Friendly Van moved us from London to Essex. This was the first time we ever moved and we had 12 years of things I was very stressed and David with Friendly Van basically saved the day. David went out if his way to communicate, give us packing advice and reaassure me the many times I called having to reschedule. Marek moved us on the day and he was wonderful. Friendly Van went over and above anything I could have expected they are professional courteous helpful and I have already referred them to friends. I chose Friendly Van, a london based removal service (who had excellent online reviews) to move the contents of our 1 bed roomed flat from Shepherds Bush to Covent Garden. We had A LOT of stuff, and the new flat was located up 7 flights of stairs so wasn't an easy move. This wasn't a problem for Friendly Van who quoted me only £45 per hour for two guys and a van and the service was fantastic. A two man team arrived at 12 and they we're completely finished by 1.30. In fact, next time i'll be using their packing-service too. I'll remember, that we don't have to do everything ourselves! They made the move easy and were quick, efficient and very skilled.  Friendly Van were exceptional.  Friendly, professional, relaiable and importantly very fast. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quick and simple solution to moving home.  Its nice to work with a company that are so personal and friendly. I will be using them again for my next move. Thanks guys! .

This is the second time in 2 years I've used Friendly Van to move - each time between 3-bed flats. Each staff member has been exceptional with regard to providing details on the service, confirming timing and requirements, professionalism and stamina on the day to accomplish the move in record time and pack the van COMPLETELY full to avoid multiple trips, then unload again in record time. I had some tricky furniture to carry to the 3rd floor and everything arrived without a scratch or complaint. Very impressive company. For the second move, I also used Friendly Van to do my end of tenancy cleaning which was of EXCEPTIONAL quality. I recommend this company highly.

I used Friendly Van (FVRemovals) on a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed. From the initial phone call for a quote to our belongings being in our new place, the whole process was smooth and painless. Very professional and extremely hard working.
An early morning start was agreed (8.30am). The team turned up ahead of the agreed time which was an excellent choice and one that we were very appreciative of. In terms of the two man team, very efficient but not at the cost of care. Fragile items were carefully packed. Large items like sofas and tables were dismantled and put back together with no fuss.
I would recommend them and use them again.

After a last minute let down from another removal company we were lucky to find David was willing to accommodate us. Even though he had already committed to another move requiring his largest van and other team members, he agreed to use two smaller vans and make multiple trips as we were only moving a short distance away. The service we received was professional from start to finish. A quote was provided within days and boxes and packing material delivered as agreed..

On the day the team arrived on time, assessed our belongings and began work immediately. We could tell we were working with experienced professionals as by their systematic approach to dismantling our furniture and packing the van. My daughter likened it to ‘Tetris’ . Although working at speed, they did not compromise on care. The team worked extremely hard only stopping for an hours lunch. By 9pm they had moved 90+ boxes and reassembled 7 large items of furniture. Nothing was damaged and even our furniture that we had been so worried about arrived without a scratch.

The team were pleasant and good humoured throughout, even when we piped up with ‘Can you make another trip, we forgot to mention there were some boxes in the shed?”

I would not hesitate to recommend the company. Definitely a 5 star service !

Fast, efficient, friendly and highly recommended. Good communication, on time and well staffed by a team who were very keen to make the whole process go smoothly and worked quickly and efficiently.  No damage to any of the items moved.  We would definitely use them again in future.                                                                                                                                                                                                          .

I can't recommend this company enough for removals; David and his team treat your posessions like their own. They packed us and moved us into storage and then back to our home post-renovation and our things were kept safe for over 6 months in their unit. They were super careful not to damage or scratch any finishes on our brand new paintwork on the move back in. They are competitively priced (the move, packing and storage costs) and a real pleasure to be around. The team are veryu presentable and polite. If I ever move again I will certainly use them.

I was attracted by all the great reviews. David came to estimate the work and he came across well. I got the quote which wasn't the lowest. I was a little wary of the company not being listed at Companies House, wondering if it was legitimate, but then I found that it was VAT registered, which gave me confidence. The other companies I got quotes from had less favourable reviews so I employed FV. And I'm glad I did.

Everything went according to schedule, over two days. The crew, including David, were careful with our things, courteous, and very hard working. Nothing was damaged, nothing went missing. On the second day they worked several hours longer than they'd planned, (the job was bigger than the estimate), and even though they were in a hurry because they had another small job to go to that evening, when we asked them to move things around they were completely happy to do so.

I was impressed enough to tip them at the end of the job and I definitely recommend them.

We have just used Friendly Van Removals for the third time, although friends have also used them based on our recommendation. Their level of service is absolutely excellent and I really believe you would struggle to find a better removal company anywhere in the UK.

David is thoroughly professional and demonstrates great care and attention to detail, from the original quote, through to packing and transportation. Perhaps the most extraordinary thing about this company is their ability to respond to and solve unexpected challenges - it seems that nothing is too difficult or too much trouble for them!

Every member of the crew is incredibly personable, friendly and easy to work with. Jacob, Mat and Tomas could not do enough for us. We used their packing service, which was speedy and efficient and meant that all our belongings were professionally boxed. When we arrived at the new house, the team were utterly determined to make all our large furniture fit into a very small house and they managed to do so without touching any walls or scraping anything (I was carrying a cardboard box around and managed to bump into a door frame - I don't know how they do it!!) They have a very impressive work ethic and work quickly and efficiently, remaining completely unfazed by any extraordinary request. They never seem to get tired and keep smiling no matter how difficult things get (two of our moves were extremely challenging!)

David also managed to arrange carpet cleaning and an end of tenancy clean for us at very short notice, which was so welcome because we were moving a long way from London. I don't know how he manages to arrange all these things without skipping a beat - nothing seems to faze him. It's so good to be able to hand these responsibilities over and know that you are assured of the best service from someone you really trust.

I could wax lyrical about the amazing attributes of this company all day, but probably the last thing to say in this review is that the charges are always incredibly reasonable. It's difficult to understand how they manage to provide such a first rate service at such a low cost.

It's possible that we have now moved too far away to use Friendly Van Removals again, which is tragic because we know we will never find such an excellent company anywhere else!

I was moving from London to Ipswich. I thought that moving place is very stressful, however David and his colleague proved that it can be done without a hassle. They were amazing and they made my day. They are so professional and experienced in removals. They moved all of my cardboard boxes and other items very quickly and carefully. All my belongings were delivered undamaged. I appreciate their help and company during the removal. I can definitively recommend them. Also, I will use their service whenever I decide to move out. We used FV removals for a move from London to Berlin. We were extremely happy with the service they provided. Dawid was very communicative throughout the process, and his team were on time at both ends, hard working, and friendly. We didn't have a place to live straight away in Berlin, so Dawid arranged to put our belongings in storage. When we finally found a flat, he was able to arrange delivery shortly after. All of our possessions arrived safely and were well looked after. I would highly recommend FV Removals, and if I move again in the future, I would use them again.

We used Friendly Van to move only a few miles but it still felt like a big job to us. Not so for the team at Friendly Van, they made light work of it and everything was packed up and in the van in no time. Unloading at the other end was equally fast and careful with everything delivered to right rooms in the new house. David, the boss, is very pleasant to deal with and provide great service all round. Their rates are very reasonable too. In short, I really recommend them to anyone needing moving services.
