US Pro Moving and Logistics LLC

This company is a fraudulent company that will overcharge you, hit you with legal documents to try and take your money. They are scammers who simply want to overcharge you. They are versed in stealing from their "customers" and their customer service agents will actually yell at you on the phone if you try and work things out with them. Save yourself months of headache and frustration from working with this unethical company and use a different moving service. I regret ever answering a phone call from them.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2500

I have never encountered professionals who are more rude, entitled, and provide horrible service. I was quoted $2400, and then upcharged $500, and upcharged again $400 for things like "having to walk too far from my apartment building door to my apartment itself." They refused to let me see my belongings before paying upon delivery. If you want a service that will upcharge you left and right and treat you with disdain, this is the service for you. I will never use or recommend these movers to anyone- buyer beware.

I needed to move several heavy objects within my home - a piano, treadmill and a very heavy table. I called this company named US Pro Moving and Logistics after seeing their Ad in newspaper to see if my request could be accommodated. The customer service agent returned my call, scheduled the appointment and followed up in a professional manner. US Pro Moving's employees were on time, polite and efficient. They moved the furniture without any damage to the floors or walls.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3418

We had a lot more furniture and we needed the packing service. Pet came to our house the day before the move and worked efficiently all day with my partner and the place was ready to go on moving day. Moving day went very well although there was a slight delay in the traffic with a jam on the bridge but these things happen.The price was fair and the guys installed my acoustic panels at my new studio. So if you have delicate expensive US Pro Moving and Logistics are the guys to call.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $1600

They never sent anyone out to actually look at what was being moved. They started with a "teaser" quote to get my commitment, raised it significantly closer to the move once they asked for actual dimensions of furniture. Despite a detailed inventory, my quote of $ 6515 for the move ended up at $ 12,300, the day of the move.

They gave me a two day move window and called 1/2 hour prior to showing up!

I touched up the walls when the paint was scratched in the new location and have unrepairable gouges in my stairs.

I hired this company after finding them on google and seeing their numerous good reviews I felt they would be a legit business. Unfortunately it was revealed to me today (the day of my move) that scams like this are happening quite frequently this holiday season to many people. They asked for my bank account information to charge the first of three payments. They used my digital signature to create a check to take the money from my account. Because they did it this way, my bank was unable to refund me the money, resulting in $1300 lost. Please, if you read this review, take it seriously and do NOT use this company. I luckily still have all of my belongings. But what I’ve learned from this experience is that not everyone gets off as lucky as I have. I would hate for someone else to go through what I have and potentially lose all of their belongings.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2700

I needed 4 pieces of furniture and 8 boxes moved from Oregon to Illinois on short notice due to an estate situation. On the morning of Thursday Dec 17 I filled out an online request for estimates. A few minutes later Joey Rizzo from US Pro Moving & Logistics called. I explained the circumstances and made it very clear to Joey that pick-up had to be no later than Saturday Dec 19. He indicated they had a truck already in the area and they could arrange for pick up that same day or the next. After a little back-and-forth we agreed on a price of $2380. While still on the phone Joey emailed a contract link to me, then had me quickly scroll through and click on the right spots to complete the agreement. Joey said an up-front deposit of $1003 was required immediately via ACH, then the driver would collect half of the remaining balance upon pick-up and the final payment would be due upon delivery. So I gave Joey my bank routing number and my checking account number for the ACH deposit payment and concluded the call. A few minutes later someone from US Pro Moving &Logistics customer service called to confirm the details. I was told the driver would call me sometime between 3pm - 8pm to let me know what time he would arrive for the pick-up. That call never came and no truck ever showed up. I called customer service on the afternoon of Friday Dec 18. After an interminable wait, a guy finally came on the line. I politely explained my concerns about no one calling or showing up and explained the urgency of the situation. The guy was rude and said there was nothing he could do other than note I had called. When I asked about cancelling he told me the $1003 deposit was non-refundable. So I hung up and continued waiting for a truck to arrive. When nobody showed up on Saturday I started searching on line for more information about US Pro Moving & Logistics. I discovered a ton of complaints were registered against this company with the Better Business Bureau by other customers who had been scammed out of their deposits. Fortunately, as of early Monday morning Dec 21, the $1003 ACH transaction still hadn’t posted to my checking account so I called my bank branch manager, explained I had been scammed by US Pro Moving & Logistics and asked for my checking account to be frozen. The bank manager was incredibly helpful. Just minutes after my phone conversation with her the $1003 ACH transaction came in and she was able to deny payment. I made arrangements for storage of my furniture and boxes then flew back home to Illinois. I plan to rent a UHaul truck next spring and move the stuff myself. At the bank’s recommendation I closed that checking account and transferred my money into a different account to ensure US Pro Moving & Logistics never gets a penny from me. Curses on the crooks at US Pro and blessings on the wonderful folks at United Community Bank!

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $2380

Long story short. I left the information and the company charged me almost 1K as a "deposit". Right after I gave the authorization they disappeared - time was ticking and no one called me to schedjokule the move, the phones were not responding, the emails didn't go answered. I don't know if this is a scam or just complete disregard for clients but long story short - i had to report fraud on my bank account to get money back and then had to move things myself which caused me to leave a lot of things. This company is ajoke.Youhavebeenwarned.

My move was scheduled for 10 am, and they showed up punctually at my door at 9:55 am and began moving my boxes and small furniture around 10:05 am after a walk around. Everything went very smoothly, and both movers were super friendly, professional, and easy to work with! I was moving from one small bedroom to another, and all my items were all in my new place by 12:30 pm! I definitely would use US Pro Moving and Logistics in the future and would recommend their services for anyone looking for a relatively stress-free and easy moving experience.

This company disgraces the miltary families by claiming to honor working for them and offering discounts. The rep I initially spoke with, John, stated he would be beside me from beginning to end of my move.

I was left abandoned with a sub par mover which I now have a legal case with because USPro Movers refused to respond and assist me once the company chosen by them fraudulently tripled my moving costs, was verbally abusive and held my items for over 6 weeks stating they didn’t have enough drivers to finalize my move.

I would NEVER recommend USPro Moving to anyone, especially a military family!!!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5000

First off, this company is only a brokerage and they get paid with your deposits and initial pick up. After that, they lose all motives to help you because they've already gotten their cut! Second, they are awful at their jobs... The movers they found were late by over a day and we had to pay additional money to the new homeowner. Also, the brokerage quoted us 660sq ft and that was before we sold a bunch of stuff. When the physical movers reached us it was just two random guys in a rented truck who told us we would have to pay for an additional 550sq ft. So after dealing with that they finally left with our stuff quoting us 11 days to reach our new address. As the date go closer they kept pushing delivery back and then they tried to deliver at 1 am while we were asleep. Since this one attempted phone call to deliver, we have not heard back from them. The boss of these two men has filed a police report as stolen. They have everything we own, the money for initial moving costs, and other people's stuff on this truck as well.

The brokerage company doesn't give an assistance in this situation. They do not even have supervisors (or anyone of authority) to speak with on the phone. Their answer to our loss of property is to email a support email for a refund... Which I still haven't received any response from.

HONESTLY, sell your stuff because you'll be way better of then hiring this scam!!!!!
