Not so great after all..

A quoted six hour move turned into a nine hour move. General Manager blamed me by saying "I was expecting too much"..I guess relying on a contract is "expecting too much".

The moving crew showed up early the next morning and were efficient, professional, and thorough in getting the job done. Fast and Reliable.

Jake's M&S was wonderful. I called them with an emergency move due to a burst pipe in my apartment building. They were able to move me within the same week. This is my second time using their services.

Jake's was a referral from a previous customer. They have assisted with a number of office adjustments and small moves. From the larger project to the smallest, Jake's was professional, efficient, on time and extremely careful with the office furniture.
