10 29 2021 Called Progessive Van Lines Inc. Friendly service all seemed legit. Got a low ball quote, set up delivery time and paid down payment. They contacted us for a recheck on the inventory it changed from 600cuft to 950cuft. Put more down payment. A company named Honeybee Logistics LLC. showed up on Dec 6 2021. The took another check payment for the move. They Loaded, all seemed good. They said the first delivery time would be December 20th, or 10 days of that. The called on the 18th said the would be on time on the 20th after the other 2 loads were done. No Show no calls returned no text no emails. We called several times no return calls no answers. Email came on January 7 2022. Stated our stuff was in a climate controlled warehouse and would be delivered as soon as a truck and driver and covid issues were solved. The said they would call. No calls no Answers and return information. The phones just automatically hang up. We need our belonging to get along with our lives.

This company is a scam. Give you a great rate and then, when going over stuff with another person that is supposed to be transit company, charged additional, stating went over and need larger truck. Then, moving truck came and was over $2000 more. Called Progressive Van Lines (which number is disconnected I had from lady was working with) and she said all ok ,had to pay them. They moved the furniture in a storage supposedly in our home town! They told us it would be to where we were going to move to (another state)and wasn't. Was supposed to be a climate control and wasn't!! Now, can't get the furniture delivered. Nobody answers when they called me and I called back to arrange time. Had excuses since in Texas and snow. Now two weeks and nothing!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There have been several of the same complaints. Just had daughter to call Progressive and James Mike answered! When we told him about furniture not delivered, he hung up. They did me the same yesterday. I just want my stuff which is all we had as a senior citizen and my husband having cancer. This lady there with Progressive acted like she went through same thing with her parents and so understanding. Terrible playing on people's emotions and taking advantage!

I have still not received my belongings , the moving company tried to scam me out of 680 more dollars, for specialized blankets that was already included in my contract, they also left behind six peices of furniture my husband who is disabled has been sleeping on floor for 10 days , my daughters memories and pictures who recently passed are on that truck, my granddaughter is emotionally upset about not getting those mementos, when I call they tell me supervisor will call me back. Still no call between this company and moving company I have called at least 50 times, my next move is the bbb, the police to report it stolen and the news channels.

I booked our move with the progressive van lines, paid nearly $1200 deposit. Confirmed a week before the service date that we were all set and still scheduled for pickup on the 11th. I was assured that was the case. I heard nothing from the company on the day of the move, so I called them in the afternoon and was notified that they would be here for a pick up 2 days later (still within the pickup window). On the day the pickup I called the company again (yep, they do NOT communicate on their own) only to find out that they are not coming to pick our stuff up, because "their truck broke". They offered to return our deposit, but when you have to schedule for the service long time ahead, because it's such a busy season, the deposit really doesn't do much. Now we're stuck in a rural Washington with a closing date the day after tomorrow and limited number of options. The operator was incompetent and rude, talking over me, not being able to provide any information other than: "it's not my fault the truck broke". He said we could reschedule the pickup, but he didn't know when to. If you need dependable service progressive van lines won't deliver it to you, it doesn't matter you pay the deposit, it's only binding for the customer, not them.
