I have moved many times but have never liked my experience so much that I decided to write a review. That should say something. I found Authority Moving Group online and of all the quotes I got they offered me the best rate. It turned out they also had the best service. They were attentive to my needs, flexible with my scheduling, and careful with my belongings. Truly, what else could you ask for in a mover? I hate moving and genuinely hope to never have to do it again but if I do I won’t need to search anywhere else. I know Authority is the place to go.

I had actually hired an entirely other moving company who completely dropped out at the last minute. We were scrambling when we called Authority Moving Group. Not only did they manage to calm us down but they got us scheduled and back in business. A few days later we had a truck in front of our house and three guys to help us get our house on it’s way. They were all so kind a respectful, they worked hard, and cared for our things. This was a safe and easy move made even better by the customer service.

I used these guys way back in December and I’m kind of kicking myself for not writing a review sooner. I had everything packed when they arrived but didn’t have any of the furniture wrapped or protected. They happily took care of that for us. We were so impressed. The guys really hurried and hustled to make sure our move was finished quickly. I don’t think they took a single break. They really kept at it and did a fabulous job. These are really nice guys and we would gladly recommend them.

I chose the people I hit very carefully and really try to do my research. I ultimately ended up hiring Authority because of the positive reviews I found online and the positive feeling I had when speaking/scheduling with them. From the beginning they were upfront and honest about everything. They gave me a clear estimate and a clear time frame for everything. The movers themselves were down to earth and easy to work with. They’re a great business and I look forward to any future moves I might have with them.

I’ve used Authority Moving Group twice now and have been incredibly happy with the results both times. I can’t sing their praises enough. The make the whole process so easy. They gave us a prompt quote and honest pricing. I couldn’t believe how quickly they are able to get me scheduled. Then there are the movers themselves who were excellent both times even though we had different guys. They protected everything and moved us quickly. I highly recommend Authority Moving Group for your next move. They won’t disappoint.

Authority Moving Group did this most amazing job moving my mother. We wanted her closer to us for health reasons and it was so nice to find a company we could trust with that task. We had a good feeling about them from the very first call. They were as helpful and friendly as could be. The move went perfectly. They were well equipped to take care of all of her things and they didn’t damage anything at all. I highly recommend them and should we ever move I would use them for myself.

Hiring Authority Moving Group was the right move! They were such a breath of fresh air compared to other movers I have used in the past. They communicate so well both with me as a customer and with each other in order to get the job done. I trusted them and really felt comfortable with them in my space. They took care of everything. Even things that didn’t necessarily need to be wrapped were covered and protected. They were great guys and most of all they were so professional. Thank you!

We got an estimate from about 4 different companies. We’d were really happy with the price from Authority Moving Group and they seemed very organized and professional so we decided to go with them. I was a little nervous about getting an estimate over the phone but before I even get to the move I want to say that they stuck to the estimate they gave us and didn’t charge us any extra fees. Everything about the move itself went smoothly and ultimately we are very happy with our decision to use this company.

It takes a lot of trust to put all of your belongings into someone else’s hands. The key to feeling comfortable in that situation is finding a company that you can trust. Authority Moving Group was so responsive and communicated with me through every step of my move. My move had to be done quickly and Authority was able to schedule me within days of my move. Their services were reasonably priced. My movers were very cool and friendly. They wrapped everything and even helped us with disassembling items. There was also nothing on our final invoice that was unexpected. Would use again. We had a great move.

I was nervous about moving to another state because I’ve never moved that far before. I didn’t know where to start but after searching online I found Authority Moving Group. They were so easy to talk to and schedule with. They made sure to pay close attention to what we needed and when the day of our move came they showed up right on time. Our things were handled with so much care. I couldn’t believe how respectful they were and how easily the move went. If I had to hire someone again for a move this big I would definitely contact them again.

My wife and I had to do a major relocation. Due to my work I had to move while she settled things at home. I wanted to hire movers that she would feel comfortable with when it was time for her to join me. Authority Moving Group was a great choice for us. Their guys were respectful all the way through. They treated our home like their own and went out of their way to help my wife with everything she needed. Their prices were very reasonable and the service we received was excellent.

For me, service and kindness are the most important qualities in a moving company. Our family doesn’t have anything super expensive so a ding or scratch isn’t a big deal to us (though I will say that Authority did a great job on that front and nothing was damaged). What’s important to us is finding a mover that we can trust and feel comfortable with. We found that in Authority Moving Group. Not only did they provide us with some of the best service we’ve ever had but they were genuinely nice people who wanted to do right by us. I am so happy to recommend them.

I have never done any kind of long distance move before so I didn’t know what to expect when I contacted Authority Moving Group. However, from the very first conversation they were very kind and accommodating. They genuinely seemed to want to help me get my move planned. The day of my move arrived and the guys showed up on time, worked quickly, and I felt cared for as a customer. My stuff got to my new place in great shape. I would be happy to recommend them. My entire experience with them was positive.
