Great removal company, recommended!

We used FV to move from our 3-bed flat in Edmonton to our new house in Hornchurch, Essex. David came to our flat to give us a quote, we paid the deposit a week before the move. The communication was very good, we received email confirmations and updates, phone calls were answered promptly and all our questions answered. On the day of our move the FV team arrived on time, they were quick, efficient, professional, friendly and took great care of all our items. The move was smooth and we would definitely recommend FV to anyone.

Great moving experience.

Friendly Van assisted us with our move in December 2014 and we were very impressed by them. They were accurate in their assessment prior to the move and provided us with very reasonable quotes. On the day, the team of movers were punctual, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Their eye for detail came in very useful as well - we forgot a couple of things that were mounted on walls and were grateful to the movers for pointing them out. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants a stress-free move. .

Stress free house move.

We had to move house with a young baby, and got FV removals to help with the packing and unpacking, besides the general removals. The team did a fantastic job - efficient, polite, and really nice people. They were very careful with our things. 
David gave us a quote, and was very patient with multiple changes of move dates, and in helping us plan the move so that it was stress free for us. Recommend this company very highly. We would use them again.

Highly recommended.

I used Friendly Van removals recently to move from a flat to a house. I exchanged and completed at short notice but they were very accommodating with the possible changing dates. I was very stressed by the prospect of the move but the Friendly Van guys were extremely helpful, professional, super calm, careful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. It was the opposite of stressful. It could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you Friendly Van Removals.

International move.

I was moving from Zug in Switzerland to Cambridge in the UK. I suffered delays at both ends - customs difficulties getting into Switzerland and delayed completion on another house causing a knock on delay in my delivery. These things aside, the move was handled professionally and the two guys at the UK end were fantastic. They worked hard and went beyond the call of duty. I suffered just 2 broken wine glasses in the move so I was pretty happy. I would use their services again without hesitation.

3 men worked tirelessly all day to move me out of my old property and into my new property on a very wet day. Despite the inclement weather, a great deal of care was taken to remove and protect items that could potentially get damaged. Everyone in the company including the 3 removal men themselves were beyond helpful and supportive and I can wholeheartedly recommend them as a reliable and competent removal company.

Excellent service!

Thank you very much for your team for providing such as great removal service at Steven’s house on 29th Sept. Jacob and Paul were extremely professional, friendly and polite, both turned up at 8 AM punctually. The service on the moving day was very efficient and up to the highest standards! The move into the new home was smooth, the team took great care to move everything safely and went out their way to meet all requirements.

Watford to Wigan move.

When I first spoke to Dawid on the phone I got a good feeling, he was receptive to what our requirements were and gave us options on how to do the move.

Came to our house to give quote (two other companies wanted self-assessment which ruled them out for me), was very presentable guy and instilled trust and confidence.

Quote was v competitive and included dissemble and reassemble of beds which nearest quote didn’t offer and wanted £1000 more.

On the day, team arrived on time. Hard workers and good to work with.

Would thoroughly recommend.

Great to react to our chain failing.

David and his team were very friendly and stored our property overnight after a solicitor forgot to move the money causing the chain to fail. Then helped us move the following day, and were with us by 1:00. All arrived safely, with no broken items. His team were well presented and very friendly.

THE MOVE WAS PAINLESS. THE TWO GUYS WORKED NONE STOP AND HAD TO BE FORCED TO TAKE A BREAK FOR TEA!
WE HAS A PARTICULARLY LARGE AND VERY HEAVY WARDROBE THAT WE THOUGHT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE - SOMEHOW THEY MANAGED IT.
THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND I BELIEVE EXCELLENT VALUE (£470 FOR A 2 BED HOUSE WITH LOTS OF BOXES/CLUTTER!)
WE MOVE AGAIN IN 6 MONTHS AND WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.

Difficult sofa bed moved successfully!

We were delighted with Friendly Van from start to finish they were truly friendly, helpful and got the job done despite unforeseen difficulties (the sofa was too big to get into our sitting room!) - they managed the job well and solved the problem by dismantling the sofa for us, getting it in the door and also spent time putting it all back together - all within the time promised and with good humour. Thanks!

Friendly and caring.

The entire move was fantastic they guys were friendly and caring. All went very smooth and was packed safely in the van. Very professional service. If I need to move again I will definitely use them again. All my furniture was moved into the correct rooms and place where I wanted it without any fuss or problems.!

Excellent service! They arrived on time. Everything was loaded and unloaded quickly and carefully. They were also very friendly all the time. We've been moved lots of times in years, this one was the easiest by far. I'll definitely work with FV next time. Highly recommended.

Always reliable.

Was really dreading the whole move process until David and Team worked total magic. Such a kind, speedy and extremely hard working company. Being a senior, single woman with some health issues moving into a Retirement complex, the move was was just awesome plus very reasonable rates. All Respectful and totally recommend.

Storage within London + move.

David and the team did a fantastic job. They were very professional and handled everything without any hesitation. All the furniture was well taken care of and not damaged. I had the furniture picked up and stored for a month whilst I had renovations. When they moved the furniture back, they took the same care and consideration. Will use again.
