      Great work guys!

      I created an inventory of the contents of each box, as well as my personal belongings. I was concerned when friends warned me that goods may be forgotten while travelling great distances. But I didn't have to be concerned because everything was in excellent condition when it arrived. It was especially comforting because each item had been neatly labelled by the movers. Every individual I encountered was kind, professional, and accommodating. My transfer was delayed due to an accident involving one of their drivers, but the company was quite accommodating.

      Great service!

      The movers were the most amazing patient and helpful movers. They even put back together a previous broken mirror. I would recommend them to anyone moving, big or small job. Everything was wrapping up beautifully, and they put together everything quickly.

      Excellent Service!

      I've used this company services twice now and can't speak more highly of them. They packed furniture quickly and with care. They also were great in retrieving from our storage and unloading in our new home. Great crews and wonderful results.

      Moving is never an easy task and when you’re moving solo, often times your mind is all over the place. Before booking any one I looked different quote was very reasonable, much lower than most while still giving us confidence our belongings would be taken care of and arrive exactly when needed.

      Moving Company with No Integrity at All

      There should be an option for a no star rating as this company does not even deserve a 1 star. They’re just good when they are trying to get your business but once you pay the deposit beware cause none of the promises, cost agreements , timeline or costumer service will ever happen. It has been a nightmare since I put down my deposit money , I have been passed around many times and been ignored by my request to follow up. I was told initially that the timeline will be 5-8 days it will be a month by next week and no one can tell me exactly where my shipment at this time is . I have been just passed around. This company has no honesty or integrity at all ! It has cost me already so much money, time and aggravation. I am filing legal complaints to demand my goods and filling it to the appropriate government agencies as well. They need to learn from my case as no other costumer deserves this horrible experience and awful treatment that I got from them . They do not deserve to exist and has no right to treat their paying customers like this.

      If I could give them less than zero, I would!

      This company (our “representative” was Gianna Ross, who conveniently is no longer working there) gave us a binding estimate for a partial move from Louisiana to Florida, and we paid our down payment. After many lies and much duplicity, they then sold our contract to a bunch of felons (literally!) in Gretna, LA. to complete our move. They showed up in a rental Penske truck and packed our goods in front of all of their packing supplies and suitcases that belonged to who knows who. They threw our brand new tv up on top of the rest of our goods and then told us that we had EXACTLY double the cubic footage that our BINDING ESTIMATE said we did. My husband was, before retirement, an estimator for a paving company and we measured and counted everything three times! We were within 10 cf of the estimate! We were threatened with them unloading our goods onto the front lawn and leaving it there, if we didn’t pay the extra money, and with being charged $200 more if we didn’t shut up and pay what they said! We were 82 and 74, respectively, and could not bring it all back into the house. We called Priority Home Relocation and they said to pay the overage and they would walk us through the…

      Use anyone else

      To sum up this long post and save you some time: USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY.

      Moving across the country is hard. Moving across the county is the middle of a global pandemic isn’t fun. Moving across the country and not have clothes or furniture for 70 days is unacceptable.

      I was told on my first phone call that the company doesn’t outsource. It’s all family owned. I’m sure if you call, you’ll be told the same thing. They also won’t tel you that they have a 30 day spread to deliver your stuff. They won’t tell you that until your stuff is already loaded on the truck and ready to go.

      Let me tell you. It took them 40 days over the 30. It took 70 days. Which is ridiculous.

      I would call for an update and no one any answers. Ever. I swear it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and I spent three hours on the phone with AT&T one time.

      Once I finally got my stuff, most of my furniture was damaged in some way. All of my boxes were dented. Don’t waste your time writing fragile on your boxes. All of your plates are going to be broken anyway.

      I hope that they can sleep at night knowing they’re liars and frauds.

      Terrible Company Scamming Honest People

      At first, my interaction with this company was great, however things quickly turned sour as our moving date approached. We were told that the ACTUAL amount would be at least $4,000 higher than the estimate. I was made to feel very guilty about cancelling (within the 72 hours I might add) and now the company, though did not provide any services, will not give me my deposit back, though again I cancelled within their stated time period. Absolutely terrible.

      Priority Scam

      This company is a scam they took my deposit and did not return as stated in contract. I had a funny feeling about this company so I read the reviews asked for my money back and went with another company. They told me lies for a month and was rude beyond belief. This company is a PRIORITY SCAM! If you want to give your hard earned money away be stressed beyond belief and be treated like SH#+ then this raggedy sham of a company is for you.       Complete scam

      My husband and I moved from Houston to Michigan. Our quote from Mark tripled and when we asked movers to remove everything out of the truck, they told us they would charge us more. Every step was a lie and we felt 100% scammed! To make matters worse, on delivery, our TV was broken and our mattresses were wet we were told they drove “through a rainstorm.” Parts of our beds were missing, furniture was stained/scratched and our $6000 couch was water stained. We are still missing all of our books with precious memories, kitchen appliances and more. We received someone else’s books and a part of someone else’s bed. When we filed with moving claims we were told they no longer covered this company. We now have emailed the company with no response and blocked emails. We are thinking of hiring an attorney. Never, never use this company!

This company I highly recommend

Best moving company ever. Great customer service, arrangements very precise. I'm usually hesitant with moving companies as we've had some not so great experience in the past with other companies. I would highly recommend Priority Home Relocation if/when you're in the market for a moving company.

I am extremely pleased with the company

They barely stopped to take breaks loading up the truck. They disassembled some bigger pieces of furniture and made sure to reassemble them on delivery. I will recommend them to anyone needing a moving company.

Quite great support they have been

There are so many plus points I got when have used this company’s service. They are helpful, experts, and professionals. They really took care of my refrigerator and safely moved my LED to the house of my aunt. I have to move to SC within the same day now that I plan to move my stuff to them.

There was no damage

FRAUD

Do not trust a word they say. It was 100% a lie. The movers are contracted-mine had "[EDIT] life" tattooed on his hands and face. He didn't want to move my stuff, so he cancelled. The N mover’s crew was extremely detailed with the list which benefited us greatly because we were not charged extra money when the moving van showed up. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - COMPLETE SCAM

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. As many of these other reviews say (which I should have taken more seriously) priority home relocation is a broker, which means they reel you in with low prices and as soon as you sign a “contract” with them they hand you off to some sketchy cash only company who will take advantage of you and double to price you were quoted. First: the day before our move we get a call that they need to “go over inventory” again and managed to practically double the price over maybe 4 small things that we added. then when the movers arrived, the supervisor was a real a-hole and talked down to us the whole time, all while forcing us to pay him even more and make us feel stupid for believing priority home relocation.

Once they got everything on the truck it took over 2 weeks to get our things. when they finally showed up it was ONE MAN!!! and he demanded that we pay him an EXTRA 100 DOLLARS because he needed to use an ELEVATOR!!! he then demanded we pay him (in cash) what he was owed before he opened the truck but i in turn demanded he open the door to prove that our stuff was even in there.

I am truly so mortified by how much they took advantage of us

Rip off of "estimate" and still holding deposit

Our estimate ended up doubling in cost 3 days out from our move. We also were told the deposit was being refunded, and 15 business days later, (though told 7 to 10 days), our money is still "pending". Movers beware.
