Friendly Van.

Jacob and Mark did a fantastic job and I'm sure they will for you too.  On time, professional and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.  It made the whole expeience of moving so much easier and I can't recommend them and Friendly Van enough.  Competitive pricing and excellent service, I wasn't sure what to expect as I choose them randomly..but am certainly going to recommend them now and use them again when we move next!

Friendly Van.

I had booked Friendly Van back in August 2012 for a house move.  However, due to the non-sale of the house I had to reschedule. Dave kindly honoured the original booking and I finally moved the items in April 2013. Dave was the driver and led the packing and unloading. I would definitely recommend Friendly Van to others.  I would describe their service as efficient, courteous, flexible and value for money.

Fantastic professional and friendly service.

Dave went out of his way to get me out of a pickle with my move as I was let down by another company last minute.  He could not do enough to keep me calm and get me moved.  He went way above and beyond the call of duty.  I used this firm a second time and they were running late due to road problems (not their fault) but they kept me posted at all times and did an excellent job. Thye took very good care of my belongings.  I will never use anyone else again they were so good and I whole heartedly recommend Friendly Van. .

Great Service - does what is says on the tin!!

We used Friendly Van Removal Services recently for move in London and could not be happier. They were on time and were extremely careful and respectful of both the properties and our possessions. Both houses had difficult access and the guys took their time to figure out the most sensible way to get in and out. Despite the difficult job they we're both very friendly and will definitely be using this company again for out next move.

Excellent service.

I stronly recommend Frienldy Van, the service was up to my expectations, the van was here on time which was very important to me since you don't want to be stressed when you move out, the driver very helpful and friendly, all went perfectly well! All boxes were carefully taken care of, much appreciated. Communication was great, all was confirmed pretty quickly. Thank you very much!

Company Archive move.

Moving my company archive to storage had to happen and very quickly.
Moving 150 filing cabinets stacked on 50 pallets is no mean feat and getting a moving team flexible enough to work with the guys at the pick-up and delivery point was important to a successful move.
Without David and Anna, and the drivers @ FriendlyVan I just couldn't have done it in the time-slot I had.  They were with me every step of the way.
FriendlyVan kept to their times and everything went smoothly.
They did a great job and I highly recommend FriendlyVan.
All credit and thanks to the team at FriendlyVan.

Excellent and professional move.

We moved house last weekend, and used Friendly Van. They were absolutely excellent - very personable and professional. They took excellent care of all the breakables, and the whole process was so smooth and not stressful at all. The delivered the boxes in good time. On the day of the move they arrived bang on time, and were completely unruffled by a piano and also many many very heavy boxes of books. I would recommend them without reservation.

Friendly Van.

I was hugely impressed with the services from Friendly Van.  Jacob and Marc were professional, quiet, methodical and friendly.  It was a very hot day and we have some very heavy furniture so I really can't have asked for more. They arrived promptly at 11am to move our stuff from west to north london - they completed the whole job in under three hours, despite the fact that they had to wrap a sofa and there were three floors to climb at both addresses. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Cheaters.

They cheat on the price. You agree on one price with them and when they arrive they ask for more. If you don't agree to pay they insult you and walk out on you. They are disrespectful to their customers, especially if you are a women. I would not recommend them to anyone, they are unreliable and abusive. Also, they don't respect the agreed times. A guy called David sent two rude guys who ended up walking out on me because they had a bigger job to do.

Friendly Van London to Torquay.

I had a great experience with Friendly Van. I was moving to a  block of retirement flats at the other end of the country and a bit worried about it. David, who took my enquiry, was lovely. He was helpful, kind, thoughtful and seemed to genuinely care that I had a good move.  The removal team led by Jacob really lived up to their name - throughout a long and tiring day they stayed smiling and cheerful. Even although I had more books and china than they'd realised, which meant that it took longer to pack my things than had been allowed for, even so they took the greatest care.  Not one thing got broken, and in 40 years of moving frequently, this is the only time that there wasn't even one breakage!  They were so considerate, so kind.  The van arrived at my new home at the same time I did.  Jacob and team took the time and trouble to get me settled in properly, even although it was 8pm and they faced a long drive back to London. Although the move had taken longer than scheduled, David did not even suggest increasing the already highly competitive price quoted.  He said the important thing was that I should be comfortable and he really sounded as if he meant it!  This is the best removal I have ever had, and I reccommend Friendly Van very highly to any elderly person, who like I was, may be a bit worried about moving.  The team couldn't have looked after me better if they had been my own family.

Fantastic service.

Highly recommended, the driver had very good communication with frequent updates on arrival time. Good initiative showed by driver in finding a loading bay and avoiding the high central london parking charges. The driver was also very helpful in loading and delivery was made within the quoted timeframe and price. Very helpful and friendly service, I would happily use again and recommend to friends and family. .

Faultless!

David and his boys were absolutely faultless, knowledgeable and efficient. They packed on 20th and moved us on 21st November 2013 from London to Oxfordshire. Not one item was damaged or forgotten and the service was always smiling. Even when the van broke down, we were called and informed immediately and no time was lost or wasted. I can't recommend this company enough for a completely stress free and efficient move!! Thank you David :).

Considerate, Cheap and Honest.

Hi we used Friendly van to move from a large 4 bedroom house inn London to Ilkley. Despite using more smaller Luton vans instead of one large van Friendly van was one of the cheapest. 
The move was well planned by David as he considered our young twin toddlers. The van was on Thursday evening whilst tht children were stauing with my inlaws. The vans were parked overnight at their depot. Then the following morning the vans were taken to our new home and unloaded. 

I found Friendly vans staff very helpful even helping me loading my car with some belongings I was dropping round to a neighbour. They were very punctual and efficient. The only slightly negative comment I have is that when it came to trying to fit our furniture into our new house (smaller than old) they didn't try lots of different permutations to try and fit things in. Maybe in their experience they knew they couldn fit or perhaps they were in a rush to get back to London.

Very happy!

We booked Friendly Van to move from a (packed!) one bedroom 1st floor flat to a house. Communication was excellent - after putting in a request for a quote online I was phoned on the same day, despite the fact that it was a Sunday, and then they kept in contact before and after the move. The two guys we had worked tirelessly and finished before we'd expected so we ended up paying less than we thought we would, as they charge by the hour. We'd definately use them again.

Have used twice. Very happy.

This was the second time I have used Friendly Van this year and have recommended them to friends who have also been very happy. The service is excellent. They handled a move from a 2 and 3rd floor flat to a house well with no damage to a number of large/valuable items. The removal van turned up early and cleared our flat in record time. Move came in under the number of hours expected in the end.

Honest, professional and highly recommended.

From enquiry to the moving service, David and Jacob were highly professional, courteous and efficient. We hired them for a move on 31 December, which they turned up 20 minutes early for. They were conscientious of moving our belongings, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was delivered to their respective locations in the new flat. Nothing was damaged. I highly recommend David, Jacob and the team at Friendly van for their services. They were fantastic.

Domestic move.

Very impressed with this company. The guys were courteous, well presented and worked cleanly and carefully. Had good pace while still working methodically when the situation required.
They disassembled and then reassembled my old furniture with care, intelligence and high expertise in order to get it into my new, smaller flat.
They also carried a (digital) baby grand piano down a steep fire escape without a word of complaint - for which they deserve a medal! They even moved the piano several times until we found the optimum position for it in its new home - some positions were of their suggestion. So don't be afraid to ask for interior advice!
Absolutely perfect service, would trust them with any job.

Highly recommended.

Fantastic work with Friendly Van once again. We used them over 5 times. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a friendly professional moving service. One recommendation would be to ask the guys to bring plenty of boxes. We had a 2 bdrm flat and the estimated number of boxes we would need turned out to be less than what we required which meant one of the guys had to go get extra boxes. The most impressive thing was how the movers meticulously packed each China plate we had and other fragile items. Very impressive and well worth the money.

Very good.

I would definitely recommend Friendly Van. They arrived at the door 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time after first finding a park nearby. We had two movers, and 3 of us moving and the mover suggested working in a chain to quickly bring the boxes then few small furniture items we had. They were very friendly and professional, and my friends and I were very impressed with their efficient service. They also thanked us for helping them, which was nice.

Great Service.

From the outset Friendly Van were professional in their response to my enquiry so we decided to go ahead and book them for our move from one side of London to the other, at 9am on a Saturday. Traffic in London is always difficult to predict but the guys turned up on time, they were polite and worked quickly which was exactly what we needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Professional, polite and prompt - all round great service!

Prompt, professional, friendly.

I couldn't have wanted for more from a removal company. They were on time to the minute, found parking just outside the gated develop and managed to find their way to our new home easily. 

I have nothing to compare them to since this is the first time I've instructed a removal company but frankly, the service was so good that I doubt I'll need to go else in the future.

Special mention to Mark and Jacob who did the removal.

Great service for half the price.

I have used Friendly Van twice for a house move, and both times they have been absolutely great. They are hardworking and polite guys, and nothing is a problem. They worked from 8am to 10pm one of the days, without any complaint or drop in the level of service or friendliness. I would definitely recommend them for any type of moving job. Also, much cheaper than most home packing and moving services. .

Highly recommended.

We used Friendly Van to move our flat contents - including a lot of books - from London to Oxford. The team visited us first to assess how much material we had, and also provided extra boxes and hanging garment carriers which they dropped off for us in advance of the move. Throughout, they were efficient and professional, even when they found we had slightly more books than anticipated! Their price for the day's work was incredibly reasonable, and we wouldn't hesitate to book them again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Friendly Van!

The best removal men I have ever worked with, having moved house four times in the last four years. Very nice guys and they were very helpful. The pricing of the service was very reasonable. The job was done perfectly!! No harm to my furniture and all put in the rooms I requested, no problem.
