You guys are honest and patient with your customers and everyone was very friendly and professional. I spoke to a few other companies and not body was able to offer the savings and the dates I was looking for. When I first asked for prices I did not expect to get the amount of calls that I did and I’m grateful you were the first company I actually spoke to. Since I am local in Illinois I requested your sales people to come to my home to actually see my furniture. I wasn’t looking for any estimates I was interested in receiving a flat fee. I was willing to pay a little bit extra to avoid any last-minute changes. And as planned you guys came out walk through every room in my home and marked up all the pieces I told you I’d be bringing. The price I got was excellent not only was it in line with the other estimates but it was actually better than a few. When the movers arrive to the list was Identical to the ones they put together and there were no discrepancies. The furniture was carefully wrapped in the boxes were packed and loaded up on the truck. I was notified a few days in advance prior to delivery and the movers showed up on time again. I appreciate the professionalism and your company offers and I’m happy to recommend them to anyone who’s looking for an honest company.

When they delivered it I told him what rooms I wanted to Dan and I even hung my televisions for me. I was never charged any additional money and overall the move went great. I did not want to be treated differently because I didn’t have much knowledge of the moving process and they treated me as if I was a first class customer. First Call Relications was the best call I ever made. I had one of the major major van lines come out to my home and give me a price. The price they came back with almost gave me a heart attack so I had to make a new plan a realistic one. I decided to give them a call because they are from my home state and come highly recommended. It didn’t take long to realize they are the real deal. The call center person gave me a brief overview about moving and then we began. He showed me how to check a company’s credentials and how to understand my estimate. The service was exceptional. They called me a few days before coming for pickup and did the same for delivery. It’s summer time and I realize it’s a busy time for all the moving companies. First call treated me like a first class customer. My move wasn’t the biggest Per say but they gave me every minute of attention and never made me feel less then. To be honest I had a move set up with a competitor but the night before my scheduled pickup I got a call and they all of a sudden couldn’t show. I call first call in a frenzy they worked all their magic and got me on no notice!! I was so grateful and so relieved. I didn’t have much time initially to go back and forth with my loving pro but since I had the initial list from the other company it really saved me time. I wish I would have called them direct knowing what I know now. That’s why I’m coming on here to let others know that it’s not all about the household name and I die one am not about wasting money. The move just finished First Call Relocations you’re the greatest. The movers just left my house and everything about this move was perfect. When they first called me I could tell they were a good company. They are way they go about setting up a long distance ovevwas very different from the other movers I spoke to. Together we made an itemized list of the pieces I was taking and went room by room calling them off. I elected to do the packing of the smaller boxes myself but I did have them ready for when the movers arrived. There was communication every step of the way and no errors through ghost the process. The movers then brought the pieces in the room of my choosing and they didn’t damage my home or any of the furniture. It was a job well done start to finish I’m happy I got a chance to work with them and I’d be happy to again in the future if needed.

Where do I begin.. First Call Relocations saved my sanity. Having to move on such short notice can be extremely stressful. Being a military family we are used to moving at the drop of a dime. We recently retired and not soon after starting this new chapter in our lives we had a sick family member which caused us to have to move once again. The original movers that we hired were very unprofessional and honestly I didn’t want them touching my prized possessions. My husband conned me into going with them which I regretted immediately. After our mess we really focused on hiring a legitimate company instead of a bunch of exconvicts, that’s where First Call relocation came in. They were all nice professional and most of all careful with my stuff. I thanked them over and over for my furniture and all my important things being delivered in one piece which the other company just blew off. I felt confident with First Call Relocations because they took the time to explain the whole process just to make me comfortable. I found out the right way to do a move. It starts with working with the right company First Call relocations is exactly that. Professional and courteous and detailed oriented. The first phone call settled all my concerns and I was able to start working. My representative and I put together a list of my items then discussed packing. I mentioned the days I liked for pickup and the days I liked for delivery and by reserving early enough I was able to get them. Once the movers showed up I felt confident we didn’t miss any items and my price never changed. I had a bad experience in the past by not fully understanding the process and rushing with a company. I made sure not to do that this time and I knew the company I was working with. My furniture is here safely in my new home and I saved a bunch of time and money and it’s all thanks to them.

I was very pleased with First Call Relocations. I was very nervous about hiring a moving company because of all the terrible stories I’ve heard throughout the years. This company seemed the most decent out of the many we have called.
They came to check how much the move would be and we were definitely pleased because from all the things they had to disassemble and reassemble and wrapping the TVs we thought
That it was going to be so unaffordable. It was a reasonable price and they definitely put our minds at ease. They were professional reliable and affordable.Also was able to reserve the dates I really needed and get a discount in the process because I did it the first week I got my quote. I was shocked how much time and effort they put into every quote I really felt as if they valued my time and not every other company went about the move that way. The previous company I was considering was also more then 1 thousand dollars more expensive then I later found out they had many license revocations and I cannot take that chance. All of first call relocations licenses were up to date and they also received many accolades for the quality of work they do on a daily basis. That’s very impressive in that line of work. Great work First Call Relocations. I know it’s the summer time and everybody is moving but luckily I was able to secure my slot with this company. The are fantastic. They are extremely well organized and operate the company at such a high level. They were the first company to call me and speak about my move. I was moving from a Tennessee to North Carolina my husband and I retired. We found a home we like and hired professional movers to get us there. We chose First Call for a variety of reasons. They took time and explained to us how our estimate was put together. They talked about pricing and how a price could change. We liked all the positive reviews we read and they have all the necessary licenses. Our move went extremely smooth and I’m thankful I got to work with them. I’d be happy to use them again in the future.

It was exciting to watch First Call relocations come and relocate my home last month. I found them online when I found out I was relocating. . I realized when I hired them I made a great choice. I did not have to supervise them but I just sat down beside them and watched as they did their job excellently. Thank you guys for the great job you did in this move. Most people search from day to night online for a good moving company. The truth is that there is no need searching anymore because First call relocations is obviously the best around here. My move with them is the most interesting I have ever had. I had anticipated a lot of negative things due to my poor experiences in my past moves but when I moved with these guys, I got the exact opposite. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth and calmly they worked. Obvious that this is a daily operation for them. They even offered to do things extra that other companies were trying to charge me for. These days you need to really know about the companies you choose to work with. Before deciding to do business with First Call relocations I did all my homework and really dig deep. They are fully licensed and insured and they’ve been in business for years. All the moving reviews I read from previous customers was all very positive. I know even during this time of years company’s are known to pop up out of nowhere to take your money never to be heard from again. Everyone involved in my move was very personable and very honest. Having never done this before I didn’t know what to expect. We exchanged phone calls and wrote down all the pieces I was moving And my moving associate gave me my price. The price wasn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive yet still a very good deal. The movers were on time and very careful with all my furniture big and small. They even followed up with me a week after my delivery to make sure I was happy with my move which meant a lot. Extremely happy with the service I received and I’m happy to leave my testament here.

From the first phone call I got I had a good feeling about First Call Relocations. They were not down my throat about making a deposit. They also weren’t constantly trashing the competition. My salesperson took time and we made our list together. I called off my items and he asked follow up questions. I’ve never had to call a moving company before because I never had to move before. I was nervous about things I read on the internet about “fly by night” companies that pop up during summer and disappear with all your furniture. The manager took time to get on the phone and they emailed me or sent me the links to see all of thier credentials which are up to date. They are a very respected company in this industry and now I saw for myself why. They value thier customers and have very good communication skills. I was able to get updates when I requested them and thier dispatch department kept me informed with eta and any other concerns. It was a smooth move start the finish and I’m very lucky to have found them and not have jumped the gun with the first couple companies I spoke with. Hats off.

It’s rare these days to find any business or company that actually does what they say they will. I found that and more with First Call Relocations. They were the most knowledgeable and professional out of any other mover I spoke with. They even came out to my home to give me s flat rate with an on site estimate. In the past I always paid way too much for a relocation service and I wasn’t going to do that again. These movers showed up and were ready to work. All my items were color coded and labeled as they went on the truck. They showed me all the appropriate licenses and got all the paperwork ready for me before they showed up. The dispatch department called to confirm on pickup and delivery. There was no confusion whatsoever during my move. I’m a first time home owner now and proud to say I got here unscathed. This is an honest and hardworking mover. Money is tight for everybody don’t waste time and funds working with the big names in this business. First Call relocations tremendous work. They got the job done fast and they did it right. They were one of the companies I spoke with when I asked for estimates online. They were clear in explaining how the job would be priced and upfront about any potential variables. My salesman and I talked about the pieces I would be moving, selected my dates and he gave me the price. It was the best price I heard by far. Some of the other companies were just too expensive. The others that were close I found fault with either by history or license information so I was confident first call was my mover. Im still amazed how smooth this relocation went. This was far from my first time having to reach out and use a full service mover so it’s a little easier for me to spit to bad from the good and the good from the great. These guys at First Call Relocations are the best. They weren’t constantly asking me for money or what other company I spoke to they wanted to know if I was comfortable and make sure when the movers came I wasn’t going to be asked for extra money or leave anything off my list. They were thorough and polite. The movers were on time and careful maneuvering through my home. I oversaw the whole process and I could tell these were seasoned guys and not day laborers or people off the street. Putting in extra time payed off and I was left without a headache and my wallet intact. Beautifully done and happy to give a friend thier name.

The move was great. First Call Relocations did it all. I didn’t have time to do anything except make the reservation. I travel all the time for work and took a new position out of state. I had about 15 days to make all the arrangements on the other end so the movers came under the supervision of my son and moved all the furniture and packed every single box as well as all the electronics. I was surprised to see how fast they were able to get everything on the truck and happy to see nothing missing or damaged. No complaints great move start to finish.

I had First call Relocations movers come to my house to see my furniture before giving me my price. I wanted to avoid any discrepancies so I figured that would be the best way. They sent 2 of thier associates to my home and they did a walk through and marked off all my items. They also went piece by piece asking which items needed special packing. I will say I also say I got prices over the phone as a reference to see what came in. The price I got from First call was a little more expensive but at the same time they allocated more Space for me and did all the packing. I got a flat fee and and not a single issue on the day of the move. They are an excellent moving company and thier work speaks for themself. 5 star.

I was a nervous wreck thinking it would not be possible to be out in time but we worked together and they made it happen. Not only did they move thier schedule around to accommodate me they gave me an even better price then I previously had with the other mover. They discounted my move so they would not have extra space on thier truck. It all worked for me and I’m a happy customer. When the team of movers came to my house they were very mindful and did not dirty up anything. My stuff was carefully wrapped and packed interesting boxes. I watched them load the truck as well and everyone took thier time no damages occurred. I’m grateful to have found this company and I will remember that for the future if need be they really saved my summer.
