I was so impressed by the services of road runner moving and storage that I had to write one. We were halfway packing when we realized that this is actually a tiring job and we might need some professional help. So, we contacted road runner Moving guys to continue the packing. As we did half of it, so we knew how chaotic it was, and this was what we were expecting from the company too. But to our amazement, road runner had the experts in the team who managed the chaos that we created in quite an efficient manner. Highly recommended for any kind of storage and moving.
These moving guys will not disappoint you if you are moving your stuff from one place to another, Good work Road runner guys!!

Obviously, all the stuff in the house has some emotional value attached. But for me my piano and dressing table had the most value for me and I could not expect it to be destroyed while we moved it from my parents’ place to my new home. This is why I wanted to hire someone professional to render these services. I explained my situation to road runner moving and they were ready to help. Still, I was confused if this is going to work or not. Cutting all my anxiety with the moving process short, at the end my piano and table was exactly as it was at my parent’s place. No breakage, no scratches, no problems with the delicate chords. Everything was perfect. Road runner moving is perfect for delicate items. Good work thanks!

Road Runner Moving and Storage was organized, courteous and affordable. I had just gotten a job transfer out of state and with no time to get ready they carefully packed all my things so my move was really stress free. The staff was helpful, prompt and respectful through the whole process. All the items were carefully boxed and labeled and then delivered to new home and placed neatly in each room. I would highly recommend Road Runner Moving and Storage to anyone looking for a great service company at a reasonable price.

They are out of the Orlando area but also work out of locations in S. Florida. I have moved with over a dozen moving companies and this is by far the WORST. Not an actual moving company - they lie to get you to sign a contract and then hire inexperienced kids to come to your home to "pack" your things. Then they hire a trucking company to haul your things to your new location days after they say they will arrive. This company pushed back the arrival date 5 times so that they could stop and pick up more jobs on the way. They ONLY care about MONEY. Once your things finally arrive they hire more inexperienced people in the local area to unpack your boxes. They guy who showed up at my new home was in literal pajamas. They had boxes labelled "fragile - this side up" upside down. They shattered all mirrors, cracked dressers, broke plates and decorative pieces. Even the driver who dropped my belongings off said he has never seen such an unprofessional "packing". They used 5ft tall wardrobe boxes and filled them to the brim with anything and everything. I will follow up with pictures but just wanted to get this review out before they swindled another unsuspecting customer. They automatically give you a quote and then once they literally have strangers throw your belongings (no wrapping paper, bubble wrap, NOTHING) in a box they will tell you they have to charge you more based off the square footage your things take up in the truck. I spoke to multiple associates who were rude (Janey and Jennifer) and two supervisors (John and Mike) who gave nothing but empty promises and excuses. Mike even offered to refund 114.00 dollars if I would sign a form (will upload) relieving them from all responsibility of the move to include, bad service, broken items, etc.. He explained if I took the refund I couldn't contact the Board of Directors or go on any review site and leave a bad review. Too little, too late.

I’m a regular customer of Roadrunner moving and storage company and they have never disappointed me! Being in the military requires me to shift off to new places often so my family calls them often. They’ve perfected each and every moving day of ours. Even the ones that were scheduled on short notice. They’re a punctual lot I must say. Before them, we were used to the moving company turning up late with a bunch of excuses. I remember how annoying that used to be. I’m happy that I no longer have to go through that kind of hell again.

Visiting mymovingreviews, my husbanded suggested I should hire Roadrunner moving to help me move in with him. I went through a few of their reviews and considered ratings as well all of which were outstanding. I contacted them and gave them the contract after receiving a good quote from them. They visited my place before the moving day and packed everything up. Everything was carefully loaded onto the truck and reached my new home well in time. Before offloading they covered the floor with sheets so as to avoid damaging it or getting scratched to the wooden tables and glasses. They’re most certainly the best in the business I must say. To say the fact, Roadrunner Moving and Storage is the best company when it comes to moving. They moved me from Columbus to Macon and everything happened like magic. There was no problem with the move and everything went as was planned. I was very surprised that they could give me such a service at that affordable price. In fact, they are very exceptional. The whole process would have been a nightmare for me if not of the professional manner with which Roadrunner guys handled my job. I'm really impressed with them and will do business with them again and again. Road runner moving made my DAY!!
