Long-distance move from Henderson, NV to West Chesterfield, NH

Cross-country move NV to NH.

If I could give this company a negative review, I would. Scammers from the beginning to the end of our cross country move.

1. The price was double our estimate - and I wasn’t advised of the change until they came in, packed all of our stuff up and had it put in the middle of the road behind the truck.

2. We were advised that our stuff would get to us in 10-14 business days. This was on August 9th, 2019. We just received everything today, September 11th, 2019.

3. Every time we called for a status check on our stuff we were told next Monday or Tuesday..for three weeks.

4. We were advised last night that there would be an ADDITIONAL $1175 fee (on top of the already doubled estimate) to transfer our stuff from the semi it was loaded on to a smaller uhaul truck because they wouldn’t be able to get the semi down our road. Again, our belongings were held hostage and there was nothing we could do but agree to pay it.

5. Staff that answers the phone is extremely rude and uncooperative, you can tell that they deal with this several times a day by the answers that they give. They will reference the contract that was signed every time and refuse to discuss it any further. The contract itself is completely ridiculous and I’ve already been advised by my lawyer that it won’t hold up in court.

6. I have nothing complimentary to say about this moving company. We have reached out to our family lawyer and will be moving forward with suing them in attempt to recoup some of the money we were forced to pay under duress.

6. Quote/Estimate was $3500, final cost was $8500. Please be advised that I am aware that an estimate is just that, an estimate - but this is our fourth cross-country move and we have never been charged double the estimate, or been presented the new fee under such absurd circumstances.

7. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Moving to Florida.

I wish I had read these other reviews before hiring USA Logistics. The worst moving experience ever! If I could give them negative stars I would. They gave me an estimate, then when they packed up the truck the estimate tripled to almost $16,000. Unbelievable. At that point we were stuck as they would have charged $5,000 just to unload the truck. Then, they would not provide a delivery date so we were at the mercy of the drivers. They sub-contracted to another company who finally delivered our goods a week late. The boxes were torn and crushed and a lot of our stuff was ruined. Do NOT hire this company!

Honestly, Criminal..

They were great up front, super helpful, came and scooped up all my things quickly and efficiently. I was moving across the country, without a place to stay yet, so they offered to store my things in their warehouse in CA on a monthly basis.

After a month, and with no notice or me telling them anything, they call me and say my stuff is on the truck and headed across the country. Mind you, no where for it to go. I never told them they could ship it, I was PAYING THEM monthly for storage, and they didn't care. They said, "too bad". Had to fly home from an out of town vacation early to find a storage facility last minute. The truck ended up being 3 days later than the day they said they'd be in my city. Half of my things were broken.

I called again and again to get this remedied. They lady cursed at me, yelled at me, and hung up again and again.

Summary:
ZERO customer service
Criminal behavior
Damaged property
ZERO regard for your timeline.
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

Long-distance move from Las Vegas, NV to Elizabethtown, KY

Moving / Delivery.

I just recently had a move through USA Logistics and needless to say the service provided was poor.

Inital movement cost was 13,306.79 dollars however there were additional charges added due to driver and company faults. I had originally went with the bulk delivery on a 50ft+ truck as the company recommended it would be cheaper. When I called the company for a status of the delivery, they informed me that they don't provide delivery status. They however provided the driver's number for me to check on the status. During delivery I was informed that the driver had an emergency and had to go home, thus my delivery was delayed 2 days.

When ready to deliver the sub-contracted company, Nabout Co, informed me I would have to pay additional charges for a new truck as the road I lived on didn't have enough space for the 50ft+ truck to maneuever and wouldn't inform me of the price until I agreed to the use of a smaller truck for delivery. Once I confirmed delivey via a smaller truck, the total cost was 900.00, bringing all my additional charges up to a total of 14,206.79 dollars.

Upon arrival for delivery, the drivers informed me that they couldn't accept my bank's cashiers check as their company (Nabout Co) said the contract stated cash. Upon review of my contract (which was from USA Logistics) my bank check was accepted. After numerous calls between the parent company (USA Logistics) and child company/sub-company (Nabout Co) we ended up changing the bank check to from USA Logistics to Nabout Co.

Needless to say the experience was horrible. USA Logistics has no overall contract that the sub-company (Nabout Co) follows, the driver's apparently would have to have money sent to them through money app in order to get gas to make it back home, and according to Nabout Co, USA Logistics would not pay them for services rendered.

Obviously there's something underhanded and shady about this company (USA Logistics and Nabout Co.) I would highly recommend not using this company and sub-company as they're too busy adding additional charges for no reason and not adhering to their own rules. I will be reporting them to the BBB for their poor performance and service. The only good from this horrible experience were the driver's who understood the issues we had and helped as best as they could.

Again, do not use USA Logistics and Nabout Co as either one will take your money and charge additional fees for no reason.

Ignoring my calls and the worst part is that they delivered my furniture WITHOUT putting it together they took 4500 for just pick up and drop off and left when they suppose to put the beds together. They dropped off a bag that's not even mine with my stuff.

Scam moving (company?) Unprofessional.

Had this (company?) move me from CA to OR in August 2018, the (sales) man 'Richard' who talked that reels you in and convinced they're a respected company. And I ended up paying them thousands of dollars. Delivery- Called me that took 3 weeks to get someone to call me back for delivery of my belongings. Office is filled with unprofessional, complacent , extremely rude people . Specifically the office manger that goes by 'Carolina'. Which everyone in that office sounds just like her, but uses a different name every time you call. They said they have a manager named 'Robert' who is always 'out in the field'. No doubt more lies. Have asked several times for his email or phone #-yet they give you the main email address, and supposeably he doesn't have a business phone. More lies.
Delivered 7 hours outside of the window of time, I left work really early and waited and waited. It was late in the evening, pretty much dropped everything-did not wait for my inventory.
Items were missing (family heirloom mirror) and many of my belongings broken (55 inch TV/college Ernest Hemingway Desk/coffee table/bed, etc). Approximately, 3.5k worth, filed claim with all descriptions and pictures -(Anthem Claims) company that processed my claim awarded me $108.00. Never received a check, probably never will-they've outright lied to me, saying the check was sent UPS.
I asked for a tracking # several times-always the same response 'we have to look that up and call you back'. Also, asked for a copy or check #, this 'carolina' sends me a picture of a handwritten personal check. Never have they called me nor followed up. This company just takes money and has a mickey mouse operation 'running' a so called 'office?'. I spent so much time with emails and calling this incompetent company. I had to repair my bed and furniture at the cost, etc of my own, as a single mom who works two jobs all of this has been a tremendous hardship for me.

Most unpleasant experience EVER - STAY AWAY from USA Logistics.

This was, by far, the most unpleasant experience I have EVER had with ANY company, including cable and phone customer service events.

DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, use USA Logistics for moving ANYTHING. Regrettably, I did not read the reviews until later. I hope they lose at least 1000 times more business than what they got from me.

The estimate (ALAN DOUGLAS (sounds like Lawrence Fishburne from Dial A Hitman), if your mission is to hook customers in with lowball estimates, you’re doing a great job!) turned out way low (even after SENDING PICTURES of the items being moved).

The driver called on a Sunday to see if we could move pickup up one day. Being a small-business owner myself, I agreed to the change. During the load up, the drive said it was likely going to be a little more than the estimate. No problem. After loading, the fee WENT UP 75%, it was a Sunday and no one to contact. Stuck. Okay, we will figure it out later. And the balance collected was 60%, not the 50% in the contract. To get an adjustment, I was told to call dispatch. Left messages. NO RETURN CALLS.

I finally reached a person, some days later (LUPÉ), whose customer service skills include interrupting, talking over, and threatening $350/day storage charges if I did not accept delivery with twelve hour notice. No driver updates as specified in the contract – just called the day of expecting drop off that afternoon. Postponed until the next morning. After LUPÉ transferred me to CAROLINA, the ONLY thing she could do was a $50 credit for moving up pickup a day. I was assured a supervisor would contact me that evening. HA! NO CALL from any “supervisor.” Thanks CAROLINA!! And the driver the next day knew nothing about any $50 credit. Two items damaged. I should have guessed that any company that insists on a postal money order on delivery should be suspect.

So if you planning to use these clowns at USA Logistics, and this review helped change your mind, maybe they should know about it. And don’t do any business that asks for a money order on delivery. USA Logistics should be investigated on their business practices and breaching contract terms.

ALAN, LUPÉ, CAROLINA - you all are doing lousy jobs..

Is a terrible company.

I am writing this review as I still have not received my belongings after three weeks. Quite possibly the worst moving company on the planet. No transparency about the location of your belongings. You get an order number that is worthless because no one knows where the driver is. This company needs to be shut down immediately. Surprised no one has sued.

UPDATE

I think I feel obligated to inform everyone to stay as far away from this "company" as possible. And based on a bit of detective work I will lay out how this"business" operates.

1. This feels like a operation run by someone's cousin who majored in business for one semester. The manager is always "out of the country" and dispatch is never around. All lies. They have 4 trucks based on their DOT#. What this company does is take orders and wait until a truck is full before they send it out. This is perfectly reasonable if they would be up front with you. The reason they probably lie is because if they told you you might need to wait a month to get your stuff your would walk away. The negative reviews are obviously hurting business (early summer is the busiest move season) so they are desperate.

2. The staff/family of said cousin are there to lie to you until you get your stuff. Dont believe anything they say. Watch out for the lie about a truck being broken down in Texas. Our stuff obviously didn't leave the warehouse until I wrote my original post. Any estimate they give, you should take it and burn it. Double any original estimate and they will charge you $600 for the unloading crew at the end. That's not included in the remainder.

3. They leave the drivers out to hang. The drivers are fine. No problem with them. BUT if kim or sandra tell you they don't know where the driver is they are lying. They have the drivers number. But your stuff is not ever in a secure location on the road. Our driver arrived at our location without a unloading crew scheduled so he slept in his truck in a random parking lot overnight, risking fines. The driver needs the work but he shouldn't have to deal with these people.

4. All of the five star reviews on this page are suspect. They bribed me while my stuff was still on the road to get a discount on the last $600 hidden fee to take down my review and change it to a five star review. They also offered a $50 gift card. I noticed once I worked it out with my driver to unload the truck myself I didn't hear from Manager name dagn again. Didn't even ask if my stuff arrived ok. She spent 30 minutes the day before trying to get us to take down these posts instead of booking a crew to unload the truck (which is why I had to unload the truck myself).

5. If enough people file complaints federal motor carrier safety administration, they have 7 complaints as if June 2019. I figure if they hit 10 they my have their licenses suspended. Let's do this.

Scam.

When they have all your belongings in the middle of the street they triple the price. Waited days for uor stuff. Then alot and I mean alot of stuff chipped and broken. I didn't file on the stuff I packed but in my defence I have shipped glass to Russia,Thailand and various others. My 50" TV was strapped to the back of there truck(outside). Still finding things broken from April 2nd. Your better off selling your stuff and buying new your going to have to anyway if you use this company. There insurance takes along time and pays 60 cents a pound. So I got offered 144.00 dollars for a 50" TV, A oak antique sofa and a stainless steel refrigerator door(guess you don't need the rest of it) RUN FAR AND FAST FROM THIS COMPANY.

Nightmare!!

Dear all,

Our nightmare began when we hired this catastrophic company. All these lowlife criminals work strategically to steal from you. This is #1 GOAL.

My parent's moved from Las Vegas to El Paso , they quoted 3,400, they held their property hostage for over 3 weeks, when there belongings finally arrived, lot's of items were ruined and most were damaged. They ended up paying 17,00.00 in the end to get their stuff back. Many were stolen.

Listen, I could go on and on about lies, deception and theft, but rather I'm going to provide you with sources that you can utilize after they steal all your stuff and your sitting in a hotel room for 3 weeks, and if you cannot afford that, here's who to contact after you don't have your goods, no more money to pay for hotel rooms or food nothing, and they have your stuff!!

God help you!
