As everyone else who gave a one star has noted they will give you a good quote, pack everything and then hit you with an absurd number after they already have everything on the truck. We would not pay the ridiculous new price and so they threw all of our belongings in the street, no joke, wouldn't even bring it into the garage where we had blankets to protect the furniture so not only did our stuff not get moved they hurt all of our prized belongings by casually tossing it onto concrete. All of this after trying to not show up on either day they were scheduled too despite it being our move out date. Luckily our landlord was there for the attempted shakedown and gave us a day or two to figure it out but otherwise they would've had us dead to rights which is what they are counting on.

I've retained legal counsel to seek damages for everything they hurt or broke and will be sure to post this information wherever the company is listed to warn people away from them.

This company preys on people in an already vulnerable spot because moving is the worst and they know that once it's done you'll do almost anything to be done, but never have I ever seen such terrible customer service and a disregard for any decency.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5800

If you want a company that is unreliable, uncommunicative, disrespectful and dishonest, you’ve come to the right place. I cannot overemphasize how untrustworthy and unprofessional this company is. I booked them weeks in advance for a long distance move from CA to MO with Steve, lured by the low price and the “family owned business” he touted. They never showed up. Never. They were scheduled for a 3-5 pm window on 8/13/20. Then on the day, I received a call from Carolina saying they would be there at 6-7 pm. Then I got a call at 8 pm from the “truck driver” saying they’d “gotten stuck downtown with a broken elevator,” and could they come in the morning at 7 AM? You can imagine the pattern emerging. To summarize, they never showed up, even after I was promised by Carolina three times the next day that they’d be there. I was also promised calls from the Supervisor to discuss the situation, who never did. I eventually had to leave, since I was 8 hours behind schedule, but my roommate confirmed they never arrived. I never got a call from anyone with an explanation, or an apology. Thank goodness I used a Discover credit card, and got to dispute my deposit. Pay the extra money for a reputable company. The stress isn’t worth it. I’m posting this to Yelp and Google as well.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1190

This is one of the worst companies!!I’ve ever dealt with. Took three weeks to get my stuff. When my stuff came I was missing a scooter electric leaf blower two boxes of clothes and a box of tools some of the total of $2400!!. When I called the company to report it they said they’re going to look into it and they never called me back. Beware beware beware!!do not go to this company I have filed a police report contact an attorney everything came broken boxes were waterlogged ripped. Alan is the worst con artist I’ve ever met. This company do not go with them they are the worst company I’ve ever said eyes on dishonest they overcharge you they lie to you. They don’t return your phone calls. Worst company ever. When they come to deliver your stuff the driver asked for more money. That’s all they do is keep asking for more money. And you still don’t have your stuff. Unbelievable how a company can stay in business like this for so long. A bunch of con artist. That do not respect their customers. Which keeps them alive in their business going. Boycott this place.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $3800

To be short, they are supposed to pick up my items today between 2 -4 pm, and they just gave us a phone call at 6:00pm, saying that they can not come, and canceled our moving. It ruined all our schedules and arrangements. Don't move with this company. They are not professional or reliable.

Here is what happened:

We scheduled our pick-up one month before and paid the deposit. When paying the deposit, we were told that our moving date was either today(Sep. 5th) or tomorrow(Sep. 6th), and they will give us a call once the date is confirmed.

They did give us a call on Sep. 4th but I missed it. They left a message saying the pick up was scheduled on Sep. 5 between 2-4 pm. When I tried to call them back, no one answer the phone. Then on the morning of Sep. 5, I called them again. A man answered the phone, told me that this was not his working time so don't call him again.

We wait until 4pm, no one came. We give them another call, and they said they hadn't finished the previous loading and will try to come to our place today. But no guarantee.

However, at 6pm, a woman(rude and impatient) called us saying that they can not make it today and we can only be scheduled for next week.

After an unpleasant conversation, we decided to not move with these guys, and we have to change all our plans. Very disappointing and disgusting.

One last thing, after reading all the other reviews, I just feel lucky that they canceled our moving.

FIRST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

My price went from $3600 to $7000 within 12 hours of giving a count of all my items. They sent in a person after the movers had been there for 3-4 hours and this guy immediately tells you it's going to cost this much more and if you do not like it they will put it all back in your house. Except you're in pickle and they know it. I was catching a flight later that day and had no way to find another moving company. The majority of my boxes were busted open, cut open, items taken, curio cabinets had 6 shelves broken, 3 glass pieces from the door broken, my buffet cabinet was destroyed, antique filing cabinet, pantry, room divider,TV cabinet, table, all destroyed. My estimate just to replace the glass in my curio cabinets is $495. The biggest thing...I am missing 65 boxes, they stated that the guy who raised the price on me said he miscalculated the count of the items, which is impossible as there is 1 sticker per item counting all your items. Mine was a total of 213 items. I called today and Lupi tells me that this man now claims he put 2 stickers on the boxes. That's not how it works. Each sticker identifies what it is on an inventory sheet. I explained to Lupi what items I was missing and she stated that that is impossible for one person to have so much stuff. I told her what the items were and she again said that couldn't be true. She said call back when you really know what is missing. She hung up on me and they must have caller id as now they will not pick up my calls.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I THOUGHT I WAS SMARTER THAN THE AVERAGE PERSON WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE ONLY REASON THEY EVER CHARGE MORE IS BECAUSE THE PERSON DOES NOT GIVE THEM THE CORRECT COUNT. THEY ARE JUST CROOKS. THEY DO NOT DISSERVE TO HAVE THE NAME "USA" ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR BUSINESS , THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS THE ENTIRE LOT OF THEM. I WILL BE SUING THEM AND FILING A CLAIM. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

First off they where so nice then they get your things on the Truck then my Quote that I paid a deposit on... Changed first issue it went from $1,100 too $2500 because of 6 extra boxes small then they require 60% of your new Qoute or you will get your things put on the street remind you I’m relocating advised them I leave in two days so I paid I was told to just give city and State someone will call me for a delivery address remind you I was even told that by Lupe when she trying to rush me off the phone so I call back her attitude is the worst if I could jump through my phone I would’ve.... she says oh your things haven’t been delivered because of no address giving I said why you didn’t say that from the gate when I called to give an address you said it wasn’t needed y’all had the city and state and will have driver call when close she says well it’s 21 more days now hung up on me... I called back spoke to another woman she was way more helpful said it should be going out Friday and i should get my things in 5-7 days remind you I was paying for temporary storage in that city just to get my things in scared I was told my things was in a storage in LA California why tho I thought my things went straight to my location I would never use this company again plus they only take cash for the 60% I’m so scared to see what’s missing but I have a search crew. Whatever you do don’t believe them good reviews they are fake I promise you don’t do it I’m still waiting and my whole life my kids life is in those boxes this is so scary to start over in a new state and your thing’s haven’t even came is a horrible start my daughter ashes are in those boxes I just wanna cry......
