Excellent Service.

I can't highly recommend Best Rate Removals enough. They were friendly, efficient, professional, fast, reassuring and did over and above their job. They called me 2hrs before my booked arrival time to see if it suited me to start the job 2hrs earlier. Which it did so I was able to finish earlier and get a lot more done. It makes a real difference when you're a single girl moving for the nth time that the service is professional, overly helpful and really friendly. They take the edge of moving which is always a bit stressful.

Highly recommend.

We hired Best Rate Removals Ltd to help us move our medium size office in London. Everything went very smoothly, excellent service both from the removal men and the office. The guys were very polite and helpful, arrived on time and finished the job in 5.5 hours as was agreed in advance. We had some furniture that needed disassembling and putting together again and I was impressed on how quickly that was done. I would definitely use their services again. .

First Class Service Provider.

Big Yellow Storage recommended this company - and what a recommendation it was!  Clearly the best service providers will only ever recommend best service providers. I moved on Sunday 7 June 2015 and had to be packed up/moved out and unloaded at Big Yellow within a 2hr slot.  This was achieved - effortlessly.  Sulli, my driver and removal man, turned up 15mins early - allowing for the paperwork to be attended to and moving instructions to be given.  Sulli moved my goods from my house into the van with care and attention.  Thought was put into the order in which the items would be loaded up (i.e. large items / fragile items / small items) to facilitate an organised unloading at the other end - leaving me very impressed. Sulli was professional, friendly and conscientious.  I have no hesitation in recommending Best Rate Removals - I will certainly be using them again and again and again.

Excellent.

I booked the move literally 2 hours before I needed the items moved. I had tried to contact other companies but none would guarantee the job. This was all done without any delays.  I got a quote immediately and pickup happened within the time frame indicated.  The goods were delivered in perfect condition and staff were very professional.   I have used these movers before and have never had a problem. Excellent service!

Excellent Service, great value.

Excellent service from a professional outfit.  Would highly recommend. 
Arrived a few minutes early and even though they was a distance to their van everything was dealt with swiftly.  Extra packaging was advised as necessary to avoid damage and our whole office was moved from one location to another within 4 hours by two very capable and friendly men.

Removals.

Excellent professional company. Arrived on time and got the job done very professionally. Even in 30 degree heat there were no complaints and care was taken with all of our items. Right from the first phone call, to delivering boxes and packing equipment, through to the end - excellent service. I would highly recommend best rate removals to any family and friends that needed an efficient removal company.

Excellent!

Due to rental agency's fault the previous owner's things were not removed as they should. bestRateRemovals were right there and not only did they do an excellent job bring my stuff in the property, they also managed to remove the old tenant's things out at the same time!

Great service at reasonable price.

I have used Best Rate Removals two times and continue to be impressed with their service. They show up on time, handle items with care, and work extremely efficiently. Their packing skills are particularly noteworthy and they saved me a lot of money by managing to fit everything into a much smaller storage space than expected. All members of their team act professionally and politely. I will continue to recommend them to friends and use them going forward whenever necessary.

We used Best Rate Company to move about 2 weeks ago. We had absolutely fantastic service. Both the guys worked like I've never seen and refused the offer to stop for a pint so they could carry on working! Move from London to Aldwick Bay 9 January 2015.

Excellent team.  They worked very hard and were friendly, re-assuring and very professional throughout.  The move could not have gone any better, especially as they had to move us to two different venues over a period of two days.  I would recommend them to anybody needing a removal firm.  The firm provided excellent packing materials, ensuring no mishaps or breakages.
