Absolutely the best. The quoted price was reasonable, and the move itself was worth every penny. Nothing broken, nothing damaged, nobody was late. This crew was flexible, professional, and attentive. I will never use another moving crew again. A+ experience.

They properly boxed up all items, empties shelves and closets, labelled everything, and put all of the boxes and furniture exactly where I asked them to.

They arrived early, stayed late, and didn't take any long breaks.

I just completed a total of three complex moves in three months and can't imagine how it could have been accomplished without Jake's help. I have moved at least seven or more times in my life, so I have much to compare when it comes to moving. Jake's Moving and Storage is #1 on my list. In what was already a hugely pressured and stressful three months, Jake's help, reliability, professionalism, hard work and efficiency was a remarkable help and stress reducer. Jake's crew arrived consistently on time and stayed within the contracted time on each and every move -- there were no hidden or surprise costs or charges. Jake's delivered in the allotted time and with great care with each and every item that was moved. Even with different crews on each move the quality and performance was consistent across all three moves. Jake's also delivered on price. I got several estimates before contracting with Jake's and they offered the best value of all of the companies I contacted. They are determined and highly motivated to do a great job and have the right attitude all around -- you can't go wrong if you decide to pick them to help you with your move!! I would use them again and again, but after three moves in such a short time I am hoping that I won't have to look at another box or packaging material for a long while.

John was our project manager and he worked alongside the other young men that worked ALL DAY LONG!! It was hot but they stayed hydrated and fed and kept working expeditiously! They packed our entire house into a 26' truck! Very impressive how they fill every nook and cranny of the truck and with great care and respect for our belongings. They wrapped EVERYTHING which was a site to see! The men are strong, very respectful and have a sense of humor too. They laughed at my jokes. ;) After all of the packing they moved some of our belongings to the temporary home then unloaded all of our belongings into a storage unit. I highly recommend Jake's moving and storage!! Thank you guys, God Bless you ALL!!

Jake's Moving and Storage just completed a rather small move in-town for our CEO. Even though it was a lighter load, they treated us like we were their only priority. John provided an accurate quote, gave us some good suggestions and showed great patience as I changed the date and time - all within the same week as the move! Come the day of the move and we realized we had not reserved the loading dock and needed a certificate of insurance before anything could proceed. Called John and got this taken care of in under 30 minutes with a great attitude! He told me not to sweat the small stuff - never pointed fingers and his level of service stayed rock solid. Then when the movers were finally able to go up and begin the move, the experience did not change. The crew took great care, and were very fast and extremely professional.

Could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them for the quality of service as well as the price which was very fair for the service provided.
