The Road Runner Moving and Storage crew arrived on time as expected!

After evaluating the property for moving, they went straight to work, wrapped and moved all of our belongings with care. Everyone was polite, hardworking and extremely organized. They deserve all the recommendations!!

We were overwhelmed with calls and email when we put out info online to move. The only team that worked together and seemed like they cared more about us then about money was Road Runner Moving and Storage. The entire crew was amazing. At the end of the move, I can gladly say I am happy with my decision of choosing them.

They are thieves.

BUYER BEWARE!! They are the worst moving company! They scheduled my move December 26, 2019 arrived late than they cancelled the move after they tried to extort an additional $3500.00 more from Florida to New York. They are thieves do not trust or believe a word they say. Now have to waste my time in court. I have proof!

Scam company. Used Real Movers Moving name.

This company is so bad they are now being investigated by police for moving scams. Reported to the insurance company that money was still owned. They overbilled by $4,000.

Mike and his crew did an amazing and quick job at our old apartment. At the drop-off apartment, they unloaded everything within one hour, assembled the bed frame, unwrapped all of the furniture, and asked us where to put each box and item. Amazing crew and amazing service.

Totally recommend them!

Max and his team were very helpful and efficient. They arrived early, were super nice and accommodating, and managed to move the correct subset of furniture and boxes from one old house with narrow doorways and odd steps here and there to another old house with the same architectural quirks.

Asked more money. Won't refund my prepayment.

I talked to them over the phone (his name was John Wilson) and he gave me an offer. I signed and made theprepayment in amount of $499.70. A few days later, they called me and asked for $1000 more and I refused. Then theysaid they will cancel the move and refund me. I agreed. I found another company and did my move. I called and wrote acouple of emails asking my refund. Still to hear back from them.

Interstate moving.

I hired this company for a move from Venice, Florida to Olympia, Washington in Aug.2019. And this Company provided very negligent service. They sent me 3 people, 2 of them packed and loaded my belongings and the third person did mostly paper work. They worked 12 hours (from 10am to 10pm) and did not have enough time to do the job in my 3-bedroom house. They did not bring enough material for boxes and I had to buy additional boxes in Office Depot. Truck was not big enough, and they left some things. Packing was negligent, and more than 60 items were broken. Some large items were missed

(incl. TVSet, Computer Monitor, 3-wheel adult bike etc).

I weighted all broken items and sent a complaint for compensation (60 cents per one pound of weight), but even that small amount of money company did not want to pay, instead of $280 they agreed to pay $44 (according to their “standard” calculation).

I think this company is not professional, and I do not recommend that anyone use their service.

Very Nice!!

Amazing service and very professional! Alexander helped me through the whole process, estimation, change of lists, providing COI. The movers were very professional and quick. The truck they used was nicer and they had tape, moving blankets and everything. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend!
