When faced with the task of researching removal companies I didn't know where to begin. I was immediately reassured by Artur at Best Rate Removals, he talked me through the process in a calm and professional manner and provided me a really reasonable quote promptly.

The removal men arrived on time at the flat and nothing was too much trouble for them. The two seater sofa ended up being much bigger than expected and they struggled to get it out of the front door. I thought we'd have to leave it there. Nelly was extremely proactive and set about taking the door off the hinges, without any kind of fuss or negativity about the extra work involved.

I was so impressed with their hard work and, considering they had to drive to Bristol and make two stops there before driving back to London, they took everything in their stride.

Ivan was friendly and helpful in arranging a survey and the removal workmen were courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. I would recommend Best Rate Removals.   We had a tricky piece of furniture to move and this caused a delay, not Best Rate Removals fault at all.  This tested the team's patience but they remained professional and friendly and we felt really bad when we found out they had another job to go to and it was 7pm when they left us.  The team worked really hard.  The only thing I've found frustrating is writing this review and making sure it is 380 characters otherwise it won't accept it!  I've no issue in writing a review when it is deserved but when it has to be a certain length is a little annoying.  .

We recently moved our office in London from Soho to Marylebone and we were very happy with the service we received. Ivan and his team were great. We never moved before so we didn't really know what to expect. Thought the lorries were going to be too small and the boxes not enough, but even with all our doubts they were very polite and friendly and managed to get the whole house into two lorries. We were so impressed on how hard they worked and still without any complaints. They are very professional and extremely reasonable with their prices. Thank you so much and we will highly recommend you to all our friends and family.

The office team were keen and efficient, without being pushy.
The cost was reasonable, especially as they had to get an extra van for some of my big furniture.
Very happy and willing team of removal men.  Only issue was that you had to make sure that they had totally understood what had been said.
They arrived on time and were very polite. It was not an easy move as there were many stairs involved, but they just got on with it without complaints!  They were careful with all of my fragile ornaments and glassware, which I appreciated.
They worked hard and professionally and I would recommend them to anyone.
