We were very, very pleased with our service from Best Rate Removals. Miro and Ivan were always cautious and careful while loading and unloading, taking care to properly wrap up and secure any pieces of furniture / pictures when required. They also did us the huge favour of agreeing to work an additional 2 hours beyond the hours for which they'd been booked in order to carry out another move of a few surplus pieces of furniture at our last minute request. The move lasted a long 9 hours and they worked tirelessly throughout the whole day, always maintaining the same friendly attitude. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again should the need occur. .

They arrived early and started work immediately . although it was raining they moved quickly and safely moving the furniture from the second floor to the ground floor flat . they were really professional and hardworking and I would recommend to anyone who wants stress-free service and at a very reasonable and affordable price .
Its made my stress of moving completely disappear knowing how cooperative they were throughout the duration of the removal which was two and a half hours.

We were sceptical at first about using a company whose rates were a lot lower than other companies. However we cannot speak highly enough of the service we got. From start to finish we had no complaints. We saw the other removal companies who were moving the house we brought and we knew we had been lucky- they were helpful, hard working, honest and very friendly. Every item was delivered into the rooms we specified and no request was too much. I cannot reccommend them enough! I strongly advise anyone who is moving to use these guys, you won't regret it.

I called them to move a couple of very heavy items that another company had failed to move the day before (avoid PefectUK removals, the manager is a crook !!), they came on a very short notice, picked up the items, moved them.
The items were 2 very heavy pots with a tree in each. (probably 150-200kg) The team took the pain but they were always friendly and accomodating. Very professional.
Price was competitive and service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

I have already gone through few removal company while in the Army, We used to get free boxes plus tape and bubble wrap from the company before removal also they will label every box that comes from each every room. I didn't see your staff members to be bothered doing that type of job. I hope you will be doing it the next time. It is an act of professionalism to your next customer. I am happy that none of my household stuff was not broken. In total your guys was doing a good job. Also we were told about the prize after your survey in the house I didn't know that you charge me for that extra after the removal.

I would like to express my greatest gratitude to Bobi from Best Rates Removals.  I would like to say thank you for the honesty, all the hard work, devotion, the precise implementation of the required scope of work and the beauty of the final results. I had to make small changes in my bedroom, move one of the wardrobes outside, replace it with another new one that needed to be put together and then another third smaller wardrobe moved from one place to another. Everything was finished for less than 3 hours. What I really enjoyed the most is the confident attitude, calm and reassuring manner of their work. Great work!
