leaving my furniture back in MI and buying all new with the way they treated my things. It honestly is so soul crushing to receive all your things damaged. Even down to coffee mugs and vinyl records. They didn’t take care of any of my things. The kids that dropped off my stuff weren’t even the ones who drove my stuff out here. They were flown out to do drop offs in the area. One was an employee and the other was his brother (not even an employee and obviously not a professional mover). They were dropping my boxes left and right. I even moved most the stuff in myself because it would have taken way longer if I didn’t (they arrived to my place at 9:30PM) and they weren’t handling my things with care. Another thing promised by this company is if they take it apart they will put it together at new destination. I asked the two guys to put my bed together and they were clueless and couldn’t do it. Not that it matters cause they lost my mattress anyway!!!!! If I can edit this review later I will add pics, but for now I will leave you with this: AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I literally have to buy all new furniture cause they even managed to lose legs to my vanity and dining table!!!! How you ask?! Good question. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Horrible move

Cross country move from iowa to florida. They give you a new contract at pickup and if you do not sign you are out the deposit (in my case 1200$) you can only select insurance of .60/LB. It arrives 3 weeks after projected date. Items were stolen, some were broken, hired Ed a full service move for nearly $5000. My items were not reassembled and they offered a settlement of $112 dollars. They stole a $900 dollar snowboard. You don’t lose a custom ocean print blue snowboard going to florida.

Long-distance move from Oracle, AZ to Altus, OK

Did not fulfill contract

Do not use S & M Relo LLC to move your items. My moving broker contracted S & M Relo LLC to move our goods from AZ to OK. I contracted 1800 Cubic feet and they only moved 800 cube when I refused to additional charges. I had to move 500 cube on my own. The packers failed to perform a full pack as contracted which added to the damage of several items. The packers came without any packing boxes. The driver spent almost two hours going to Home Depot to get boxes. Customer service has not responded to any of our emails. They are part of a racquet to scam unsuspecting movers. I have help move military families for almost 44 years. I knew how large a truck was needed to move my goods. I just could not get a U-Haul to do it.

Long-distance move from Phoenix, AZ to Chicago, IL

How is this company still in business???

Total mess! Over $5000 in lost and damaged items on a move from AZ to Illinois. Spent hours on a claim and they are giving me $110 which I have to get notarized before I get the check! A $1400 soft top to my jeep wrangler is missing, but found and never returned to me. That contact no longer works for the company or her phone # has been changed.

Top Country Movers was the broker and they used S &R Relo, which I had no idea!! Do not use either company for your move. I actually give it a ZERO rating!

Long-distance move from Grimes, IA to Palm City, FL

Horrible Move Experience, save yourself the aggravation!

My move was brokered to S & M in Nov. of 2021 and my experience was a nightmare. My things were loaded and the price was increased from $1200 to $2890 or I would have to pay to have the truck unloaded. I was asked when I would be available to receive my belongings in Florida from Iowa and I gave them a date of Nov. 15 which was 3 days later. I was told they would deliver in 5-10 days but had until Dec. 30th, first I had ever heard of that. I also thought my things would be headed to Florida from my apartment only to find out they were going to a warehouse in Des Moines. The end of the communication...I called the broker weekly for my updates only to hear there is no driver available I am sorry! They didn’t know they didn’t have a driver when they agreed to take the job? Then I was told it was loaded, it was on a trailer waiting for a driver, in transit, not loaded, on a trailer, waiting for a driver, etc. etc. I finally had enough and contacted the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admin. and filed a complaint, filed a complaint with the Ohio Atty. General, contacted the Iowa DOT for help, reported my things stolen with the sheriff when out of the contract date and not knowing where they were, filed a complaint with the Florida Agriculture Dept. Only then did I get my things delivered January 17th but like everyone else, damaged and broken. I am owed several hundred dollars for late fees and damages but we will see if I get anything. The Ohio Atty. General is following my case so with a little luck they will do the right thing!

When my things were delivered I was expected to pay the balance due of 1200.00 in cash before the doors would be opened on the truck. Beware because you don’t know if your stuff is in the truck or the condition of your things but they get their money first. They want you to sign stating your things are all there and in good condition as well. I didn’t get a receipt showing I paid the money and my things weren’t all there nor in good condition. If you pay the money and your stuff isn’t in the truck they can close the door and drive off according to the deputy that I called. Only you stand to lose on the deal so take my advice and move yourself. I could have hired the seven dwarfs and blindfolded them and gotten a better job then this.

***Warning !!! Do not use this company!**

Do not use this company or any other company owned or operated by Steve Coburn. ( S & M Relo LLC , Afordable Moving Systems , Affordable Moving Systems Business Management) These are a few of his current company names. They change so ensure you do not use ANY company associated with Steve Coburn.. I am dealing with the warehouse out of Radnor, OH. I think. They have a few and are in the process of opening another one.

They have a BBB rating of an F in the state of Ohio… Look them up !!!!

There are 134 listed complaints in last 3 years however this business name is only 2 years old. These are public facts .

They were subcontracted by the company I hired . Almighty Relocation Llc out of Florida) . Ensure you state you will not conduct business with them.

My property was picked up on Oct 22, 2021 and I still do not have all my property after 2 deliveries. . Today is 1/13/22. My furniture was damaged excessively , mattress was muddy and wet, paid extra for 3 clothes hanging boxes and used one to stuff dry cleaned clothes in and still charged me for 3, they were paid to put bed and dresser together and still have not as they lost all pieces to do so, and the only answer you will get is to “file a claim”….

I’ve also received someone else’s property . I have notified S & M Relo LLC by phone and email with pics of this persons property. I gave them permission in writing to give out my contact information and I would and will send at my expense to the owner… I’ve gotten no response ..

Long-distance move from Rochester, MI to Austin, TX

Worst experience ever

Do NOT use Nationwide Moving of America or S & M relo. I provided very accurate description of all my belongings (moving from studio apartment). They show up and demand I pay $1200 more. I had no choice because I already paid non refundable deposit. They were screaming at me to sign the 30 page contract or they would start charging me per minute I didn’t sign. I was promised my stuff would arrive in 20 days. It took 2 months. I emailed numerous times asking where it was and no response. One day I got a call and they said it would arrive the next day less than 24 hours. Each day they delayed until the next day. They delayed 3 days. Then on the day it arrives I get no warning they are on their way. I get a call the mover is there. He states he cannot enter my apartment with no reason. I had called before saying to please confirm it would not be an issue to enter where I was moving from or too and they reassured me it was no issue and no cost additional. The dispatch office calls and says the driver will not enter the apartment complex and I can pay them to store my stuff for one day $1k and still get all of my stuff out of storage and into my apartment or get a uhaul for them to transfer in and I am responsible to get it into my apartment. I had to scramble to find a uhaul. They threatened they would charge me by the minute of them arriving until I figured out what I was going to do. When I got the uhaul to the moving truck I found out there was only ONE mover. This is not professional. That is why they would not move my belongings because one person cannot move a couch, dresser, table ect up stairs. I asked why my boxes were damaged and he said because I packed them they can throw them around how ever they want and they are not responsible. He literally was throwing my stuff in front of my eyes. DO NOT USE THEM. Very stressful and expensive situation. Upon unboxing my stuff was damaged. Several items broken and I packed everything extremely well.

Long-distance move from Columbia, SC to San Diego, CA

Rotten.

I honestly do not know where to begin so I'll start with some basic info. I (25yo M) moving from South Carolina to California. Was assigned to this company via a broker (an additional issue with my move as well) without being told. The broker company gave S&M 2 different versions of my contract, S&M had multiple drivers try and pick up my items on various dates before my actual pickup date Dec. 10th (as early as a full week and a half). Upon pickup the poor driver had to deal with issues on the load list, having 2 separate contracts out, being told they could come up drive but not being able too, long waits trying to get in touch with CS, additional payments, and more. Arrived at my house around 10am was not able to pack anything and ended up leaving well after dark only to have to come back the next day to actually pack my items. Their "warehouse" people was telling my driver to pack 1.5 tiers (less than 125cf) despite my contract (now the 3rd contract total) being for 300cf. Driver was on the phone with dispatch, warehouse, and eventually company owner about all of these issues. Owner told him to pack it he would deal with warehouse, warehouse called back yelling loudly enough for me to hear as well. Driver ended up getting fired in my living room while packing my items. All of this was on a Saturday (original pickup date was the day before), was told items would be picked up and sent to the warehouse on Monday. Items were not picked up until Wednesday, then sat in a Georgia based Warehouse until January 23rd. Delivery driver noticed some of my boxes were missing (60in Flat screen TV, Orange Suitcase with Rock climbing gear, 2 large boxes and others)and called me to tell me they were and spoke with the packer about them, packer said they were on there, driver checked again and did not see them even read me off the item numbers (they were not in the truck) was told to speak to warehouse manager, manager said speak to packer and was looped about. Items arrived in CA on the 24th, items still missing along with other things damaged. A family heirloom (1800's Tigerwood pedestal dining table) had all 4 legs missing (was packed in SC with all legs attached due to age and rust) and one section completely ripped off the pedestal, it is now damaged beyond repair. A handcrafted solid cedar bookcase my grandfather made me is cracked in half and split/chipped in multiple places. Close to $9k in damaged and missing items with less than $200 actually being "insured".

All in all everything about this company is rotten, horrid, and trash. You'd be better off renting a van and doing it all yourself. Save yourself a few k's in the process as well.

Long-distance move from Phoenix, AZ to Ankeny, IA

Bloody horrible

I was assigned them by a moving broker. They immediately nearly doubled the price. Were three days late on pickup. I paid for full service and they didn't even bring boxes. They threw stuff in trash bags (kitchen stuff) and used boxes I had saved. It took four weeks to get my items.

Several things were missing, either misdelivered or stolen. Over $700 in items

Their answer was offering me $79 for my "trouble". The owner was snide and near impossible to reach

I would rather use a mule train next time.

TERRIBLE COMPANY THEY WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING

This company delayed until 45 business days to get me "some of my items". The move cost $6K, they did over $8K in damages and lost items. Boxes had holes in them like animals ate them, water damage on everything, boxes looked like they had been thrown several times, Fragile or not. They lost a mattress, not sure how you do that. On the day of the move they tried to upcharge me on all agreed upon items. Had to sell my motorcycle because they decided they couldn't move it for the agreed upon $400 but now wanted $1200 to move it day of. Now after all of this, it has taken months to try and get compensation, and they offered me $96 refund. $96. This move ended up costing me $14k in the end, they even lost every picture I've ever had of friends and family. Terrible, shady company. Run away.

Move from MN to Fl

This company is a SCAM. Paid for 1100 CF and they only delivered 850 CF. Moved my personal belongings to two different "storage" places before actually delivering my items. Charged for boxes they never used AND charged for packing of those boxes - what a scam. Many items damaged, broken or never delivered. Many boxes had been opened and gone through prior to delivery. One box had dog food in it and I do not even own a dog. Black foot prints on several photos that were strewn in several boxes. Obviously a box with photos had broken open in the move and the movers casually opened several other boxes and threw them in. Attempted to charge for delivery when they attempted delivery but never called me about it and the driver did not have to correct phone number. Needless to say he did not have the Bill of Lading that is to accompany the contents of the move at all times. Response from the company was horrific. The company they use for file claims is as "shoddy" as they are. They did not respond to requests and if they ever did it was an automated response that indicated your request for more information or details was never read. Online procedure for submission of claim did not allow you to print what had been submitted. Overall no one should have to go through the insanity that happens when using this company or their claims processor.

Long-distance move from Lincoln, NE to Rocklin, CA

Nebraska to California.

After we brokered our move with All Pro Moving, they gave the job to S & M Relo LLC. They showed up on February 26th with 1 mover and a 26 foot truck. All Pro Moving had been informed as to the size of our move. Apparently the other 2 movers that were hired never showed. The mover that did show saw what had to be moved and called his boss and gave me the phone. His boss raised the price of the move $4,249.00 based on what we needed to move. We had no choice but to pay it. We closed on the house the next day. Three movers arrived later that day to help. They finished around 9:30 pm. The first mover asked my sister what the first day was that we could accept the delivery. She informed him that my broter-in-law would be available on February 29th.

My sister and I left Nebraska on February 28th and arrived in California on March 2nd. Our belongings had not yet arrived. We ended up staying in a hotel for 16 nights before our belongings arrived. During that time we called S & M Relo several times to see when our belongings would arrive. We either could not get ahold of anyone or got ahold of someone that had no information.

We finally received notice that our belongings would be delivered on March 18th. This is 21 days after they picked everything up. The owner, Steve, informed my husband that it would be $3,900 more when they delivered because his driver would not be able to get close to our townhouse and would have to "shuttle" the belongings. My brother-in-law was complaining about the cost so Steve said he would take $1,500 off, but my brother-in-law would have to sign a form stating that he and my sister were ok with the service and could not write any bad reviews. Basically, they were blackmailed!

Beware of This Company.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Going to keep this review simple. This company is a scam and you will pay more than what was initially quoted. They will take their time with delivery and will treat your things very poorly. Prepare to have damaged and missing goods when they finally deliver. Steve is the most unprofessional business owner and does not even know what good business practice is. Please, do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. They do not comply with mover company guidelines. People, please research and know your rights so that you are not a product of a scam. Research the company and read reviews. There are far too many people who had to learn the hard way.

Long-distance move from New Philadelphia, OH to Ashland, WI

Started Okay, Finished Poorly.

We were passed from Budget Van Lines to Quality Express Van Lines. Charged $1,500 just to pass us along to S&M RELO, LLC.

We over estimated with Quality Express, but even though I gave the gallon size of the box they did not correctly do the size boxes I told them we would have. So estimated at 600 cf. and final of 1,400 cf. So what started as them telling us it would cost about $1,500 for our move, become $6,858.69. That's after we sold a ton of our stuff on the estimation.

Quality Express led us to believe that packing up was part of the charges, it was not with S&M RELO. As a general I would never use this company again and would advise against I;, unless of course maybe their direct estimators wouldn't be so bad. We were already out $1,500 if we backed out when they showed up; though looking back we should have just backed out.

So in the end we had an expensive skillet ruined, a high end sports chair lost/stolen, and feeling scammed. And they just say it is not their fault, we estimated poorly. I suppose we shall see how dealing with the now 4th party claims department they are sending us onto for our losses.

Also they had two people for loading that were fantastic, but only a driver showed up with the truck and my husband had to do the unloading with him. Said the other guy didn't want to show up until later, and looking at their charges we would have been charged if we'd waited for him.

Hoping that the driver pushing my treadle sewing machine across the diamond grate didn't destroy my family heirloom.

The bill also shows were charged 10 cents more per pound than our quote had locked in and their fee was $3.50 per cubic foot if that didn't cover things it seems.

We were mostly packed up by the time this company came, and just to have 4 boxes packed cost $150 (3 of which were our own totes).

This is one of the worst companies ever.

No in formation when company and when came price went up. Started at 5600 and ended up almost 10,000. They said would get delivered 4 to 7 days but had to wait over 18 days totaled before got delivered. On top of that moving to Florida so had to have somewhere to live. Once truck got here was told because on 2nd floor with over 14 had to pay more for that. Give the workers a tip no way. Always wanting more money and no contact with you what to expect. Then to file a claim what a joke. Do not use this company no good.

Worse Moving Experience Ever!

We were in a desperate situation and they took advantage of that.

First off, we were brokered to them by "Quality Express Van Lines", a broker that made me think they were the actual movers, and who charged us an arm and a leg to just help me find them. Secondly, they initially quoted me a price and by the end of my move it was TRIPLED. They lied. We even had to get rid of stuff because it wouldn't fit on their already full truck. Third, they lost a number of my belongings, damaged a number of others, and tried to give me other items that weren't even mine. I tired to file a claim with movingclaims.net and it is IMPOSSIBLE to actually talk with a real person to help through the claim processes.

MOVERS BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will not take good care of your belongings.

Long-distance move from Atlanta, GA to Washington, DC

Avoid.

Originally booked my moving deal with Moving Pro US, who brokered the moving services from S&M Relo LLC. Upon arrival, they inspected my furniture for FOUR hours. One of their employees was on the phone with their manager who virtually looked at my furniture and assessed that I will need 100 cubic ft space more than previously agreed upon, so he charged me $450 extra. Once the furniture was moved, there was radio silence. Every week I called to check on the status and I was given mixed messages by the office employees - one week when I called they informed me the furniture has been assigned a driver and truck for delivery, the next week, the same office would tell me "I don't know who you spoke to but your furniture has not been assigned a truck or driver". The office acted like the business operation was out of their control and the answer to all my questions were "I don't know". Multiple times they noted on the call that the delivery team will notify me at least 24 hours ahead of time prior to delivery. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. I was notified at 6 PM the evening before delivery and the driver noted he would arrive at 12 PM. When I said I am not available at 12 PM but can only be available at 2 PM, the driver charged me $175 per hour for "waiting". In the end I had to pay the driver $350 for him having to wait 12-2 PM or he said he would not deliver the furniture. I was left without any option than to pay. I was not given fair warning of 24 hours before delivery, and instead was overcharged for unnecessary 'waiting' cost. To make matters worse, my furniture was broken, and this item could only have broken if someone purposely mishandled it to an extent where it WOULD break. My very large and expensive mirror was just LOST. The item was never brought in the truck. They asked me to file a claim - unfortunately, the claim to any damaged and lost good is $0.60 per lb of item. It is not worth it. The way this company handles business is something out of a customer's horror movie. This moving company had myriad of ways to overcharge their customer. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. You'll also notice all of the reviews for this company has the same story line - the same frustration, the same areas for overcharging.. Just avoid this moving company.

Used by moving brokers, stay away!

This company was assigned to me by the broker Colonial Moves You. The people that picked up my items were late, but the worst part was the carrier that S&M hired to deliver my possessions. It was supposedly Smooth Van lines and the driver only gave his name as Bilel. My things were missing and damaged, and the worst part was the driver threatened my when I started taking pictures. I am astounded with the way the moving industry works. Stay away from Colonial, S&M Relo, and Bilel.

Long-distance move from Columbus, OH to Edmond, OK

Long distance move from Ohio yo Oklahoma.

If I could rate this company as a negative I would. This has been the worst moving experience of my life! And I'm 62 years old. Been around the block a couple of times. My husband contacted Quality Express Van Lines thinking they were a valid company. They quoted us $5500 total to move our home furnishings for us. My husband detailed the items over the phone while I listened. We were told that we needed to pay a $2200 down payment. a $2100 payment at loading and $1200 payment upon delivery.

I got a verification call a couple of days before the pick-up from another salesman who called himself the "quality assurance agent". He went over the list he got from the salesman. This didn't match what my husband told them we had for furnishings. He also kept asking about other items. For instance did you include bicycles, lawn mowers, typical things that may be forgotten and I said yes we will need to add those items. I also had a freezer to add and a couple of other furniture items. He repeatedly stated "don't worry, our estimating system overestimates everything so you will probably get money back at delivery. He then came back and told me the total price had gone up to over $8000 and that I needed to make a $2400 downpayment today. With 2 days until move I felt as I had no choice. I argued with him about him basically doubling the price for a few extra pieces. He then got into how he estimated 1380 Sq ft and that would be enough to take everything we have. Not knowing better, I paid the additional 2400. We had now paid out almost $4600 and they hadn't picked up the furniture yet,.

They arrived on the day they we agreed to -- the only positive thing I can say. We discovered we were dealing with an entirely different company that was.based in Ohio -- S&M Relo llc. The first thing they did was a walk through video taping my entire home. This made me feel horribly uncomfortable. They then came back and said we would have to talk to their boss "Steve". Steve informed me that we would have to pay an additional fee if we wanted to get all of our furniture on the truck, because we clearly had at least 1700 sq ft. They showed me how much space 1380 sq. ft took up inn the truck. I tried calling Quality Xpress. and S&M Relo,. I told Steve I wasn't paying any more money than what was agreed upon. The movers refused to talk about money, contracts, or scamming. They said we are just here to load the furniture. I called Quality Xpress and talked to their customer service agent who sounded completely helpful and she gave me 3 options. Refuse to let them load and lose the nearly $5000 you have paid down. Let them load the 1380 sq ft only. Or 3, pay for a new updated quote. She suggested I talk to Steve and try to negotiate something. At this point I was so distraught I couldn't talk to Steve.

My daughter who was very upset at what was going on talked to Steve. Steve actually got angry, yelling at her that "I would not get one more stick of furniture on that truck." So much for negotiating.

Feeling abused, humiliated and totally frustrated, I decided to move the rest of the furniture through Uhaul. So they started loading my furniture and stopped when they reached 1380 sq ft. I coudn''t believe my eyes. My home was still full of furniture and boxes. then they sent me the email for the loading bill. It was $3000. They had added additional charges for stairs or for carrying anything over 100 ft from the truck. They charged us for wrapping mattresses and TVs. I was in tears as I looked at the invoice payable immediately. They hadn't even finished loading. All I wanted was to be moved so I paid the invoice and thought about how nice it would be in my new home. That's when I noticed they hadn't even taken the tvs on the truck.

Now, here I am on September 17 and I haven't been able to reach either company after frequently calling and leaving messages and emailing them. I have no idea if I will ever see my furniture and possessions again.

Of course they took the Refrigerator, Freezer, washer/dryers, antiques, etc. Both of these companies are deceitful and scamming.

If you get a choice, don't let these guys near your belongings unless you were brokered into that mess of a moving company and now you can't get your deposit refunded. Steve likes to overexaggerate what he sees on the phone and tries to get as close as he can to double charging you.

Most of my belongings showed up, but couldn't be reassembled since all the hardware was lost. Repeated inquiries to the company yield no results for the lost/damaged items.

I was brokered by Quality Express Van lines, which is a company that I rate just as high as S & M.

Such a great group of people to work with!

S & M Relo LLC are "S & M Relo LLC!" Everyone that I have spoken to in this company has been so nice and professional. The foreman on site for our "moving day" sat down with us and went over what to expect with our move, and he was spot on with everything. Within one day they had us moved into our new home and left us with such a positive experience. Such a great group of people to work with!

They could not have been worse!

Under no circumstance should this company be ever hired, and if you get contracted out to them, back our immediately. We hired Quality Van Lines without doing our research and were brokered to S & M. Our stuff arrived at our destination nearly two months after the last day of the 4 week window they told us they would deliver it. That is nearly two months late! Everything not in a box was damaged. Every. Single. Item. Some of our stuff (electronics) was either stolen or misplaced. They tried to give us boxes that weren’t ours. It was somebody else’s stuff. The driver was verbally abusive. Everything they could have done wrong they did. Absolutely ridiculously terrible company.

Long-distance move from Chicago, IL to Boston, MA

The worst move of my life.

I am begging anyone who is in the process of moving to NOT use S&M Relo Llc. I hired Quality Express Van Lines to do my move without knowing they were going to hand off the job to S&M Relo. Do not trust Quality Express Van Lines either, they lie about what they do and make false promises about delivery dates just so you give them your money then want nothing to do with you after that. Anyway, S&M Relo had 21 days to get us our things and instead it took over two months. We handed off our things to them on June 26th and got out things on September 1st. We were told we would get our things on July 3rd. On top of that, they lied multiple times about when our things would be showing up. The day our things finally showed up the driver verbally assaulted me over the phone before arriving when I asked him a simple question and when he finally arrived they tried giving us boxes that were not ours, items were damaged and some things stolen. Moral of the story, do your homework before a move and NEVER use this company. If could give -500 stars, I would.

Long-distance move from Worcester, MA to Waite, ME

Our move went so smooth.

After living in our home for 45 years, our daughter convinced us to move closer to her and her family. The thought of packing away our home and trusting someone to move our most prized possessions, was very scary, to say the least. After one phone call with S & M Relo LLC, we knew that this was the company that we wanted to trust for our move. We appreciate the team or employees that they have working with them. Our move went so smooth, and my wife and I couldn't be any happier!

Beware!! Organized Extortionist Crime Interstate Brokers/carriers!!

BEWARE!! ORGANIZED EXTORTIONIST CRIME INTERSTATE BROKERS/CARRIERS!!

We have read 100+ consumer reviews of several brokers and carriers. We are focusing right now on S & M Relo LLC, Fulton, OH primarily, but there are many more we have identified. If names/addresses of all the victims were merely changed, we ALL experienced the same.

They are frauds, deceitful, cheaters, thieves, threatening, violate trust, conspiracy, collusion, EXTORT through threats, are concealers, and an overall Organized Crime Syndicate. They must be charged criminally and civilly!

There are thousands of us who have losses well in excess of millions of $$ between damage and stolen items. No one is doing anything Federally or Locally to protect and/or help us. Each authority we contact (16-18) have redirected us to someone else who then redirects again and again. We personally have losses totally almost $15,000. I am attaching a few of 150+ photos. We're happy to share.

In addition to the attached photos they put a major dent in an antique, serial numbered dresser very recently redone. There are too many items to tell here. A less than 1 year old king headboard, footboard, rails, box springs and mattresses. They bent the rails and now the footboard won't touch the floor. (See photo) That entire set cost us almost $3,000.

They change their names, operate in collusion with each other; have bogus office addresses. One is 1,096 fsf and has 15 people "living" and "working" there. Wait until you see that location photo. They have several phone #s depending on who they are willing to speak to. My husband and I have called, emailed and texted SEVERAL #s for All Pro Moving Group (broker) and S & M Relo LLC for months. NO RESPONSE!!

After inventorying our missing items-by-items, the S & M LLC driver told my husband that he had all our missing items (8) and he hopes (while swearing at my husband) we never get them back. He threatened to show up at our house in addition to verbally attacking us.

They changed our moving cost 4 times (doubling our original quote) and the last was when they were in the middle of the truck being loaded. The other 3 were 2 days ahead of the scheduled pick up. Either we pay what they were demanding right then or they will stop loading or not show up on the pickup date. They always do it when the homeowners are backed into a corner and have no choice. THIS IS CALLED EXTORTION AND A FELONY CRIMINAL OFFENSE. They even increased our auto transport (All Pro) by 25% while S & M Relo LLC was loading the truck of our household items. Same story - pay the extra 25% or we are going to unload the vehicle.

They even delivered other people's items to us and have done nothing about it. They left without telling us. We called the driver within minutes to say we hadn't gone over the inventory review, why did they leave without telling us and also advised him that we were missing several items. He said he was in a hurry and can't come back, but will within a few days which never happened.

We have MANY names, addresses, contacts, etc. for several of the broker/carriers that are involved.

PLEASE JOIN OUR GROUP so we can tell our story nationally to secure justice. Strength in numbers! Reach out to us with your stories & beyond. We are here to help! Please contact us @stopinterstatemoversextortion@yahoo.com…. We are here! Tell us your stories and reach out to add to the movement! Seems that they may have paid some reviewers to write glowing reviews - the positive reviews were not posted until the last few days (9/12; 9/13 & 9/14)..hmmmmm Guess they must have read our HONEST review of the last few days. Last review prior to these 3 recents was March 28, 2020.

Antique Tea cart JUST redone. Spindle broken, scratches on cart and they stole the tea cart tray & several more items that they refuse to return to return to us.

So much more to share including photos, but not enough room here. Please let's get active!
