Many thanks to David and his team for making the move as painless as possible. The guys worked really hard non-stop to move us to our new home. They were very careful not to damage either our belongings or the properties. Very reliable service. I also used David's team afterwards to move some items out of storage; there was just me and one guy and a transit and he worked really hard to help me move what ended up being many more items than I had previously anticipated.

I would recommend using Friendly Van for your removal needs. Booking was easy and I received great customer service. The movers were friendly, professional and efficient, it took them less than 3 hours to move the contents of my 3BR house (furnitures were already disassembled and boxes packed when they arrived). They arrived early with a large truck and gave us a 30-60 minute notice before they arrived. There were no damages during the move. Their rates are also very reasonable. Thanks Friendly Van, would definitely use again. .

I have moved many times, but only used Friendly Van this time, and this was the best experience of them all.  From the first contact, to the day of payment, they were professional, courteous and friendly! The price was competitive, the service was excellent but most importantly they were extremely careful and conscienctious, didn't damage anything and they did it with a smile on their faces! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Wish I had found them years ago.

I called Friendly van based on a recommendation from our office manager after using them for our office removal (commercial). I called friendly van as a private client and received an amazing service. I was all round happy with Friendly Van's team of two guys. They arrived ten minutes early and then quickly and efficiently got on with the job. They took good care of my things and were just so wonderfully reassuring about everything. Even at pretty short notice the booking went really well. I paid a £50 deposit in the couple of days before, had confirmation email through and didn't have to give my credit card number or an inventory list. A rough estimate of how much I had was enough. David in the office dealt with my queries and was just very reassuring. I was delighted that the guys finished quicker than planned (despite a second floor) and did a great job at distributing the furniture in the right places. I am very happy with the company and will use them again in future. It couldn't have gone any better and I recommend them whole-heartedly.

The team at Friendly Van live up to their name as well as being very effecient and professional.  
Arriving promtply at the scheduled pickup time the two man team quickly helped me load the van.  By the time I made my way to my new home by train they had already completely unloaded everything so that my girlfriend could start unpacking. 
They made what I though to be the most stressful part of my move the easiest and I cannot praise them enough for this.

Friendly Van helped us move our stuff from 2-3 bed house into a 3rd floor flat and they did it with great care and attention to detail. Marek and his team on the day were courtious and super efficient, packing everything into the van with amazing speed but making sure that things were safe. At the other end they once again dealt wonderfully with the less than ideal distance between the flat and where we were able to park and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for home removals.  David who came to quote for the job was also very friendly and helpful so all in all Friendly Van gets the thumbs up from us! .

David and his team stepped in when our usual movers could not assist us on our chosen date.

David was friendly and professional from the first appointment to moving day. The move was complicated and required packing on Day 1 and moving on Day 3. David and his team made sure we had our essentials left out for use. Everything was done with great care and good humour and the move went by without a hitch. Can't rate the team highly enough - they made a stressful experience go very smoothly.

I would happily use this company again and think they offered great service and value for money.

I first move with them 14 months ago.
As everything went nice, smooth, clean, polite it was obvious for me to contact them again for our last move on December 6 , 2015.
They arrived at 7.30 on dot, like expected.
The team of three I had booked started right away.
It took all day, until 6.30/7 pm. 3 trips with the truck. Dismantle and re mantle furnitures and bed.
We were sleeping in the new house on the exact same day.
They kept always the same smile, even after a long and tiring day, going up and down three floors on each house.

FV Removals were excellent. What we thought was a lot of stuff was nothing to them and they had the whole flat packed into the van in about half hour. When the sofa wouldn't fit through the door, they knew exactly how to lower out through the window safely and quickly and had all the right materials to do so.

They took great care in all of our belongings and made sure things were secure in the van.

Our guys were such a huge help on a very stressful move day and I can't thank you enough! Will definitely use again :).

My parents used Friendly Van Removals in 2013 and had an excellent experience and they were so thrilled that I booked David and his company. We moved from Ealing, London via Barnet and finally offloading near Stevenage. David was very clear and straightforward with costs, timings and procedure. He and his team are very efficient, work very very hard and are trustworthy and respectful. We have since recommended to others to use Friendly Van Removals and although we hope to not move again, if we did we would use David. My recommendation is just book them, no need to shop around as the costs are competitive and you will be in very good hands.

I couldn't have wanted for more from a removal company. They were on time to the minute, found parking just outside the gated develop and managed to find their way to our new home easily. 

I have nothing to compare them to since this is the first time I've instructed a removal company but frankly, the service was so good that I doubt I'll need to go else in the future.

We used Friendly Van to move our flat contents - including a lot of books - from London to Oxford. The team visited us first to assess how much material we had, and also provided extra boxes and hanging garment carriers which they dropped off for us in advance of the move. Throughout, they were efficient and professional, even when they found we had slightly more books than anticipated! Their price for the day's work was incredibly reasonable, and we wouldn't hesitate to book them again. Highly recommended.
