Please note this is a ZERO star review. They only get one star because zero is not an option. Also note they responded to my original review (from 11/19-scroll down to see their laughable response, which I'm NOT deleting) by claiming I'm not a real customer. Well this time I've attached my contract so everyone can see just how full of crap this company is and how they LIED YET AGAIN claiming I'm not a real customer. They claimed I was contacted and would "recommend them" I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This company is so full of crap and are straight up LIARS. Any one notice how many times they've been flagged on this website for writing FAKE reviews to inflate their awful rating? I was quoted $3678 including a $573 "expedited delivery fee" by a representative named "Orlando Delarosa". He guaranteed me I would have my goods within 3-5 days after pick up. On pick up day I was informed while they were loading the truck that I exceeded the cubic feet of the move and was charged an additional $1100. It was quoted as being 59 total pieces. I had 62. For 3 extra boxes it was over $1000. The pick up movers refused to give me any form of paperwork including an inventory control sheet. They broke the ceiling in the hallway of my old apartment building and did not acknowledge it. The company failed to meet the expedited delivery and refused to tell me a new date, despite numerous phone calls. In fact there was 0 communication from them unless I repeatedly called and called until someone would answer. They treated both myself and my mother incredibly rude every time we managed to get someone on the phone. I was told by a customer service person "Kate" that the expedited fee would be waived. I was also told the same information from the "supervisor" Andre. Andre claimed to be the CEO of the company yet spoke in a condescending and abusive manner whenever I tried to get an answer from him regarding where my stuff was. He even went as far as to say I would be shot if I tried to come to the warehouse where my items were located. This is the CEO? Yeah alright, more lies and nonsense from this company. The expedited window was 3-5 business days and they completely failed to meet that, eventually making the delivery 16 business days later (that's 27 total days with no bed, furniture or clothing). Upon delivery I was informed the expedited fee had not been waived and full payment was required to unload the truck. They had sent an 18 wheel tractor trailer to my apartment complex. They charged me an additional $300 for a
"long carry" because they could not get the truck near my apartment. The boxes arrived mangled and ripped open, filled with bugs and weird smells. After delivery, I filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the FMCSA. I was contacted by a customer service representative who said she would get back to me about refunding my expedited delivery fee. I, of course never heard back again. Every review here that praises this company is FAKE. BEWARE.

First Call Relocations proved to be a great experience all around. I move about once a year so I've used a lot of different companies. This is the first time nothing got broken or scratched. The movers were friendly, gentle with my stuff and moved at a fast pace. They were professional and experienced. I spoke with their sales guy in the office and he was also friendly and very helpful. I called on short notice and he made sure that I got moved on time. I would highly recommend this First Call Relocations for your move. I will be using them for my next move!

My credit card was stolen by Jesse and I was assured by his supervisor Kelli that he had been fired. My deposit was returned but she kept asking me about removing my review. It bothered me how concerned she was about my review that I asked a friend if I could use their email. I emailed Jesse and he responded.
If he was fired his email should have been deactivated and anything sent to him should be forwarded to someone else.
Kelli offered to send me a gift card for my trouble but I do not want hush money. I want them to take real responsibility for their employees. If you don't see an order ID # here I think the reviews are fake. They can't have this many good reviews, look at yelp. I think those are more honest and these are fake reviews here.

I have always been a firm believer in treat people the way you want to be treated. Well First Call did and does just that. They are amazing people and an amazing company.

The moving process is stressful but they took the stress out of it and made sure that I knew what to expect and they were so kind and knowledgeable.

The move went smooth and easy. There was no issues and no damages. I highly recommend using First call. They will take care of you from start to finish.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3199

I did what everyone does when it comes to moving or needed a service. I went to the internet and did my research. First Call had great reviews and a heck of a presence online which is a huge thing for me. I called them and they were so proud of the service that they provide. They made sure I understood just what was going to happen on move day.

The day came and the movers were on time and there was nothing, absolutely nothing that was damaged or oops we broke this, like I have had happen in the past. I was all packed up and loaded and my stuff was on the road. When delivery day came, I was thrilled.

Everything was unpacked and put back together like it was never moved hundreds of miles away. I was quoted a price that I was ok with and when all was said and done it was actually $380 less than I was told. Thank you First Call!!

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $8435

These guys were amazing. The phone crew that took my order were professional and knowledgeable. They made sure my level of confidence was high at all times. They made sure that I knew just what to expect.

The moving day came and nothing went wrong. The delivery day came and nothing went wrong. I thought for sure something was going to happen and nothing bad did. They even saved me $425 on my move. 5 stars all the way and you all will always be recommended by me for sure.

First call round of applause. We had our doubts early on only because stories we e read from other companies but you guys went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The first call we had together you guys explained in detail what would happen and how the pricing worked. So as we went through our pieces we were able to decide which ones were not worth the cost of shipping. This alone saved us hundreds. It was just a nice experience dealing with a company that cares. The movers knew the ins and outs of our area before coming which meant they took the time to see some roads were not truck accessible. Long story short we could not be happier with the service. If another move comes up in the future you are our company.

This companys ethics are outstanding. They have a strong sense of pride in all aspects of what they do.it was that time that we all dread, moving.

I put my feelers out on the web and was able to stumble across First Call Relocations. Not only was I treated like I mattered, I was told and then shown exactly how moving is suppose to go.

I was explained in detail just what to expect on the day of the move. Then when the 3 men showed up on my move day, ON TIME it went stress-free. They handled every item carefully and off they went.

Then delivery day came and believe it or not, all my stuff was fully intact and put just where we needed.

I want to thank you First Call for making this a great experience and a reason to call you all again in the future.

All I can say is that I'm truly impressed by the quality of service that First Call Relocations did on this move. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made because my wife and I had very little time to find a decent company to move. Regardless of the money we just wanted to see if it was worth it with the full service moving because it's very difficult to get people to take care of our items. They were really expensive things and sure enough, it was handled with proper care. I would rate this company a true 5 stars and I will commend and definitely will use again, Thank you!
