Office move.

We used best rates removals for moving our office from W1 to High Street Kensington. The guys came on time, they were very hard workers, packed everything nicely and movies it all safely to our new office. I want to express my gratitude to Ivan in the office and Todd and his team. Thank you for making our move quick and less stressful. The only thing that bothers me is the 380 characters here!

Great service.

Will use again and recommend! Very diligent with making sure nothing would get damaged. Friendly and relatively fast. Only took the minimum amount of breaks required and did not try to charge for them. Arrived on time and finished promptly, helped disasemble furniture quickly and even disposed on rubbish from inside the apartment.

Highly recommended.

I have used best rate and removals and storage for the first time. They were more than excellent. Very decent people & very professional. Everything was done perfectly. They moved all the furniture and everything in the house. Disassembling and assembling everything as it was. I have been moving around a lot and dealt with r a lot of movers, out of all of them they are the best! Highly recommended.

Fantastic.

I can't recommend these guys at Best Rate Removals highly enough. They worked incredibly hard and really fast and carefully to get my stuff moved. There were no breakages, or bumps on any of the walls in the tight staircases they had to carry everything up. In four hours they only took one five min break! Very impressed and amazed by how inexpensive they were compared to other quotes I received.

Packing and removal.

Our move took place within London from a one bedroom flat to a two bedroom flat, and all went very smoothly thanks to Best Rate Removals. A gentleman came to the flat to assess our belongings and gave us a fair flat-rate quote for packing, materials and the removal. They were extremely efficient in scheduling the move and agreed to pack on a Saturday and move on a Sunday. They arrived on time both days and packed efficiently and carefully. The teams for both packing and removal were polite and pleasant. The packing and removal were completed within the estimated time frame and everything arrived smoothly and in good condition. Again, the team was hardworking and efficient. We were completely satisfied with Best Rate Removals and would use them again for our next move.

Piano transport.

I was very happy with this service, especially because everything happened on a very short notice and on top of this, it was a Sunday. Very friendly and professional guys, the transport was on time, safe and to a 100% recommendable. The office was in contact with me constantly, so I knew what was happening during the transport and they made sure everything went fine. Very good price/service ration too. Again, brilliant service, I'd use it again! .

Best Rate Removals.

I have used Best Rate Removals 4 times. Each time I have found them to be very efficient from my first contact with the office staff to the completion of the move. It has been extremely pleasant to work with removal staff who actually listen to what I ask and respond appropriately, working with me in what I request with regards to where to place the various items. All items are handled in such a manner that I have not experienced any damage to any of my items which they have moved. They work quickly and efficiently, never wasting time to increase the time spent on the move, but never making me feel rushed. I will definitely continue to use Best Rate Removals in any future moves which I undertake.

Mo and Nicky.

We have had a stressful house sale and even on the day of the move, there was a delay in completion, however, best rate removal took all the stress away. Mo and Nicky were superb, helpful, calm and nothing was too much trouble. The price we paid was on the very cheap side of fair and we could not find a single fault with the service. I will recommend this company to everyone I know who is moving and will certainly be back next time we move.

Excellent Service.

I submitted a request online for home move company and was contacted by Best Rate Removal. I most commend their satisfactory and exceptional service, most especially the subsidised rate they offered was lower and more attractive compared to other home moving companies that contacted me before and after them. On the d-day, the two guys arrived well on time and were very professional about their job .. no unnecessary delaying on their part during the whole job. They were very polite on the approach and finished the job within the estimated time. I would definitely recommend Best Rate Removal any day any time. I couldn't ask for more. Well done guys.
