Lousy, horrible, no good, very bad. Movers dumped everything into boxes like plants at the bottom of a large box of clothes.dishes wrapped in our own towels. Table legs missing. Told anything disassemble would be put back together: was not. Electronics and remotes missing or in different box. Many broken dishes, many broken chairs, nothing labelled. Near end of unload they just got in their truck and left when we were not looking. Before reassembling.

My fault for not being a better judge, but liars and thrives!

This company repeatedly asked me for more money on top of my total, said it would be deducted from total, and it never was. They stole money from me. When confronted, SUSAN said “what do you expect for me to do?” and hung up on me. They did not communicate with the actual moving company about funds and the moving company held my things hostage until a much higher amount was paid. They ignored my calls for days and only answered because I called from a different number. This place is a scam. Horrible customer service. It is being reported to the better business bureau. And please believe me when I say, do not use these services.

If I could give this moving company 0 stars, I absolutely would. I paid a hefty 630 dollar deposit. When the movers showed up, I was denied service. I tried to call the company to make other arrangements, and I was told they were going to email me with new information. They never did. A few weeks later, I emailed my rep about a refund, and no answer. Then, to top it all off, every time I call now, no one answers, I’m sent to voicemail, placed on hour long holds, or told to email them and they’d respond. They never do. This moving company is a complete and utter SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY OF YOUR MONEY. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! BEWARE! I do not know how they possibly have 5 stars, they must be deleting reviews or filtering posts, DO. NOT. WORK WITH THEM.

I paid almost a $1000 deposit when booking my move for a studio apartment. The total quote was around $2100. William said it would be 3-5 days, 7 days maximum. They gave me a 2 day window of when they would pick it up, they did not come and on the 2nd day I called them and they said they would not be there until the next day. They ended up coming at 8am on Saturday morning. It has now been 2 weeks and it's radio silence. When I try to contact William he does not reply or give me an update, when I've tried to call the office there is an office manager named Chloe who gatekeeps you from speaking to anybody. I called dozens of times and eventually spoke to Susan - who was a bully. She swore at me and told me it wasn't her problem, she accused me of lying, losing documents, and not knowing what I was talking about. She said it could take over 30 business days to receive my items and basically told me to F*** off. She told me I could call again if I wanted but she would not speak to me or help me at all. These people are evil and should not work in a people-focused business. Shame on them

Be Careful. Everest Relocation Movers are crooks. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They steal your money. I dealt with Anthony Smart, Senior Relocation Specialist. He acted friendly professional, responsive, and helpful. I signed the binding document to move one-bedroom apartment from San Francisco to New York for an original estimate of $3,013.52. After updating the list, they increased the cost to $3,851.99.

Everest Relocation contacted AKNAZAR Moving LLC in Los Angeles to move the furniture. Aknazar Moving LLC was another bad company. They called one day before the pickup time and set a window from 9:00 to 3:00 to pick up the stuff. They came at 5:30 PM. They start packing, but they could not finish the loading on that day because the building management has a policy prevents movers from moving furniture after 6:00. Akanzar had to come the second day and increased the cost to $7,865. Also, they were too careless, by leaving many boxes in the elevator until the second day without even notifying me. Also, they provided unreadable copy of the items loaded (carbon copy).

I had tried to contact Anthony Smart the manager at Everest Relocation without any luck or response at all. I had contacted the customer service department at Everest Relocation to talk to the manager (Susan Kay) without any luck too. She sent me a brief email asking for documents that I provided without any action or help. They have a friendly secretary Chloe Elizabeth that answers the calls and relays the messages.

The sad part is they don’t accept credit cards or checks. They require money transfer on the spot. NO PROTECTION.

I don’t know if you can find a good mover, but my advice is NOT TO USE EVEREST RELOCATION LLC or AKANAZAR MOVING LLC if you need a mover.
