** I'm going share my ongoing nightmare with this moving company and update my review, as needed. **

STAY AWAY FROM ROAD RUNNER MOVING AND STORAGE!!

Did these guys take all my stuff and abscond??

Did they also charge me a huge fee, before absconding??

Once the movers picked up my household goods, there's absolutely nobody in this company who can be even accessible to provide an estimated date of delivery. Since 02/19, I've repeatedly called and sent emails to the booking agent, coordinator, etc. I've received no reply to either my emails or been able to get anyone on call.

I only write a review if I’m impressed by the services rendered. I needed to move my home furniture to my husband’s new hometown last month. I chose Road Runner Moving and Storage after a few recommendations from friends who had used their service before. They moved my furniture without any hassle and I was very happy. Their moving guys came early and loaded my furniture to their truck using their professional loading techniques. They displayed the utmost professionalism and addressed me professionally. After a few hours, my husband called me and told me that he received the package without any dent.
I really must say a BIG THANK YOU to Road Runner Moving Team!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1950

I moved from SoCal to Texas and from the moment they arrived at my apartment they seemed they did not want to move me. They began by letting me know what they couldn't bring without first charging me $800.00 more! They then began packing up my items (they did not label anything with my name or destination on the boxes)! They lost my 200 CD changer which goes to my component stereo system. They did not properly pack my refrigerator which resulted in one of the shelves being damaged. Some of the boxes were damaged, and needless to say, the items inside were damaged as well!! They were a nightmare from the time they arrived to the finish of my move!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WOULD RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ITEMS!!

THESE GUYS DESERVE TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THOSE PEOPLE THEY ARE MOVING OR DON'T CARE ABOUT REVIEWS!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4277

I own a marketing agency. We were making the expansion plans, but every time our busy schedule and the anticipation of moving everything to a newer location actually stopped us in doing so. But last week, I have to know about Road runner moving and storage through a friend of mine. So, I decided to avail of their services. Believe me; the moving process including the packing in the previous office to the unpacking in the newer one was so smooth that I am really regretting not moving earlier. Highly recommended for a secure shifting. They can ease up your entire process. Good work Road runner guys especially JOHN!

Since booking the services from road runner moving, I have found all of their employees well mannered and well behaved. (Obviously, without which I would not have booked their service). But these mannerisms have not remained limited to the pre-booking case only. During the process of moving and even after the services were provided and we got moved to our new house, the representative spoke nicely and provided the reason for everything they were doing upon asking. Even someone from their office called and asked for my experience with the team too and was ready to help me with anything further if I was not satisfied — best company for the people who are just as touchy about their stuff to move as me. Thank you road runner team!

Initially, we wanted to have a moving service from the company only. However, influenced with the positive reviews, we decided to get their packing services as well. Now, I am glad that we did. We could not have managed the packing process on our own as well. It would have been quite hectic and time taking. But with the help of road runner moving and storage, we actually managed it in lesser time that I anticipated earlier. Definitely, a team of experts and I do recommend them.

For two years now, Road runner Moving and Storage has been my best mover. They have one of the most warm-hearted professionals who have some good moving as well as relationship skills. They ask you questions if something isn’t clear. They make sure that they move and deliver your things how you want it. They also drive your fragile goods carefully so that they can reach their destination safely without any fracture. They are the best, especially if you want to move your breakables. For me, the packing and shifting home has always been an emotional task. I tend to waste a lot of time while packing just by looking up the stuff and reviving the memories associated with it. Keeping this thing in mind, my husband booked the services of road runner moving and storage by googling. These services involved packing all the stuff and relocating it to our new destination. And considering my speed with such stuffs, we moved a week earlier. The road runner Moving guys really made the packing and moving easier for us. Otherwise, we would still have been in the same dilemma of moving. Moving cost $2000 and location within Florida.

We contacted Road Runner Storage in order to move a couple of household items from Orlando to Houston. They ended up loosing a couch cushion and frame and I have had to follow up with them several times without much of an answer. I spoke with both Mike Miller and Michelle from the Miami office and neither of them have made much effort in following up on a specific time date of when these missing items would be sent to us. I called both several times and have been given multiple excuses and even an attitude from Michelle regarding why they don’t have a specific time/date for the delivery of our missing items. The other thing this company insists on is having you pay them in cash upfront so that you can’t dispute or be reimbursed for their lack of service - very dishonest. I would not recommend this poorly managed moving company at all, there are certainly better options for the money that you pay.
