Stellar Senior move from 3rd floor walk up in the rain

I really can't say enough good things about this company. The management was able to handle our move with only a few day's notice. Four wonderful men arrived on time and in good spirits to help us during a personally diifcult time. They managed to move a very full 3rd floor walk-up condo, including heavy, large, overstuffed items, in just 4 hours. All items were treated with care, and they protected evrything from the pouring rain. They never complained about the workload or getting drenched in the rain, and even worked cheerfully and skilfully to fit everything into a single storage unit. What a wonderful world it would be if there were more people like these. Thank you so much for your compassionate and professional services.

What a terrific moving company!

I highly recommend Jake's Moving and Storage. They were wonderful, were very flexible in handling my requests, and made a difficult move possible. All items were packaged well and had no damage. Jose, Anderson, and Manuel were fabulous, professional, efficient, and did everything they could to fulfill my requests. I was so impressed and pleased with the company and their personnel.

Great moving company!

I had a great experience with Jake's Moving & Storage LLC in May 2021. I had a complicated move that involved moving a whole house (and scooter!) to both a house under construction and to a storage unit. The Jake's moving crew was amazing. They asked me where each item should go, and listened to my instructions. The crew carefully wrapped and bundled all of my furniture and items and everything arrived unscathed. They also stayed until the (big!) job was done and I never felt rushed. I am very pleased with Jake's Moving & Storage and highly recommend this company.

Great Moving Experience.

Jakes moving company did a great job. They arrived early and professionally blanket wrapped every item in my sons apartment. The 4 man crew worked very hard throughtout the process. Everything arrived at his new apartment in perfect shape. He plans on moving again in a year and will definately use Jakes moving and storage again. .

Good move.

John helped calculate the move. The 3 men who moved my things were very professional and courteous. It was a super hot day and they were dripping wet but all of my items were moved perfectly. No damage and they put the bed and other furniture pieces back together. I would use them again and have suggested them to my friends. .

Move.

They were helpful, courteous, and helpful with the move and it was expedited without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to move. They made sure that there was no breakage of fragile items and left the boxes and articles where we wished them to. They treated everyone with respect and the supervisors treated their employees well.

Movers came on time and we're very courteous. They took the time to listen as we did an initial walk through. Very careful when packing and handling noxes. They unloaded and set things up in a professional manner. All while it was pouring rain. These guys were good.

Amazingly Great Move!!

This company was extremely professional. They moved all of my heavy furniture very quickly and everything was well wrapped and packaged. The moving team was very polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and I would surely use them again.

Extremely Positive Experience.

After an extremely difficult interstate move, Jake's helped me painlessly sort my belongings out. They were able to organize service in less than 48 hours and the move itself took less than two hours. Highly recommend.

Nice job.

The movers were excellent. We had two trucks and five men. Courteous and careful and very skilled at assembly and disassembly. We are still unpacking but nothing looks broken so far. They worked for 9 consecutive hours without a break!

Easy to work with. John patiently explained his services and costs over the phone. Wasn't easy for him because I was explaining the info to two others who were on another phone. Movers arrived on time, worked neatly, and efficiently on a 95 degree day. No issues at all.

This is a great moving compnay for anyone that hasn't finished packing or who has a lot of stuff to pack. Three very strong men came and worked to get me moved in one day! My condo move.

Started out great on time .all personnel was very professional from office to the all the workers . took care of my furniture as if it was their own ! I would not hesitate to call them again to work for me . They wrapped all furniture protected all glass did many extra things without even asking got on to my loft it was hot probably a hundred degrees and no one complained once I wish every company where's as courteous and respectful as Jakes moving there would be a lot of better companies out there to work with when you don't need the extra headaches just get the right job done. Go the extra mile above and beyond to get everything done to make you happy thank you.

Very professional job with no negative incidents. They were retained on short nocie. They called in advance to announce that they were near to the pick up destination. They wrapped everything very well so that there were no marks on the furniture. They kept me advised of progress and on completion of the multiple delivery stops.

Moving Experience.

Arrived on time and the move went very smoothly. All items were handled with care with no broken or scratched items observed. The whole ordeal occurred during the estimated allotted time and within the original budgeted amount. This was the second time I used their services and would use them again if ever needed.
