Long-distance move from Massachusetts to Florida

Worst moving company.

The worst service after they take there cut of your money after that they don't care remember they are brokers,so they take your money and pass you to the next company ,trust me save yourself the headache and stress don't use this company,you will be disappointed 100% guaranteed.

Scam..scam..scammers..do not repeat use this company.

I can't even begin to start and where to start, Long Distance Movers are fake a fraud and scammers, all the reviews on this company that are bad is true and more. This company is a broker company so they say and like others they make u sign a Contract over the phone and don't even allow u to look it over or really tell u what ur signing and give the good speech about where better than other companies and we guarantee ur delivery and cheaper prices and the whole 9 yards.They feed u a bunch of bull and pretend they are their for u and promise u will have ur things on time and when u move into ur place. Nitemare for real, they took my deposit and never heard bk from them and I had to call them myself to see if the movers where still coming so that was a sign right their but once again they made a excuse and of course no refund, so on to the moving and pick up part, they showed up in a truck to small and the price changed and they quoted u on the phone and said it wouldn't change and guarantee their price well a lie, that price shot up a extra $1300 dollars and talked about weight and some more and I had no idea about weight or nothing, so moving along I called the company while the movers where their picking up and they where rude and act like they didn't know nothing and that it was in the contract and more and just lies after lies. they told me after my things were taken that the truck will arrive when I do or few days after and guess what it arrived one month and almost 2 weeks and all my belongings missing, broke and damaged and missing stickers, now how do u misplace things that are numbered and pallet together so the movers claim and how do u forget a big California king bed and twin beds and dressers and half my boxes and boxes and bins retapped and replaced with cardboards are a top for a lid on bins and how do u have brand new things in the original box from store and not see that's missing and u wasn't going to notice that..hmmmmm crazy., I called the moving company and they gave me the run around and then had the nerve to tell me to call the movers who delivered my items and I also asked where and why was they late and I called the movers weekly and everyday from the date of pick. the company told me to also call the insurance company which is through them for money for being late pass the due date when the due date should of been the first week after I left. just a nitemare and more and lies. I'm still dealing with the outcome and waiting on my lost items and stolen items and they seem to not care and I shouldn't have to contact the actual movers when they are the ones who hired them and the movers they used was Mirit Great American Inc and they are bad and thieves, never again will I ever go through them of movers and I advise u guys to follow or be sorry, just a nitemare for real and I don't know why they are still open and taking business when they should be shut down and be investigated for fraud and the movers they hired as well.

Long-distance move from Winchester, VA to Wilmington, NC

Unreliable and deceitful.

Do not use this company. The initial sales person will quote you at what sounds like a great deal and then he or she is done with you from that point on. I GUARANTEE you will pay double or triple that initial quote. And good luck working with customer service once everything is said and done - you will get nowhere. Do not trust this company.

Deposit.

I haven't even moved yet and looking at my invoice, the lbs are so far off it's ridiculous and I feel like I was lied to. Glad I didn't make my deposit. I'm sorry all of the other people here got smashed. I wouldn't use this company either after that bogus invoice.

Long-distance move from Michigan to Missouri

Very bad movers - Will never go with them.

I suggest not to go with this movers. They do not deliver what they promise. They assign to third party movers and had a bad experience. I lost one of my box worth 500 bucks, they charged me 300 more just for the storage of 5 days. They never wrapped any of my stuff and furniture. Service was very bad.

Never trust on them.

First they will call you 100 times for booking and then will quote you a amount which they will rise just a day or two before move. For us they rose 1000$. Then while delivery one day they say truck hasn’t even started from the origin and the other day day will call we going to deliver in morning 6.30.. which is very baaaad. And theek you find you things broken badly .. you try to call them for claims and no body will respond you. Never never ever trust them . Highly irresponsible ppl.

Absolute Nightmare.

I can't even begin to describe the ways in which my experience with this company turned into a disaster. First of all, they are a broker not the actual company doing the move, which they contract out. There was little communication between then and the moving company and myself, and most of what they did relay to me was unreliable. They more than doubled the originally-agreed-upon price. They changed the delivery date (with little to no notice). They gave inaccurate information about forms of payment accepted. I had difficulty getting in touch with anyone when I had questions or issues. Just stay away. Long-distance move from Austin, TX to Ridgefield, WA

Worst movers ever.

Don't use this company! In moving from Tx to Wa, I was promised delivery on 5/9 or 10. When I called to get a status, I was told it might take 3 more weeks! Their communication throughout the process was horrible.

Absolute nightmare!! They passed the job over to another company who did not even do the move. I have the local ABC 11 News trouble-shooter investigating to help get my $2000 back for a move not even done.

Long-distance move from Memphis, TN to San Antonio, TX

A complete fraud.

Firstly, they do not tell you they are a broker, rather and an actual freight company. The company they contracted to get my thngs here took three weeks to go from Memphis to San Antonio. They doubled the rates, and the customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Ignore all the 5 star ratings, they are done by themselves to make themself look good. this is a total sh*t company. believe all the 1 star ratings, as the same thing happened to us. save yourself, go to someone else.
