I would highly recomnend.

I recently moved from Kingston in Surrey to St Ives in Cornwall and I choose to use Best Rate Removals. Simon visited my home to give me a quote and he was very professional and re-assuring about any concerns I might have prior to and during the move. On the day, Tod and his 2 colleagues arrived at 7.30 am as scheduled and they worked relentlessly, making sure everything was well protected and secure for the move. We arrived at our destination approx. 5.30 pm and yet again they worked hard to ensure everything was in place, including putting together furniture that we needed and they left finally at about 8.30pm. I would highly recommend Best Rate for your removals!

Removal.

We are overall very satisfied with the service provided by Best rate Removals. The packaging and removal of our furniture and belongings was good. The men planned very carefully the loading of the van so they could move everything at once and unload easier. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to move and seeks for professional services at reasonable rates. .

Great in Everything.

The service was great, the company understood my requirements and the company was flexible with me in accommodating my needs - they were kind, polite and did everything as promised and without any changes (important for me and my wife) - I am happy and will hire them again - Once again they have excelled in every area, service, price, delivery and trust!

Competitive Price - Excellent Service.

We were very pleased with the service provided. Some of our items have had to go into storage as we are currently in temporary accommodation. We will, therefore, be using BestRate again when our final property becomes available. We would highly recommend this company. From the moment Simeon visited us to the time the move took place, we felt confident that we were going to be in good hands.

Great Value.

Excellent experience - quick and easy to arrange through online form, reasonable rates and friendly, helpful staff. Picked up from two sites for move to new plaxe. Helped unpack at the end into top floor flat. No damages or breakages. Highly recommended. Very flexible about moving day to meet my requirements which were during Christmas break when a lot of other companies were not working.

Mayfair flat move.

Amazing service all around! Everyone I came in contact with from the company, from the salespeople to the movers on the day, was extremely polite, helpful and professional.

I had booked a morning move and the guys were not only on time, but arrived even a little bit in advance. Everything went very smoothly from there. The move was complete in no time, whilst the movers kept in good spirits throughout the entire day. They were extremely respectful, handling all my belongings with care, trustworthy and very efficient. I was surprised with how quickly and effortlessly everything was done.

I would definitely recommend this company. They did a great job at a good price, removing all the stress and hustle normally associates with moves.

Moving from London to Chichester.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation for the great job Ivan and his team did for me last week, especially when, at very short notice, they were able to complete the clearance of my house when my clearance company let me down. Throughout, the team was professional, cheerful and very hard working over the two long days it took to pack and move and not a thing broken! Well done.

Removal and delivery.

The removal and delivery went promptly and without any damages as well as the delievery of all items to a big yellow storrage facility and was loaded into a storrage locker carefully avoiding any damages.
The items most of which were boxed up were all placed neatly and to avoid any falling during transit as well as placement in the storrage faclity. The items were aragend perfectly allowing for all bozes to be used again if need be.

A Fantastic Team.

I moved from East London into Central London a week ago, and I found the whole experience a delight. I spoke to T Jay on the phone when I booked the man & van, and he was also there to help me with my move. The whole team were polite and friendly, and they even helped me move all my things into my new flat.
The price was incredibly good, and even though it took an extra hour than I was quoted, they didn't charge me extra.

I would recommend these guys to anybody, a pleasure to have them help me. When I next move I will be sure to use Best Rate Removals.

Good Service.

Great service all around, nice bunch of guys , price was agreed beforehand, they stuck to time, and didn't break anything which is a bonus! They safely dismantled beds and dining table and put them back together with ease. Transport of furniture from door to door was seamless. The guys placed all the good in the right place and manner. And even on a wet day they managed to not ruin any of the floors or carpets. Definitely recommended.
