Avoid this company at all cost. I was was quoted a price for my move. It was to a full pack. Quoted price 4500 dollars. The day of the move they increased the price of the move to 11000 dollars. They said I had more stuff than what I told them. They did not weigh the truck empty or loaded. They did say exactly how many cubic feet was used on the truck. They did not give me an itemized list of materials used. Boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and wrapping paper. They took double the amount of time to deliver our stuff than what was stated in the contract. 21 business days is what the contract says. But that not 100% true either. It's 21 business days that the dispatchers office is open. They don't count Saturdays even though they are open. Holidays don't count. I understand that but the day after Thanksgiving is not a holiday. The dispatchers lie constantly. They don't let you talk to anyone in management. They don't told you where your belongings are. This company USA LOGISTICS has to be one of the worst moving companies in the United States. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company charged me $4,000 came to the house loaded half the truck and said oh no sorry we need more room than we expected I was charged another $2,000 they wouldn't tell me what Warehouse they took my belongings but by the time they got to my destination in Arkansas two months later truck arrives and the dark all my boxes were crushed and gone through all my jewelry was taken all my new clothes because I packed and bought new clothes to leave California and come to a cold state my shoes my Chenille robe my husband power tools and those were all DeWalt my Roomba my Dyson I am just sick I have never seen anybody break up and boxes and go through belongings they also stop documents from my file cabinet and what was not stolen was broken and missing I also got items and furniture that are not mine the company will be prosecuted this is no exaggeration check BBB lots of complain of same issues. Beware pirates

Never do business with this company the company that brokered my move was even in on it like it’s a ring . They never called on my scheduled day and after calling them they lied stating their truck was in an accident and were severely rude and rescheduled me causing me to lose my flight arrangements which they stated they would refund if I️ rescheduled . After rescheduling I️ had to buy new plane tickets and sent the receipts as requested and these people still never showed up nor answered the question phone causing me thousands of dollars in loss and recovery thank god I️ never put my things on their trucks after reviewing the horror stories of others and my heart goes out to them . This company never compensated my tickets nor showed up and lied and stated that I️ cancelled when I️ have recorded proof of the driver that is not the case ! He never showed up when he couldn’t repeat basic info about my move !!! Never ever trust these people with your valuables EVER !!

I booked Standard van lines and googled their reviews which were passable. Somehow these scammers showed instead. They were rude and dishonest. They had photos of my furniture and initially told me that it would fit with space left over. When they arrived, a day late, the driver told me I had only paid for a tiny space and that I needed to pay double to move my furniture. Then he told me to accept their terms or loose my deposit. My furniture was loaded on the 9th of October and I have not received it as of yet. It is now 35 days later. I am sleeping on a mat in my new home. I have called them times to get an update. They lied. I have been promised certain dates and flew home to meet them only to have 2 no shows. Today they call and demand I pay 300 for a shuttle to move my stuff from the moving truck into the shuttle and then to my apartment. When I refused to give them any more money because moving trucks come on to the property every day from other moving companies and don't require a shuttle to access the property. The property is so large that several trucks can fit here. Their reply was that they are not going to deliver my furniture unless I pay them. That is illegal and extortion. The driver has not even seen the property, but they declare that they use google maps. I would like to join a class action law suit against this company asI feel that they are unethical. I have a text message from the dispatcher saying I pay extra or they keep my belongings.

If you like being scammed by con artists, having your worldly possessions arrive broken, and being defrauded out of thousands of dollars...this moving company is for you!

Our estimate was 2700, we were charged over 6000. What’s rich, is that they say their estimates are really close and accurate. They can’t send someone to your home to estimate because of COVID, but when the moving team arrives, they won’t be wearing masks and they’ll ask you if you believe the pandemic is real:/

We tried to have a dialogue about our estimate which was way off. It’s their metric and if it’s wildly wrong, they should admit to a mistake and correct it. That would be a reasonable business practice. They hung up on us.....rude. Our boxes arrived smashed. Legs broken off of furniture , bike frames bent, porcelain broken. You name it , it happened. I wouldn't trust this company with a box of blankets. They would probably say there are too many cubic feet of blankets or they weigh too much or the moon is a waxing gibbous.

Go with any other company. Seriously, the worst. If you do decide on this shady operation. Beat the con artist at their own game. Demand a written contact before they touch anything. But honestly, this company is terrible. They don’t deserve your business. So do a little more research. Read your reviews. Do your homework and go with a different company that will be professional, treat your things with care and will wear their masks. I had a great moving experience with Allied, super professional. Start there.

You wont feel like you just got conned by a bunch of carnies passing through town. These people suuuuuuuuuuuuuck! Pardon my language, I just don’t want others to have such a terrible experience. Moving should be exciting. You’re embarking on a new journey. You shouldn’t be preyed upon by bad business.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6000

They first quote you low to get the order. They estimate the stuff wrong on purpose to get the order from you. I did give them a 100 accurate count of boxes and items before they picked up the stuff. They use wrong numbers per sqf for each item to make it look like the cheapest quote and once they have it all packed up, the surprise you with the bill. Its a common practice in this business to upcharge once they have your stuff in the truck since now they go by the space it needs. Here you have the option to not pay and have them unload the stuff which you will not do. In my case the sales person promised me an exact delivery date and a 3 day window. You fly to your new destination to find out this was only a lie and the stuff has not left the state. Now the company is going by the 21 days by law of the delivery window which is what the contract says, but the sales person over promised and the company under delivers. It is a very dirty business. Stay away.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $11000

I was quoted for $4200 roughly after doing a thorough room by room estimate. Once they finally arrived after being over an hour late, they started bringing my belongings outside to prepare to put in the truck. Everything was going well until they loaded almost Everything into the truck telling me it's taking up much more cubic feet than I was quoted. I'm think how is this possible when I'm not even taking Everything I told the estimator I was going to take. The price DOUBLED. I had no choice at that point. I asked him about how long would it take to get my stuff to Texas from Cali. The guy said 7 to 10 days. Which was the same answer I got from Alan and Peter ( the estimators ). Ok great. They loaded on 10/11. I used their free 30 day storage as I didn't have an address yet. I called back 10/21 to give an address. Told them I could get my belongings ASAP. Two weeks went by with no contact from them. I called for an update to which they said they are still working on it. Ok. I call again a few days later. Still working on it. I gave the manager secretary lady politely a piece of my mind. Her response was if I read the contract it said could take up to 21 days. I threatened with a lawyer and hung up. I got a call back from a guy assuring me my stuff would be loaded up that week and I would get a call that Friday telling me my stuff is on the way. Never happened. Called again that Monday . Asked to speak with a manager. He was "busy" and would call me back. Never did . Called again and got a hold of a very rude guy named Ben who hung up on me. I now have a lawyer.

Last summer, I was quoted $3000 for the move and it wound up being $5000. When the items were delivered, there were broken items, empty moving boxes, and items that had been clearly marked 'not for move" I filed a claim to cover the broken items in June and it was finalized by their insurance company in August. I spoke to the insurance company in early Oct to ask if the claim had been processed. I was told they approved it and sent the claim back to the movers in mid August to process payment. (this is their normal process)

I have called Logistics 3 times to ask about the payment which is really a small amount but is needed by me. I was spoke to very rudely and they said 'we have been too busy' .... 5 months of 'too busy' '?!!

Staff was sweet at first but start to bark at you over the phone once your delivery is on the way. Carla… You suck. It seems like 90% of the time you will need to pay an extra $300 for a shuttle because it is a semi truck that is dropping it off. Driver is cool, loaders are cool, Carla is terrible. She offered no advise, assistance, or empathy in our issue. She was yelling at me over the phone about the contract. So read it carefully and everything you initial, assume they are trying to charge you for it.
