Lousy, horrible, no good, very bad. Movers dumped everything into boxes like plants at the bottom of a large box of clothes.dishes wrapped in our own towels. Table legs missing. Told anything disassemble would be put back together: was not. Electronics and remotes missing or in different box. Many broken dishes, many broken chairs, nothing labelled. Near end of unload they just got in their truck and left when we were not looking. Before reassembling.

I was giving a low ball quote by this company recently for move from ny to tx after carefull itemized description of a 3 bedroom apt. they stated a refundable $1250+ deposit . when the arrived at location, there team started taking pic and video and movers stated we will charge $6800 and suddenly they dishonored the contract which was not even confirm or signed by the card holder. we asked to leave without them doing anything, and asked for refund but they refused to do. we are letting you know. do not ever give them business. this is not a trust worthy reliable business. they are a fraud company and should shut down and fail. so disgrace on you .

This company scammed me Tasneem D, with there low ball offer by pete, from ny to tx, for 3 bedroom when knowing we went through itemized description, they offer 3200, and pushed to take a deposit of over 1250 then did not get in touch so we cant cancel. plus when they arrive they double the price and and kicked them out. they refuse to give the deposit back, since we did not use any service we are entitle to our funds back. we are going to class action case against get, ready, now readers please do not choose they as a preferred mover.

If I could give this moving company 0 stars, I absolutely would. I paid a hefty 630 dollar deposit. When the movers showed up, I was denied service. I tried to call the company to make other arrangements, and I was told they were going to email me with new information. They never did. A few weeks later, I emailed my rep about a refund, and no answer. Then, to top it all off, every time I call now, no one answers, I’m sent to voicemail, placed on hour long holds, or told to email them and they’d respond. They never do. This moving company is a complete and utter SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY OF YOUR MONEY. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

This company repeatedly asked me for more money on top of my total, said it would be deducted from total, and it never was. They stole money from me. When confronted, SUSAN said “what do you expect for me to do?” and hung up on me. They did not communicate with the actual moving company about funds and the moving company held my things hostage until a much higher amount was paid. They ignored my calls for days and only answered because I called from a different number. This place is a scam. Horrible customer service. It is being reported to the better business bureau. And please believe me when I say, do not use these services.
