Relocation Nation Moving and Storage LLC

I got a call from Brandon from relocation nation moving asking about booking my move. We go over everything and he informs me that I can book with him today and can cancel with a full refund as long as it's 5 days before my scheduled move for june 5th. He assured me that it wouldn't be an issue and that he could lock me in at this great rate. They are a moving company and he guarantees everything. So I say ok ill go ahead a put a deposit on April 6th as this was a good price. Come April 20th we text him to follow up about the call to cancel as i wasnt moving anymore due to my company offering more to stay and he responded says "Yes I have sent(sp) a cancelation to the dispatch. My finance team will be reaching out shortly as well." We never get a call so we called him May 4th to follow up he says we need to contact customer service and then hangs up on my wife. I called in today being informed that I couldn't get a refund just a credit to a future move within 12 months I tell the sales manager what is going on he said he would talk with Brandon and get back to me. This could be 4700 dollars stolen from me because they have a shady sales representative who lied about the whole thing. I was never even informed they are brokers. I tried to attached a picture showing the response from Brandon saying would get this canceled as well but apparentlyits not a big enough size. I hope the sales manager comes through. I would seriously avoid this company if you plan to make a big move let alone any move at all.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $14940

The original conversations are helpful and positive but as soon as they pick up your items (Poorly) with many problems and attitudes from the driver, Relocation Nation staff is Missing in Action. All of the phone numbers that you have been contacted by are all going to voice mail with no response back. Very poor customer service. My quote was doubled the original price even though I gave them exact items and measurements. The moving company states that it is only an estimate and not a price! WHO KNEW!!!!

So I have to believe they undercount square footage in order to get your business and then you are stuck with your items on the truck and the movers give you their great news, BAD news for us.(Double the quote) With the attitude if we didn't like it, He will put all of my items in the Storage Place Parking Lot at 11 pm at night. NICE.

I personally would never recommend this outfit because of the unprofessional and terrible service. Do your homework and don't rely on reviews alone (obviously not real). Check BBB. My next stop to put my complaint on this company.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $2900

I asked for a moving quote and spoke to Brandon Michaels. He acted like he was doing me a favor. I wanted to compare quotes like any person would do, but was met with pushy sales tactics and threats of last truck, blah blah blah. I went with a company whose rep was professional, courteous and didn't push at all. These qualities still matter! Considering, I might be helping to pay your salary, do you actually think I'm going to do business with someone who calls me a liar? Train your employees if you want to stay in business.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4405

Relocation Nation is the worst moving company ever. First they promised me they did not subcontract to other movers. They do. A U-Haul truck pulled up two days after the promised pick up date. I had to beg and plead for the subcontracted unprofessional Movers to show up, as my home was sold and had closed on it the day before. Now here I sit in my new home, waiting for them to deliver all of my possessions, and they say it will take 21 days. I was promised 5 to 7 business days after my move-in date. This is a scam. The Better Business Bureau should shut this company down.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5500

I've had good movers before, but Relocation Nation was a cut above. Allen is very communicative and responds to calls quickly. The movers themselves were exceptional - diligent, friendly, and careful. They packed everything in carefully labeled boxes well so they'd know where to put them in the new house. They were attentive to our wishes, and they made sure we'd gotten help with everything we needed at the moment before wrapping up for the day. I highly recommend their service.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3547

Brokers not a moving company. They’ll lie to get your business. They quote you min scf to get your business then they try to raise the price on you. They have your deposit and your screwed. Scheduling lady called me a MF twice because I told her she was incompetent. Asked if I could speak to owner she called me MF again. I asked for my money back and she said your screwed we are not sending your money back. Stay away from this company, they are very rude and unprofessional. I believe they are a scam company.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2323

This company is completely dishonest and will do and say anything to get that initial deposit and lock in your move, once it gets to a few days before the moving date the price triples with not enough time for you to find someone else neither get back the deposit. My move from Michigan to Texas was originally quoted at $3,400.00 and ended up being $8,400.00. Not only that, but they tell you it will take from 4-6 days but the little words on the contract actually says up to 30 days, they took 9 days in my case! Completely dishonest way to quote and total scam to reel you into their shady contract! Would give negative stars if was allowed. Run away from this company as fast as you can!

After giving my deposit to RELOCATION NATION, every conversation there after, I was asked for more money. The sizes of my furniture and the amount to ship, never changed from the first conversation.

When the mover showed up, it was a sub contracted company. He looked over the contents and decided that I would have to pay an additional $3000. He knew he had me over a barrel. I was moving my 80 year old mother and they took advantage.

AVOID RELOCATION NATION!!!!!
