I have been storing my business belonging with road runner moving and storage for some years and I can certainly say they understand my business. I run a big store so I have to buy goods in bulk. I am not afraid to buy in bulk because I can always trust the road runner for storage. The staff members are friendly and their charges are moderate. I would recommend this for anyone seeking warehouse services. Thank you and will always be a loyal customer of road runner moving.

Jake and Austin were a pleasure to work with. They were careful and communicative throughout the entire process. We lived in a high-rise with relatively small hallways, so moving things in-and-out weren't necessarily easy. All our furniture was meticulously wrapped and moved into our new home without a scratch. I appreciate that the bubble wrap and moving materials were included in the cost. We will be contacting Road Runner Moving and Storage for our next move!

Road runner moving and storage are the best moving guys in the rown. Their team leader Ryan introduced me to his colleagues and assigned them into their respective rooms. They made the sitting room their work station from which they would assemble the boxes. In less than 2 hours, the whole house was fully packed and they loaded the trucks ready to go. This company gives you value for your money and nothing was damaged or lost. Thank you so much road runner movers and your professional team for making my day!

There is the theoretical “stress free moving” we hear a lot then there is the real deal. We as a company are very pleased with an excellent job that was done by Road Runner Moving And Storage!! We are a big company and had to move as fast as possible because we had gotten a better space and we still had deliver some orders but our track broke down so we had to look for an alternative and roadrunner moving and storage were the best to help us get out from this dilemma. The staff guys were truly amazing instructors to store and move the things in a more professional way. Keep up the good work GUYS. A Big Thanks!!

Move size: Office Move Service cost: $1900

Let me first start off by saying Sean the driver who delivered 30 boxes to 505 W 161st ST Apt 62 New York, NY 10032 was a poor representation of your company. Sean was rude and very disrespectful. Per my conversation with both Janie and Michelle, the $75 charge was to include the delivery of the boxes to the 6th floor. I confirmed with both on many occasions. I was very upfront about the stairs in my apartment and about not having an elevator.

I spoke with Sean about 5 minutes before he arrived at my apartment. I advised him that the code to my building so he could be buzzed in. He began to tell me he was not coming up and stairs unless I agreed to pay more money. I advised him that the stairs were apart of my contract he began to yell at me over the phone. We exchange words and I advised him I would meet him downstairs. While waiting from him to arrive I called the customer service number. The woman I spoke with was very patient I was very upset.

When Sean arrived I told him not to worry about the steps I advised I would speak with Janie and Michelle about the matter. Sean then request the money to pay the balance he quotes me $272.57 I advise him I have an email from Michelle with my final balance which was $262.57 he begins to yell again. Telling me I need to give him $272.57 or I will not be able to obtain my things. What upsets me the most about this whole situation is the fact he tried to cheat me out of $10 this is completely disgusting. I attached below both the email from Michelle and a copy of the receipt from the pickup which Gabriel Lewis signed from Sean showing my ending balance.

After the dispatcher was able to convince Sean of my ending balance. I gave Sean one money order with the full balance. Then he refused to take the money order stating he wasn’t taking it from anywhere else but the post office or a bank. This seems weird because when picking the boxes up the money orders came from Publix, not the bank or post office. I threaten to call the police but at this point, I wanted my things. I paid an additional $5 to cash in the money order for cash. Sean had me sign a document he never gave me a copy of the document or a receipt for payment.

My things were per my request left in the lobby. At the end with his back turned me he said " That's it no more" and walked away. What can I say excellent customer service?

The driver I had the displeasure of meeting really made a happy situation very difficult for no reason. The one good thing out of this whole situation is I will never have to deal with Sean again. I hope he doesn't ruin another customer's day the way he attempted to ruin mine.

Roadrunner moving was determined to minimize costs with the help of packing our large wide variety of books and frequent family objects ourselves and hire a transferring truck from budget. We requested Roadrunner moving for help. They visited our residence and furnished an estimate. On loading day, the staff arrived quickly and did a remarkable job loading the truck carefully and effectively in order to get the whole thing onboard. They remarked favorably about how properly the truck had been loaded with very little transferring and no injury for the duration of the drive. I would quite endorse the moving staff services. Good Work!

Where to begin.. We were lied to regarding the entire process from the sales person. It took the movers more than one month to move our belongings to our new location. Very little and unclear communication the entire time regarding ETA. The movers themselves were on social media while they were moving our belongings and not focusing on the job at hand. It took them over 8 hours to move out of our small town home, we don't even have that much stuff (and we packed everything already). They were supposed to give us a 24 hour warning before they arrive, and they called us and told us they were going to be at our house in an hour (on a work day). Then they had the audacity to ask for a $1,500 tip. DO NOT choose this company. You will save yourself many headaches.

We are undergoing a very bad experience with Road Runner Moving and Storage company. The items were picked up on 25th May 2019 and the folks intimated that they would send out the stuffs on the immediate available 1st trucks that will start to CA. But in actuals, there were no response from the customer support team or the person who provided the initial estimate. Each time when I call, the call goes to a voice mail and you will never receive any updates after that. Infact I did not receive my stuffs till today 06/27/2019. The stuffs were loaded in a truck on 06/23 and stated that he will deliver on 06/25, on 06/25 driver said he will deliver on 06/26, on 06/26 he said between 8 AM-1PM, but till now he did not deliver the stuffs. Got a message now @ 8.40 PM PST timings that the driver is is heading to my place which would take another 40 minutes - 1 hour. I will not recommend this moving company to any one.
