I used these guys way back in December and I’m kind of kicking myself for not writing a review sooner. I had everything packed when they arrived but didn’t have any of the furniture wrapped or protected. They happily took care of that for us. We were so impressed. The guys really hurried and hustled to make sure our move was finished quickly. I don’t think they took a single break. They really kept at it and did a fabulous job. These are really nice guys and we would gladly recommend them.

I chose the people I hit very carefully and really try to do my research. I ultimately ended up hiring Authority because of the positive reviews I found online and the positive feeling I had when speaking/scheduling with them. From the beginning they were upfront and honest about everything. They gave me a clear estimate and a clear time frame for everything. The movers themselves were down to earth and easy to work with. They’re a great business and I look forward to any future moves I might have with them.

I’ve used Authority Moving Group twice now and have been incredibly happy with the results both times. I can’t sing their praises enough. The make the whole process so easy. This is the best moving company hands down! I mean that from the bottom of my heart. They showed up on time for starters which I’ve had problems with in previous moves. They were also very professional. Their guys handled themselves so well. They even checked in with us while our stuff was en route to let us know how everything was going. I saved a lot of money compared to the other quotes I got. They were worth so much more than they charged. The service was excellent and I will definitely use them again.

We used Authority Moving Group a couple of weeks ago to help us relocate to our new home. We were originally planning on doing it ourselves but a co-worker who has recently moved highly recommended Authority and we figured we couldn't go wrong with having professionals take care of everything. We made a great choice because they really did take care of everything. The gentlemen who helped us were amazing and cheerful through the whole day. Our things arrived on time to our new home and everything was in exactly the condition we gave it to them in. To make a long story short, I feel like we really made the right choice in hiring Authority Moving Group.

Authority Moving Group did this most amazing job moving my mother. We wanted her closer to us for health reasons and it was so nice to find a company we could trust with that task. We had a good feeling about them from the very first call. They were as helpful and friendly as could be. The move went perfectly. They were well equipped to take care of all of her things and they didn’t damage anything at all. I highly recommend them and should we ever move I would use them for myself.

We got an estimate from about 4 different companies. We’d were really happy with the price from Authority Moving Group and they seemed very organized and professional so we decided to go with them. I was a little nervous about getting an estimate over the phone but before I even get to the move I want to say that they stuck to the estimate they gave us and didn’t charge us any extra fees. Everything about the move itself went smoothly and ultimately we are very happy with our decision to use this company.

It takes a lot of trust to put all of your belongings into someone else’s hands. The key to feeling comfortable in that situation is finding a company that you can trust. Authority Moving Group was so responsive and communicated with me through every step of my move. My move had to be done quickly and Authority was able to schedule me within days of my move. Their services were reasonably priced. My movers were very cool and friendly. They wrapped everything and even helped us with disassembling items. There was also nothing on our final invoice that was unexpected. Would use again. We had a great move.

I was nervous about moving to another state because I’ve never moved that far before. I didn’t know where to start but after searching online I found Authority Moving Group. They were so easy to talk to and schedule with. They made sure to pay close attention to what we needed and when the day of our move came they showed up right on time. Our things were handled with so much care. I couldn’t believe how respectful they were and how easily the move went. If I had to hire someone again for a move this big I would definitely contact them again.

For me, service and kindness are the most important qualities in a moving company. Our family doesn’t have anything super expensive so a ding or scratch isn’t a big deal to us (though I will say that Authority did a great job on that front and nothing was damaged). What’s important to us is finding a mover that we can trust and feel comfortable with. We found that in Authority Moving Group. Not only did they provide us with some of the best service we’ve ever had but they were genuinely nice people who wanted to do right by us. I am so happy to recommend them.
