Thanks first call relocations. The move went great and it all started with a good sales team. You guys there really helped me understand my quotes and left me with all the resources I need to make an educated descion. When this move first came to be we were swamped with a list of things to do and didn’t really have time to go back and forth with moving companies. Luckily we had time to speak with you and everything worked out from there. Courteous and respectful was everyone in your office. The guys that came out to our home were mindful of our neighbors as well as what they were moving. It was a great price and even better service and we would be happy to do it again.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5300

This was my second time moving with First Call Relocations. The first time I moved it was for my parents, they had sold their home and we’re now going to be staying with us. This time it was a Huge move. It was over 10 rooms or furniture with a lot of storage so I need a big-time mover. I knew the movies going to be expensive but I wasn’t willing to pay more money then I had to Since this wasn't my first time moving I had a major van line come to my house to do their walk-through. I knew once I had a list of the exact items that would be going I could then shop around to other movers I thought we are reputable. First call was number one on my list. They had fantastic feedback, great ratings and most importantly were not a broker. There are guys came out packed up the house in one day and then load it on the following day. The price they gave me was $7000 cheaper than the one I had received from the major. It just goes to show you that if you spend it an extra minute or two you could find yourself some savings. First call did a better job than my previous and best I ever used. 5 star move.

Where do I begin? I used first call relocations solely based upon their customer reviews and verbal confirmation that they would have my items delivered in a timely fashion. Thus, I had paid far above market for my move to put it in perspective, 14 items costed $2,500.

Upon pick-up, the drivers were hours late and blocked a major city street of Chicago. Prior to their arrival I had notified them they must use the side entrance via the ally. After having To navigate them to said ally, they had attempted to charge me a “long moving fee” ($200). The total distance was approximately 100ft combine to and from the freight elevator. Fortunately, I was able to get the fee waived only to see the movers get irritated and bang around my items around upon loading. There is no doubt in my mind that there will be Unsalvageable items.

Next, pending arrival, the verbal quote of lead-time was exceeded. Upon calling for confirmation and a route change, I was undermined, harassed, and screamed at by the customer service team. I was told the lady was the manager as she cursed me out for calling and asking for such a request. Let it be noted, I paid an extravagant dollar value to have a few items moved. I have yet to receive my items and am terrified to even call back and request for the status of my move.

I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere and urge all future customers to run far, far away from First Call Relocations.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $2500

The move couldn’t have gone any better. First call relocations and the crew really did a great job. I could tell from the first phone call that they were a good moving company. They were very organized and detailed and helped me understand my moving estimate. They accomodated all my requests and were on time for their pick up and it was a speedy delivery. This was my first time using an actual move her so I did not know what to expect What I got in the end it was great service and a moving company that actually cares about their client and treats their goods with care. Hopefully I will not be moving again anytime soon but if it does come up I know exactly who to call and that’s them.

Instead of requesting information from moving companies I looked up three that I thought were highly rated and called them. First call re locations was one of those companies. I’d like the fact that they had been in business for many years and had many positive reviews. Their BBB rating was in good standing and I felt comfortable using them as a company. I also sent him pictures of my furniture because I thought some of them are oversize and I didn’t want any problems when they came to pick it up. Turned out that this was the best idea I’ve had, and when it was time for final pricing I actually owed a little bit less. They are all very friendly and easy to work with and I’m happy with the decision I made. I could confidently recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had a friend of mine referred me to another moving company very shortly after talking with them I knew they were company I didn’t like. From there I found first call relocations online. The sales representative I was connected with was very friendly and very patient with me being I had no moving experience. He showed me the best ways to optimize my time and save the most amount of money. He also showed me how credible his company was and provided me with links to prove it. Their price I got was excellent. He gave me a senior discount, as well as a military discount on top Of that. When the movers showed up the list we compiled was so accurate we did not miss a single piece. The furniture was handled carefully and nothing was damaged or ruined at all. It was a great experience working with them and I would be happy to do so again in the future. They value customer service and employed nothing but hard-working individuals.

First call relocations went above and beyond to satisfy me when selecting them as my mover. This is my first time using a full-service moving company and I was in the dark about everything that pertains to this process. We started off very simple, I read off all the items that I will be moving and even walked room by room to tell them about each piece. They explained to me that it was up to me if I wanted to pack my boxes or not, so I decided to pack them to save a little bit of money. I received a few other quotes from the time I Submitted my information not only did they help me review them but they also price match the cheapest five star company “I got. The movers them self carefully wrapped and broke down all my furniture and loaded on the truck. They called me constantly with updates and the delivery came fast. Nothing was broken or damaged and everything arrive just have it left. It was a great experience overall I would recommend calling them if you need a mover a legit non broker.

We had a great experience with First Call Moving Company. We had been contacted by quite a few companies when we initially looked at first. We didn’t like how the other companies were so pushy when they contacted us. First Call had an overall good feeling as we started the process with them. They assured us we would be very close if not exact on the walk through price, which my wife was extremely happy about. They came on the exact day they said with no nonsense. Our things came promptly within the time frame they said. When we called just to make sure everything was running smooth, they were so nice and offered any info we needed. That’s the kind of company I like to do business with. Customer friendly and professional.

We contacted this company based on all the great reviews we saw here. What a night and day difference between what we read and what actually happened. In our case, we moved from Texas (outside of Houston) to Omaha Nebraska. We're still waiting on our stuff, and have neither any idea of its location nor of when it will get here. The quotes were done by Jimmy R, but they were not accurate - this was our first time using a moving company so we were relying on the customer service rep's assistance to help us get it right. I'm a commercial driver, so know something about how much volume things take up, but this isn't my exact field. Since the estimates didn't seem right, I sent photos to try and get it right. The final estimate I got was for only 605 cubic ft of items. When I contacted this company via phone, I then talked to Jesse Roberts who told me he didn't know why Jimmy had forwarded the work, since we were not in his district. As such we were not able to get a revised quote, so wondered what would actually happen at move day. The movers were scheduled to arrive on either the 26th or the 27th of August, with a 24 hour advance notice. The time was running short, and we tried calling to find out when they were coming (the pick-up location is in a gated community, so we would need to contact the gate to allow them entrance). The 25th came and went, so we were really worried. We were given the driver's direct line, but that was problematic since we didn't speak the same type of business languages. The movers showed up - Frisco Relocation - on the 28th of August, with a van that was suitable for the quote of 605 cubic ft, but not for the revised information we had provided to the company. They did their best to cram everything into the truck, but still some items had to be left behind since they were full, full, full. The movers did NOT collect any additional money nor did they provide a bill of lading for signing. We've been talking with Juan Chavez about our items. He's doing what he can to track them down, but now it's the holiday weekend, so this will likely drag into next week. I figure one of three things will happen - it won't arrive; it will arrive damaged and very delayed; it will be damaged, delayed, and we'll have to pay what we should have been charged in the first place. So, take the service cost number with a grain of salt. I'm trying to do what I can, but am so confused at this point in time, that I really don't even know what to think. I'm not even mad, since I don't know where to even start.

I have never been a fan of moving, but with a job that requires frequent relocation, I often don't have much of a choice. It is one of the best interstate moving company options I have ever come across, and I have been moving throughout the country for more than 20 years! They have one of the best teams I have ever worked with and helped to smooth the process of reassuring me that my move was going as smooth as possible at all times.

I was never anxious or stressed when working with this moving company, as they informed me of the process every step of the way. They provided me with peace of mind and alleviated my worry of transporting my furniture and personal belongings on time. I have now told all of my family and friends about this moving company as I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the service I received. Their team was attentive, pleasant, and extremely efficient, even though I had to move an entire three-bedroom home! I am extremely impressed with this moving company and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Hold the wire hold the wire, I have found the greatest moving company to move with ever. This new company that I have finally used that blew my mind with their professionalism and ability to move my family and I.

Technically the best way to find a mover is doing it yourself, unless you are able to speak with First Call Relocations. They were amazing from the start to the end. I have never been so relieved from the best company ever taking care of all my furniture and belongings.

I really have to thank First call relocations for doing the move that I could not do myself. I had no idea what to expect when I went out looking for a moving company. I got calls from plenty, actually cost them a lot. I spoke to first call relocations and they helped me make a game plan not only for my move but when speaking with other companies. It didn’t take long going into research them to find out that they are a well above average Company. They treat their customers with respect and value their time. This trickle down all the way to the movers showing up on my house to load up my furniture. They work fast hard and carefully and nothing was lost or damaged in the process. I’m really happy with the work they did so I have no problem coming here to write a review. All I can really say is that if you’re looking for real deal moving company I would really give these guys a call they are In a league of their own.

The main reason I selected first call relocations was because they do the moves with their own trucks and their own people. In other words they are not moving broker. I did not know much about the moving process but the one thing I do know is that I did not want to broker. From what I’ve read that’s for a lot of the problems come from one company sending a job to another unknown company with unknown employees. Everybody that works on the jobs at first call is background check and drug tested. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell from the first phone call That they know what they’re doing. They never pressured me into making a deposit yet just let me make my own decision. There’s a few things in this world that you cannot put a price on in this company possesses most of them. I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am that I had the opportunity to work with them and I would absolutely do it again if I needed to. If I had a put a number on it they are a 10 of 10 thank you first Call relocations.

Nobody tells you what to expect when looking for mover. I learned after putting my information and online and the car started to come in. I spoke to movers from New Jersey to California and everybody sounded great on the phone. I then had to go on a separate website and research every company’s credentials. I found that first call relocations had everything I was looking for. They are in established company with a lot of positive feedback and everybody that works there Is very knowledgeable in the field. We spent many days reviewing the move in anytime I called somebody was there to answer. The movers showed up on time and did a great job loading the truck and protecting my furniture. I got a great pricing and everything arrive the same way I left. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The first time I used first call relocations it was for my home this time it was for my office. I thought going into this thatMoving the office would be easier but it turned out to be harder. I had many cubicles office chairs and desks and they came in and broke everything down wrapped it carefully loaded the truck and was on the way. I was nervous to have my office furniture in the truck with households and did not know how they would go about stacking it. I watch them load the truck carefully and I was very impressed. This company has been doing moves like this for many years it just turns out that I was a little nervous with very little time and a lot of expensive furniture to be moved. I’m happy to leave my Feedback and write about my experience for the work that they have done. There are many companies out there but a really good one is few and far between. First call is that company just give a call and see for yourself.

Thank you thank you thank you. I was about 5 minutes from giving up before I took your call. I was about ready to call uhaul and tough it out myself. After speaking with all you guys at First Call Relocations I quickly realized there was a way this would happen without me injuring myself and taking up my time. We went room by room and I told them all the pieces I was moving to my new home. I decided to do the packing of the smaller boxes myself to save a little bit of money but they would do everything else. I elected to have a few boxes specially packed which included my fragile pieces. I was shocked to see how effortlessly the movers went through the house. They have a proven method of loading and packing they are for sure great at what they do. I’m so relieved to have found them at the last minute and if this ever comes up again I know exactly where I’m going. Fantastic job.

The movers for my parents they are both elderly. There’s no way they could’ve done it themselves and unfortunately I was unable to be there for the move. First call moving was very helpful and they were very nice to my older parents. I took the time to do all the phone calls and we went over the list and make sure we didn’t miss anything. I even made multiple trips over to the home to make sure that I didn’t forget anything myself. I was very stressed out but they were patient with me and accuracy what is their main goal. During the process and read many reviews and I saw many of their other accolades there are well-established company that has been in business for many years and now I know why. It is very overwhelming and you don’t know where to start sometimes I wish I would know now what I knew then it would’ve save me a lot of time. First car relocations was fantastic I don’t know how else to say it. I owe them big time and happy to give them 5 stars.

Can’t believe how well the move went. First Call Relocations did a beautiful job. I knew they were a special company from some of our earliest interactions. They were very detailed in constructing my inventory list and took time explaining every line of the estimate. I was unfamiliar with the moving process especially doing it all over the phone but they made it very easy to understand and did not pressure me for a payment like so many others do. By the time the movers showed up we had confirmed our pickup times and I had all my boxes packed and ready to go. The movers then wrapped all my furniture and loaded the truck carefully. They placed all my items in the rooms I asked them to and the move was done. I’m happy I found such an easy going company that can deliver what they say. Excellent all around.

First call was great they showed up just like they said they would. Initially I thought I would do the move by myself but as we got closer it was just out of the question. First call was affordable and very easy to work with plus the idea of me moving furniture just seemed exhausting. The rep I worked with was very friendly and explained to me exactly all the need to know facts about the moving industry. He provided me with websites and links to research companies with credentials and backgrounds. The customer service Dept contacted me before they would be picking up and after the delivery. The movers worked quickly in my house. They left everything clean and there were no holes in the walls or scuffs. I was happy with how the move went in such a stressful time for me and I’m glad to share my experience. They are honest and clean and no foul play.

I would never recommend this company after my experience! When Andy called to give me a quote, I gave him my storage unit size, which was a 10x10 unite, and he quoted me a price so I signed a contract based on that price. The movers showed up and said Andy was wrong and DOUBLED the rate!! I then discovered I sent important documents on the truck so I have called every day, 2-3x a day for the last 10 days trying to get a location on the truck and an estimated day of arrival and I have yet to get an answer. No one ever answers unless you push the prompt for a moving quote and no one in that department "is able to help". I have left so many messages that I have lost count and I have NEVER received a call back from anyone! Worst company EVER!!

The last time I moved I used first call relocation so there is no sense in requesting information or calling around. I called them direct and begin constructing my estimate. I was really happy with the way my last move went and I was hoping my most recent one to go the same way. They are very organized and professional and extremely detailed in their work. A representative and I went back-and-forth with calls and emails as I walk through my home and told him my pieces. Since I moved with them before I was also able to optimize a discount for previously using them. The movers just like last time came in and started wrapping all the furniture and packing my boxes. As the pieces been on the truck and mark them off my list. The delivery was fast and I was notified a few days prior to the drop off. All-around good company knows how to take care of business.

I’m really satisfied with the service from First call relocations. They were very mindful of my needs and great communicators. There was no point at all when working with that that I felt they were leaving things out or trying to get over on me. We put together a very comprehensive list of my items and made sure every piece that was in question would be packaged correctly. Everybody was very nice and always returned my call. I was required to reserve my move with a portion of the total amount to secure my rate and the dates I desired which I was ok with. When the movers came I had everything ready to be loaded so it was smooth getting out. They are very much in tune with the moving process and the needs of others which I found desirable.

This company is not to be trusted. I was told that my daughters bed, twin mattress, sofa and loveseat, a bar, 4 bar stools, bookshelf, buffet server, 4 seat kitchenette, 6 seat dining, small sectional, tv console, toy chest, 1 tall chest, 2 console table, custom built tv lift, 1 large and small ottoman, 7 piece wicker seating, piano, coffee table, bench, and desk and treadmill. Plus 40 boxes in 1113 cf. Then when they got there all they took was my daughter bed, twin mattress, sofa and loveseat bookshelf, buffet server, 6 seat dining, 1 tall chest, 2 console tables, custom built tv lift, small ottoman, coffee table, bench, desk and only 5 boxes and told me I reached my 1113 cf. Wanted me to pay double the quote to take the rest. Either the sales guy lied or the movers are full of it because that was only 40% of what was promised. They wanted me to pay double the quote to take the rest. On top of that I asked if they wanted me to take the tv out of the tv lift they said no. They took it down the stairs upside down with the tv in it. They threw the custom tetris bookshelf my husband built on top and didn't secure it. I am more than certain the thump I heard as they pulled off was it falling. The 5 boxes contain me and my daughter clothes. So now we are left with no clothes. The bed, bookshelf, tv lift, bench and desk was built by my deceased husband and I explain that and I feel like they didn't care. Now they are telling me maybe a week or two to get my items. All of this for $5000. They took 40% of the items promised and expect me to pay as if they took all of it. I can see if it was 80% of my items. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Only thing I added was my daughter bed. They said maybe my items were bigger than anticipated. I have not seen a couch or table that would justify leaving 35 boxes, bar, piano, patio furniture, etc. Please don't take this review serious. The rep I had Scott, tried to win me over with family man and church guy talk. Dont fall for it. God bless his soul.

With all the different movers out there and all the different promotions it’s hard sometimes to know where to start and who to believe. When the call came in from First call relocations I was over my head with paperwork for the closing and stressed out by other movers. But I gave them a chance and heard them out and I’m happy I did. They were different from the others and good at what they do. I worked with them for a few days back and forth until we felt good about our list then I made my deposit. Up until that point I was given various websites to check out them and other companies in question which I found resourceful. It was unbiased access to information so I could formulate my own opinion. All around I found them very easy to work with and transparent. They saved me a good amount of money but most importantly eliminated much stress. Great job.
